I started with filling out the questionnaire and a got a delicious iced coffee. I was set up with Savannah for my pedicure. It's been all winter so she had her work set out for her. The tools are all clean and sealed and the wash tubs for your feet are copper and sterilized in between clients which is very nice. They have a nice comfortable chair with a leg rest and a herbal neck wrap. I am a large woman and have a hard time usually with being uncomfortable during pedicures but they made me very comfortable and were attentive to my needs. Perfect pedi 10/10 Next I went to see Jordan for my first ever facial. It was a luxurious experience that started with cleansing and a nice scrub followed by steaming and massage. She was a delight to chat with and made me feel very at home. I have back issues but was not uncomfortable at all and being a big person the table was very ample and I felt very safe. 10/10 Finally I took a 10 minute salt soak in the salt booth. I have asthma and allergies and wanted to try it out. I've heard so many great things. It is quite the experience. Billowing salt through the air in the nose out the mouth. I was told to expect some coughing and nose running which did happen but when I was done it is the first time in 13 days I didn't have wheezing or noise in my lungs and I felt rejuvenated and excited to come back again for another round. This place is set up like a little store as well with plants and other cute things you can purchase. I would say give the ladies a try for all of your pampering needs. They are excellent.

I'm allergic to latex, asked the nail tech to please wipe down his area because he used latex with prior clients. They were rude, screaming for me to leave and left my nails in horrible condition. I had to literally beg the tech to clean under my toes, by the way spoke NO English. The whole purpose of a pedicure is to have your feet taken care of and the cost of $40!!! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone especially if you're allergic to LATEX. The law state no businesses to use LATEX but these nail salons don't care. Then when I went to have the manicure now suddenly the gel machine was available and now they did have gel color. Like ?? Hello??? Now they don't even have a matching color for the gel manicure to match my toes. My cuticle wasn't soaked nor removed. It was a waste of money. Looks like my Little sister did it at home. Also not cheap $100 for this mediocre job.
