I started with filling out the questionnaire and a got a delicious iced coffee. I was set up with Savannah for my pedicure. It's been all winter so she had her work set out for her. The tools are all clean and sealed and the wash tubs for your feet are copper and sterilized in between clients which is very nice. They have a nice comfortable chair with a leg rest and a herbal neck wrap. I am a large woman and have a hard time usually with being uncomfortable during pedicures but they made me very comfortable and were attentive to my needs. Perfect pedi 10/10 Next I went to see Jordan for my first ever facial. It was a luxurious experience that started with cleansing and a nice scrub followed by steaming and massage. She was a delight to chat with and made me feel very at home. I have back issues but was not uncomfortable at all and being a big person the table was very ample and I felt very safe. 10/10 Finally I took a 10 minute salt soak in the salt booth. I have asthma and allergies and wanted to try it out. I've heard so many great things. It is quite the experience. Billowing salt through the air in the nose out the mouth. I was told to expect some coughing and nose running which did happen but when I was done it is the first time in 13 days I didn't have wheezing or noise in my lungs and I felt rejuvenated and excited to come back again for another round. This place is set up like a little store as well with plants and other cute things you can purchase. I would say give the ladies a try for all of your pampering needs. They are excellent.

Then when I went to have the manicure now suddenly the gel machine was available and now they did have gel color. Like ?? Hello??? Also not cheap $100 for this mediocre job.

My only complaint is trying to make an appointment has been challenging. Several calls when nobody picks up the phone and messages left unanswered. The woman I spoke with on the phone said they would try but that they do close at 4:00 on Saturdays. I let them know I was flexible and would take a manicure if that's all there was time for. The ladies there were so wonderful and fit in both while staying just a bit past closing time! I love going to a salon where you can chit-chat with the woman doing your nails and this was totally the place for that! Fusion Salon had great ambiance and was well maintained despite the fact they were in the process of replacing the floors. I'll definitely go again and would recommend it to any of my local friends. Also, the prices are fair by salon standards. It's not the cheap mall nail salon prices but it's also not the cheap mall nail salon experience :)

The lady at the front, who seemed to be a manager and/or owner was what I would call the most inept and unprofessional person I've ever encountered. I went in with my long grown out natural nails and wanted just tips and gel or dip to help my fragile nailed sustain what I do for work ... chose my color sat down and the lady clipped all my natural nails off. Then put tips on and way too much of the product on the tips without even filing them down how you're suppose to ... they were out of the color I wanted because they claimed someone spilt it and they were too lazy to reorder a new one... but now it's been few hours and my nails all hurt from being too heavy... walked into a different salon to ask a nail technician if they put these on too thick and I was right it's too much product and nail Polish plus product was not evenly smoothed out how it's suppose to be.
