As a disabled veteran, wellness access and predictability matter to me. Instead of transparency or accommodation, I was met with silence and dismissal when I asked for clarification. No effort was made to work through the situation, respond meaningfully, or offer a fair resolution. This wasn't about special treatment - it was about basic communication, fairness, and respect. Unfortunately, those were lacking here. I would urge others to be cautious and to get all policies in writing before committing.

I never had a spray tan before so this was my first time. I was very scared of looking orange, like an Oompa Loompa. Devin is very sweet and super knowledgeable. I had my trial back in May, which is complementary for brides :) I got my second spray tan for my bridal shower in June and got married in August. I loved my tan every time! It was very natural and not orange at all. I know some people like to look darker but Devin mixed up a solution for a shade that's suitable for my skin and what I was looking for. Highly recommend going for the trial and see what shade works best for you! Def will be coming back when I need a boost in color, especially going on vacation because I'm usually pale and don't like to tan in the sun.

When we chatted she was just as helpful! Answered all of my questions and got back to me in a timely manner. She's also such a sweetheart!!! After my first experience with her i literally will go no where else !!! she is so skilled, takes her time- but efficiently and literally has everything you need!! She made me feel so comfortable. As I am not young nor in shape, she put me at ease and I felt good with the entire process. She's excellent at communication. Once the spray was complete she explained some tips for me to follow in addition to going over the after care which was based on my needs and skin. I cannot say enough how amazing she is. Her business is immaculately clean, she welcomed me at the door and even walked me out after. I feel like I could have a coffee and talk to her for hours. She's very calming, professional, curious and AMAZING at what she does. And her prices ? I would literally pay double for this quality of work. I will update my review with photos. The results are phenomenal!! Also I wanted to add that the reason I got the spray tan specifically was because I have been having many health issues that have impacted my skin and I was going back to the office for the first time in three years and didn't want to feel self-conscious and can I just say I went back and had the best day ever because I felt good about myself and that was all thanks to Marilyn!!
