The worst service I ever received!! Supplies are not disposable within less than 24 hour's I have a fungus outbreak on both feet and toes. Reused pumus stone which at the time, I was very distracted by other employees pulling on my hands. I'm allergic to latex, asked the nail tech to please wipe down his area because he used latex with prior clients. They were rude, screaming for me to leave and left my nails in horrible condition. I had to literally beg the tech to clean under my toes, by the way spoke NO English. The whole purpose of a pedicure is to have your feet taken care of and the cost of $40!!! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone especially if you're allergic to LATEX. The law state no businesses to use LATEX but these nail salons don't care. I recommend supporting American salons no ungrateful undocumented forginer salons. The board of health will be contacted and see if you're laughing then. NO LICENSE POSTED ANYWHERE FOR PUBLIC TO SEE. The pedicure technicians are awesome absolutely awesome but there is one very young nail tech that really does not know that much about the physical makeup of the fingernails. Everybody else is fine. if you get the youngest man nail tech just know this, if you have any issues at all, no matter how nicely you put it. He's gonna get defensive and blame your nails on his inability to do a professional job or try to correct the problem ; But he will learn as he goes along learning life ways. I have been a professional cosmetologist for over 40 years and hold license in many states, as well as I have written a number of articles for the local newspapers on educating on the subject of cosmetology, so I think I know a little about the physical makeup of the nails skin and hair. read more

One of the cheapest dips I ever received - 35$ - very basic,no hand massage/ exfoliation, lotion or cuticle oil/ cuticle cut except blatantly cutting my cuticle from over-Filing. Sometimes when I get many colors this is an extra charge - not here. Didn't see an autoclave or anything for sanitization really. read more

Went in to get a dip manicure. They took me right since it was a observance day for the 4th and weren't busy. Appointment was going well until the tech decided to check his phone and make a phone call in the middle of doing my nails without warning me or asking if it was okay. i sat there awkwardly for a few minutes. I paid $53 and left. two days later 3 of my nails cracked, and one has fully chipped off. I do not have time to go get my nails done whenever I want. I called 4 days later when I had time to go to let them know what happened to see if they could fix the 3 nails. person who answered didnt have time today , and asked me to come tomorrow. Unfortunately like I said I don't have time whenever I like and he argued with me on the phone. This is their cheap mistake, nails didn't even last 2 days and they should accommodate. this was my first time here and I was expecting quality work from good reviews from friends. however after leaving I am very unsatisfied with the work that was done. the shape is wrong (I wanted almond not oval), and the nails are uneven. there is extra acrylic nail under my pinky and a glob of paint under my thumb nail. the design is incorrect and when I asked if she could add lines more towards my nail base, she just made the circle bigger. the paint job on the design is not well done either. I paid much more than I expected as well for a job not well done. I called explaining and asking I can come in for a fix and I just believe the woman didn't understand. This is literally the worst place I have ever been. The staff is unprofessional, rude, and honestly scary. Not only that, but the place is completely unsanitary. They didn't clean any of the nail tools and when I asked for a refund due to that, I got screamed at! I also watched a man who worked there scream in another customers face. I went there to get my acrylics taken off, the young boy, with a Mohawk, started taking them off with a drill, usually, every place will soak in acetone to soften, then use a light drill at the end. He used his drill at a high speed the whole time, even after I pulled my hand away several time and said, OUCH, he didn't even look at me or say he was sorry, just took my hand back and proceeded to go at high speed again, my nails are all extremely paper thin and red because he took off so many layers of my real nail read more

I had been to Queen's Nails a few times, it was good and most of all convenient. My sister and I went again yesterday (3/15/18) and it had changed ownership with all new people as well. It's now fabulously convenient, emphasis on "fabulous." Sam is the chief, so to speak; he does nails and manages with the other Sam, whom I believe might be a cousin. Sam's sister Helen does nails and waxing. Sara is the pedicure queen. Instead of the usual acrylic-and-gel with UV-curing mani, they do powder dip, which accomplished the same thing but is much thinner and a more healthful one this. GREAT French mani! And the hot stone massage on my feet and legs was amazing. Prices were about the same but the value of the overall "vibe" was amazing. It's now a local, comfortable place to go, with a much more relaxed atmosphere. We'll be back! read more

I gave these guys 2 tries recently.... they use cold water for a pedicure and pretend to not hear or understand that you want hot water to soak your feet in. For the time it takes to get a pedi, I'm better off heading to Oxford or Auburn to a better place. read more

I had gone to this salon for years and had to change due to work schedule. Went recently because I had a gift certificate. It had changed owners and Yikes! I wanted my acrylic taken off. Requested it be soaked because I had it done before (many times) but she insisted on peeling them off. Ouch! When the last one would not come off, she ended up soaking off the one, which came off easy. Next a French manicure. Told her to make the white a little thicker (she made it thin), after I told her 3 times after the first nail. Worst experience of my 20 years of going to nail salons. Plenty of other salons in town. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. On our initial visit we were lied to on price comparison from gel nails to gel dips. We were told it was a $5 difference in price. We were conned into doing the dip and found out it was $15 more. My sister went back a week later because she broke a nail, unfortunately I was not with her this time. She is mentally and physically disabled and lives on disability. He took total advantage of her conned her into replacing all her nails and then when she walked out thinking it was free (because she walked in only replacing 1 broken nail) he ran after her saying he would call the police because she didn't pay $50. She had no money so her friend paid. I went down there a day later for an explanation of what happened and to explain she was mentally and physically handicapped and living on disability and didn't understand what he was saying. He was rude, disrespectful and a total disgrace for taking advantage of her. He laughted when I asked for a refund or a coupon for a free manicure as a good faith effort especially in these times of COVID. Speaking of COVID when we were in there together they don't abide by COVID rules. There was no practice of 6' distancing. The place was full. He wouldn't let me talk, interrupted me the entire time. Screamed at me in my face. He's a disgrace and I'm utterly disgusted that a person could take such advantage of the handicapped and be in this business. I have gone here for a while by myself and with my mother occasionally. The services that I have had are regular manicures, gel manicures, pedicures, and gel pedicures. They do a great job and made sure everything is perfect and just how you want it. Everytime I get my nails done, I am always happy and satisfied with my nails.
