I was very disappointed with my experience here and would not return. I brought my niece and her friend in for a girls' day with regular manicures and pedicures. They did not get gel, and their pedicures were very basic, but the total for all three of us was still over $200. I could understand those prices for spa‑level services, but not for what we received. During the appointment, the technicians kept pushing nail art on the kids. I later found out it was $5 per nail, which added a lot to the bill. The design my niece received was extremely simple and looked like something she could have done herself at home (she's 8). She was almost in tears afterward because she was so disappointed. I had a regular pedicure and a basic gel manicure (no removal, no art). The gel manicure took about an hour and a half because the technician had to redo several nails due to mistakes, while the kids waited around after their services were finished. The staff did not feel warm or welcoming, and once I sat down, I noticed the space did not feel very clean, including around my technician's station, despite the salon looking nice at first glance. Overall, the prices felt extremely high for such basic services, and based on this visit, I would not recommend this salon. read more

Terrible experience! Sat in the waiting for 15 minutes after the appointment time started. Then I sat in cold water for 10 minutes before the women even started the pedicure. My daughter sat in the cold water for 15 minutes. The lady who was doing my daughter's feet made excuses after her nails became brittle and water logged due to being sat in the water for so long. I have always been satisfied with the quality of work. But I needed to cancel an appointment that was scheduled for first thing upon opening. I called the night before and several times the next morning. No way to leave a message or cancel via website. I set my alarm to call them 5 minutes before opening. When finally talking to someone they told me that my account was now flagged and I would be charged a $25 security deposit the next time I booked an appointment. Really? I get that no-shows are a real issue for businesses. However, this policy is ridiculous and leaves good, responsible customers feeling marked. went yesterday for the first time. got a pedicure and manicure. I know pedicures aren't ideal right, peoples feet but, the woman seemed put out and annoyed. rushed through and could just tell she didn't want to do a pedicure. I had paint on my toes, one toe has a streak and bubble. other foot, one toe has been in pain since I left there, she dug at my toe so much and didn't even get the hang nail. manicure (dip) I waited in a seat for about 15 minutes (mind you I had an appt for both) not a big deal, 15 minutes sure. finally a gentleman came over and was annoyed because he was having to pack up his stuff to come to me so I offered to move to him. he kept looking at his phone in the seat. I had to ask for my nails to be cut down 2 times after originally asking for them to be uniformed with my shortest nail. he did not file them that well as I literally could cut someone with the corners (so today I will be filing/rounding the corners) they did not clean up the sides so I have to take my file and clean them up. the place did seem clean and the decor was very nice. just maybe work on the friendliness of the staff and taking your time with each client and making sure they want to return. I've been here several times, the staff here are always smiling and friendly that I've encountered. They've done an outstanding job on my nails every time I've walked in. I've never had to have an appointment. I've always been able to walk in and be assisted right away. This last visit Tina shaped my nails just great and was very gentle taking off my previous gel polish before doing the next color. Never again. I went for a pedicure 2 months ago and while the pedicure looked great, the tech cut my toe badly and it later and it ended up being infected. I came here with my two sisters for a pedicure on a Friday afternoon. The salon has high ceilings and cool rustic lighting/decor. We were seated immediately in our chairs after picking out our desired colors. We were also offered champagne, wine, or infused water by our very pleasant pedicurists. The basic pedicure package is what we all went with and is only $32 per person. They do the callous removal with this service. We were sort of pressured into upgrading to a fancier package, but stood our ground since we were short on time. There are about 20 or so seats available with a few special cute child seats too. I def liked the larger size of this salon compared to the tiny Shrewsbury location which tends to be very busy. read more

So disappointed to be leaving this review today, but it seems like the management in this location is not on par with what it has been in the past I've had some of the best pedicures possible in here I come in about twice a month and often bring my kids in with me, which means I will sometimes have as many as 4 people for pedicures and nails with me. That's a pretty decent amount of business. Over the last couple of months I've noticed it just doesn't seem to be running as smoothly as it has in the past. Maybe because it is busier or they have a different manager working. I see staff standing around, and tons of empty stations but an unexplained long wait up front for everyone. Tonight might have been the last straw for me though I came in for a quick SNS dip I had my kids with me which of course is not ideal but sometimes there's nothing you can do about it I asked if they could get me in or if there would be a long wait I would have had no problem coming back if the wait was going to be long. I was told no they could get me right in. Then we waited, and waited and waited When I said I couldn't wait anymore instead of apologizing the person who was doing someones nails, and answering the phone and handling the counter just answered the phone Effectively dismissing me It was really rude! This location really has to have a shop manager who is not also handling clients Especially on a Saturday afternoon. I am sure I will try again because I honestly have had great experiences on other visits But I really hope they work the kinks out and go back to how well it used to be run! read more

