I've been here in the past and they never did a bad job but today for the first time I was very unhappy. I went in with my long grown out natural nails and wanted just tips and gel or dip to help my fragile nailed sustain what I do for work ... chose my color sat down and the lady clipped all my natural nails off. Then put tips on and way too much of the product on the tips without even filing them down how you're suppose to ... they were out of the color I wanted because they claimed someone spilt it and they were too lazy to reorder a new one... but now it's been few hours and my nails all hurt from being too heavy... walked into a different salon to ask a nail technician if they put these on too thick and I was right it's too much product and nail Polish plus product was not evenly smoothed out how it's suppose to be. Cheap nail prices but not great work I guess you truly get what you pay for. read more

my mom goes to this salon because it is right down the street from her work. the owner is a very nice lady but some of the employees there are rude and seem to hate their job. i recently went there with my mom to get manicures and pedicures. another thing you should know before getting into my serious issue is that i am a licensed cosmetologist and i had to take many infection control courses and nothing i learned from my 4 years of schooling on cleanliness was used here. nothing was clean none of the tools were autoclaved, the only kind of cleaning i saw was the lining in the foot bath. due to the lack of cleanliness i have a painful fungus starting to grow on my left big toe. i went to see a doctor and they said it is going to get worse before it gets better. they also said that the fungus is from an implement that they used on me that wasn't properly disenfecged. read more

This was the absolute worst manicure I have ever received. Please don't go here. I made an appointment for myself and my girlfriend for a specific time and they said they could accommodate, well that was a lie. We had a previous dip mani that needed to come off so they made us sit for 30 minutes with our finger tips in acetone. When they started to work on our nails they kept forcefully pulling our arms and pushing our hands this way and that. They clearly had no idea how to do dip because my manicurist kept messing up and redoing some nails. I had to ask her multiple times to shape them properly. She didn't even get any of my cuticles. The usual hand massage after was consistent of literally a few drips of cuticle oil on my palm and her sand paper hands doing a 10 second... massage? 2 hours later we then waited to pay (no matter how terrible a service is I still believe in paying something) however we almost walked out because no one came for almost 5 minutes of us standing there!!! We get home about 20 minutes later and are inspecting our nails and what do we see... cracks.... they won't even last a day! I urge you, please don't waste your time here. read more

Truly the worst experience I have ever had. I went here with my mom because my usual person was closed. Huge mistake. I get dip nails with tips (because my nails broke I have to use tips until they grow out) Everyone knows dip is a better option to grow your nails so it doesn't make ANY sense to cut down the nails before the tips. Apparently this nail tech had no idea what she was doing, she cut my nails down and put the tips on. When I asked about it she became annoyed so I dropped it. She then starting shaping my nails and they looked nothing like the photo I showed her so I asked her politely to file them again. At this point she was very annoyed. She then starting shoving my fingers down to get to the next one and pushing my hand back aggressively when she was done with one hand. When I told her my left hand nails where longer than my right she huffed and started speaking her language (to no one it was just me and her). She kept dropping things and spilling things and giving me looks as if it was my fault that she was dropping things. She also kept coughing and sneezing! She wiped her snots with the mask she was wearing! I was truly disgusted! Everything I asked she kept getting visibly getting annoyed. To add insult to injury she then blamed my race for me being "picky" I told her I wasn't even the race she assumed I was. I just wanted my nails to be like the picture! I work in the service industry so all my questions were polite. My first mistake was going there and my second mistake was giving her a tip regardless of my horrible experience because I could simply not give her nothing when she took the time to do them in the first place regardless of how awful it was. Now I am beating myself up for not saying anything in person when the manager knew I was unhappy. Instead, I'll write my experience here so you can save your time/money/breath/hassle. Been here a couple times. Service is ok. A few weeks ago I had a pedicure done by Danny and he was fabulous! He took his time and did a great job. I returned today and he wasn't working. The girl I had rushed me through in less than 1/2 hour. It was not a busy time of day so my relaxation should have mattered. I am so disappointed and have no faith my polish won't last. She took barely any time to do the job right. No tip for her. I'll only come back when Danny is working. read more

Worst place ever. I went for a fill, Hurt me multiple times filing my nails, all different lengths , the shape is uneven and looks like crap and also forgot my top coat and I had to remind them! Fingers were covered in polish and another person had to clean it. Very rude, literally could hear them talking shit. Will never go back, I need to go somewhere else to get them fixed. read more

Although I don't mind someone else doing the manicure they continued with walk-ins and wanted me to do the waiting. I skipped the manicure and all they said was "sorry we are busy". I was in over a month ago, and had a pedicure, this was my second time at this place. I had a gift certificate and forgot it there, but didn't know I did, thought I had it at home or in a pocket somewhere, so I just went back to get a pedicure, and as soon as I walked in they recognized me! They remembered that I left my gift certificate there! Talk about honesty!!! I recommend this place just for their honesty alone!!! Have had different people do my pedicures but do like certain ones, will have to have them write their names down for me next time!! read more

I went in for a pedicure today and was told it would be a 15 minute wait. I was put into a chair 12 minutes later. My feet were soaking for 23 minutes before an attendant became available. While having the pedicure, I saw 3 chairs empty and observed the gentle man who was presumably in charge spray out each foot tub with the sprayer attached to the tub, then wipe them dry with the dirty towels from the previous client! Additionally, when it was time to do the 2nd coat of polish, the woman doing my nails was told to initiate services for another person awaiting a pedicure. My nails were completed by another stylist! The place may appear clean but in view of how the foot tubs were "CLEANED" and the lack of regard to allow the customer and stylist to complete the pedicure with her client, I will take my business elsewhere! read more

DESERVES ZERO STARS Just moved to the area and decided to try a new local nail salon.the woman that greeted me was very nice, told me to pick a color and head over to chair 4. The moment I sat down I knew this was going to be an awful expeiriance. The girl was extremly rude and kept sanding my nail down to the point of pain, not just once but literally every nail she touched and when I would flinch she would mumble yeah sorry then jerk my hand back to a comfortable position for herself. When that torture finally ended I looked down to see every single nail a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT LENGTH. When this happened I politly asked her if she could fix them as I'm having Christmas cards photos taken tomorrow and she said "They just look longer cause I had to put on a new tip". That was it. Like no they are all different lengths because you have done nothing but watch the tv and text on your phone while I Sat here in silence for an hour for a FILL. She then grabbed my hand and rolled her eyes and filled one down to somewhat normal length and I knew at that point I was not going to let her fix anything else. I said it was fine and let her start painting. Awful. I have polish all over my skin. Some nails are not even covered, I was visibally upset and sent over to the dryer with almost no top coat. So now my fingers hurt from being over filed, every nail is a different length, my polish looks Like a preschooler did it, and I've been treated like the biggest inconvenience to the nail tech from the moment I sat down. As I was holding in my frustration I got up to the desk to pay and I told the woman cashing out that I will pay for the service but it was the worst experience I have ever had and my nail were horrible and I would now have to go somewhere else and pay again to have them fixed. I said your technician is extremely rude and my nails are a mess. Here is your money. She didn't seem to understand but knew I was mad, she said you dont like? I said no I dont, and repeated everything I said and She looked ready to offer to fix them but I just said I will pay someone else to fix these I will not sit uncomfortably for a service I have paid for and now need fixed and then walked out the door.
