Wow I didn't expect to find such a gem here! I'm from NY and usually get my nails done in the city if I want a gel or SNS design. I came up to visit my in laws for christmas and new years and we decided to go get our nails done before flying out to florida for vacation. I messaged the business about making a pretty last minute appointment and received an answer right away (despite being pretty late at night) and was squeezed in! It was my in laws first time getting their nails done and they had really great experience and loved the staff. The owner personally helped us out with the what we wanted and did my mother in laws nails. Everything came out great and still looked great after a week of vacationing (no chips!). I ended up getting a gel marble design on a couple of my nails and it came out great! They did a good job with not using too much polish either. The worst thing is when you go to a new salon an get gel done and they pile on the polish and make it look gloopy and gross. The store is very new and kept clean. They only opened up a few months ago and they already seemed to have a lot of loyal customers which speaks well for the place. My mother in law, who never gets her nails done, wants to come back again after such a great experience! I will definitely have to come back here next time I'm around! read more

Amazing salon! I've seen my fair share of salons and spas but I hit the gold mine when I found this place. Small little hole in the wall next to Mc Donald's off of rt 20 in Worcester. The presence of the workers was wonderful they greeted me with a big hello was very helpful with polish decisions. if you don't know that's the hard part of the mail process, If you choose a color and you just don't like it they will take it off without an attitude with no Questions asked just all around an amazing salon every 2 weeks I faithfully make my appointment and look forward to it. Overall a very friendly and clean salon 5 * for me love my girls they take amazing care of me Especially Uyen she gives the best pedicures over a hr long so delicate and Precise. And Lee is my go to nail girl but Julie the owner is awesome and Vee was great. Take a chance and go see them I promise you will not be disappointed. I haven't written much reviews but this place deserves one. Me and my girlfriend were in Worcester for lunch and later she wanted to go do her nails so we were looking for places on Yelp. This place seemed nearby among other ones. It felt risky as there were no reviews but the pics looked great so decided to check it out. Glad we did as it seems they had their first opening day. As we went in to see the menu and services, the staff were very friendly and answered our questions. So my girlfriend got her nails done while I got a foot massage. The service was great and they were really professional about it. Very clean and thoroughly sanitized equipments was being used. My girlfriend said the staff was very adjusting as per her needs and was super pleased with the outcome. I must say, her nails look really good with nice shine and glow. I wish I could give more stars! This place is awesome! It's so clean and the staff was so friendly. I got a powder dip. Lee was so friendly, fast, and patient while I was indecisively searching for the right color (three weeks is a long time to commit to one color) It was quite possibly the best manicure I've ever had! My daughter got a gel manicure and had a set of acrylics removed. The acrylics were done at another salon here in Worcester and not only did they look terrible, they badly damaged her nails. The tech who did this manicure for her today was so kind and gentle and did such a great job working with the damaged nails. We will definitely be returning. I just got a gel manicure and regular pedi and much like the name I couldn't be more happy!! My nail tech was so sweet and made sure I had the best experience possible! The pedicure was so relaxing and had really nice amenities, like a soothing lotion massage and a nice hot towel. My nails turned out amazing!! I showed Julie some nail art I wanted and she made it happen! She was also great in finding colors I had the idea of, they have a very wide selection and variety. This is the first time I've ever bothered to write a review, but thought it was necessary !! I've gone to about 4 different salons the past few months and was honestly not impressed with any of them (and I'm not very picky either). Can never have a bad experience here. Lee and her team are amazing and never leave me disappointed. Went in for a fill yesterday after 2 1/2 weeks and my nails could've gone another week if I really wanted to. A good conversation and great service by all, always. Amazing! First time I got my acrylics done that I didn't have to go home and reshape/thin down myself. The shape was perfect and they weren't thick globs. Thin and natural looking. Super friendly service nothing but smiles and great conversation as she did my nails. Got a pedi too with an amazing massage. So clean all the tools they used were brand new and I know bc she opened the package there in front of me. So happy I found this gem! read more

Happy Nails & Spa is by far the best nail salon I have ever gone too in the Worcester area. I have been getting my nails done for a very long time so I am familiar with the steps that should be taken with my nails and VERY picky about shape, length, etc. Lee does an amazing job every single time! This place is amazing! I contacted Dong for an appointment the day before I was scheduled to have my engagement photos taken. Went here because orchid nails was making me wait another 2 hours so I found this little cute place and I will never go to another nail salon again! WOW amazing inside so clean and put together and everyone there was so nice took their time didn't make you feel rushed! I couldn't imagine getting my nails done anywhere else! The ladies here are SUPER friendly & really get to know their "customers". My acrylics can be in for 4 weeks before they even start breaking, other places I've gone to they break within a week.