I don't normally come to this salon and I won't be back. had a 5:15 appt, I showed up 10 mins early but I sat there for 25 mins before being sat in a chair. They mocked how thick my dip polish was from my regular salon but let me just say- that set lasted 3 weeks. Unlike the set I have now thats 9 days old and 2 nails have chipped really bad. I get my nails done frequently at different nail salons but every time I go to this salon, I leave disappointed. I always make a reservation over the phone but lady who did my nails(Jenny) was very rude and did a terrible job, and it was very unhygienic. She rushed me to pick a color, didn't clean up the acrylic that was left over on my hands did the dip over my cuticles so it covering my skin and it was very bumpy because she didn't buff my nails. The pricing is also never consistent and changes every time I go even though I get the same services. This is possibly one of the most nicest creative nails that I've been to. The staff is on point when it comes to checking people in. The staff kept coming back to me sure that I was checked in and that I was comfortable wow in the waiting room which is gorgeous I might add. The lobby is absolutely beautiful! Upon being called I picked my color and sat with my designated beautician. The cosmetologist went over like habits and how to break them and how gel polish is best for nail biting. Usually when I go to get my nails done I have a lot of awkward silences or awkward conversations or as I didn't feel like we had that here. They have TVs to watch while you get your nails done and the whole experience was quite relaxing. This is a hard review to write because I've been going to Creative for years at different locations and always had a great experience. The past few times I've gone I've had a mixed experience. There aren't many places that do a pedicure better than Creative, in my opinion. The Millbury location provides you with wine, coffee, water etc. The massage chairs are new and comfortable, they are very good with replacing liners for the foot baths, using sterile products etc. I also never feel like they are rushing through my pedicure and from start to finish it usually goes for about 35+ minutes for a basic pedicure. Plenty of time to feel relaxed, and my toes always look perfectly polished. Where it all goes wrong, however, is the manicures. I have never had a full set done here, but I often will get a quick manicure after my pedicure and not once has it ever been done with precision or professionalism. After a great pedicure yesterday, I decided to do a manicure which looks SO bad that I swear I could have done a better job on myself at home. There are dents in the polish, the light-colored polish looks horribly streaky, and the top coat that was put on is completely uneven and many places on my nails were missed. She didn't clean off the polish she got on my fingers, either. It really looks like a child did this manicure. If I'm going to pay $15 for something I can do for myself at home, I am paying for it because I want it to look BETTER than what I can do at home. My recommendation is to DEFINITELY come here for pedicures (they're really fantastic) but if you're looking to specifically get your fingernails done, go literally anywhere else. read more

I strongly discourage anyone from patronizing this establishment. To begin, my husband and I who had appointments for pedicures and manicures were repeatedly pressured to pay for the paraffin pedicure which is $8 more than the regular spa pedicure after telling our technicians multiple times that we'd like the standard spa pedicure. After continuously being asked to change our minds, against our better judgement, we gave in. The pedicure process itself was fine. However- I then waited over 20 minutes for a technician to begin my manicure. By the time my dip manicure was started, my husband's manicure was finished. I understand that timing issues happen but with an appointment booked days in advance I found it unacceptable to sit there without being acknowledged for over 20 minutes. Finally, upon departure, I left the store in flip flops to maintain my pedicure and noticed when I got to the car that it was not dry and had smudged. This was over an hour after being painted. When I went back in for a correction, the people at the front desk asked me if I put my regular shoes on (no, kept sandals on) and the woman who did my pedicure had an attitude and told me to be more careful. To add insult to injury, less than a week after being done, my dip manicure started to crack and split, breaking one nail and leaving the rest with top coat coming off making them look dull and unfinished. I shopped a little and arrived back 45 minutes later and they took me right away. Pam was the technician who performed the pedicure and she was absolutely fabulous. I had an appointment set and when I walked in they asked me to "sign in" which I did but then I sat there for another 20 minutes before they even started on my nails, I was highly annoyed because I had somewhere else to be. I went here for the first time a few days ago. It was the most uncomfortable and unpleasant nail experience I have ever had. I made an appointment and was given an email confirmation to come 15 min later than the appointment time I requested. I showed up 10 min early and was asked why I was late. I showed them the email that they sent to me with the confirmed appointment time. I was told, we close soon. I stated I could have come earlier but because they sent me a later time to come that is why I showed up at the time. They rudely sat me down and a miserable man came over. He kept shaking my hands telling me to relax. I have a nerve problem and my hands were as relaxed as they could be. He made me feel very uncomfortable and was rude the whole time and very short with me. He filed my nails so hard that I bled and the next day, my hand was sore from him filing my skin. Half way through the appointment, the man, asked why I was late! I already showed the receptionist it was a mistake on their end with the email confirmation and that i was not late, but in fact 10 min early from the appointment time they scheduled for me. I had to explain this to him again and I felt bullied and mistreated the whole appointment. I will never step foot in here again and will not encourage anyone to use this salon.
