I had an appointment for 1:30 today. i called at 12 asking for an appointment and got one quickly. i drove to the nail salon and walked in. an hour after i had my appointment booked for i was taken. it wasn't good timing but it was okay. i was taken to the back and had to WAIT in a chair watching the woman do another girls nails. grace quickly came after she was done with her client and sat me down so i didn't have to wait until she was done. i asked for extensions and a dip and was given what i asked. she was very kind and understanding when i asked for a little shorter of a nail. the place is a bit dark in the back but over all it is nice and very up to date on trends. i would recommend grace she is wonderful read more

I went with two friends and quickly realized they had no clue how to greet and treat customers. They pushed dip on us after we specifically said acrylic. One of my friends demanded acrylic and got attitude for it and ended up with paper thin nails. They were rude to her about her choice that she was paying for. Then she decided not to go with gel and they made her pay halfway through the service. I asked for medium nails and ended with short. The person asked me if the length was long enough after cutting them already.I previously had no issues with the salon but was not happy with this experience at all. read more

I was a walk in, I asked if they had time and they said they did, and it would be a 10 minute wait. Then two more walk ins came in about 5 minutes later, who announced that they didn't have appointments and they took BOTH of them before me. They even sat me down at a desk that wasn't even being used by any of the nail techs, to make believe they were working on me next. I had been a repeating customer, and always tipped very high. After today though I will never go back. And honestly, I don't know why I even tipped at all when my nails would always be different shapes. One nail would be stiletto and the one next to it an almond shape. This place is just close to my house, so convenient. read more

My first visit was a drop in, no appointment and They fit me right in. I got a pedi and dip. The pedi was relaxing and my feet didn't want to leave. Got a med pink French dip. My nails looked fantastic. They looked great for at least three weeks. Great service! I'll be back! read more

I don't know where too even begin , honest it was Mother's Day and I definitely needed this day for myself I came here with a positive happy vibe and was excited get my hair done before I even got my hair done I ask several times and show the hair salon lady if she can actually get my hair done exactly how the picture was she told me YES multiple times I said okay hunny not only did she charge me $280 for my hair she didn't do my hair at all how I wanted but I will post pictures because it will speak for itself what she also did too my sister hair was even worse she actually bleach her hair and was brushing my sister hair while the bleach was on her hair and omg lord help me I wanted cry watching my sister hair fall off and the hair salon lady picking up my sister hair putting it in her pocket listen I am and always was raised too forgive and keep it moving I was pregnant so I was extra emotional I couldn't even tell my sister what happen because she would of definitely smack that lady and walked off which I don't blame her I paid the lady and just pray too GOD that she didn't do this too anyone else after me and my sister left we talked about it and was devastated read more

I have been many times to Oasis since it is local. I have never had a great experience here, and from now on I will be going out of town to get my nails done. I asked multiple times for them to work on a callus I had and at the end it was still there. Every time I get my nails done either dip or gel they never last. After a few days they start chipping and coming off. I do not recommend this place to anyone. read more

let me start off by saying they are extremely friendly, but dang are they dumb. i got a pedicure that was fine, but a week later i got a gel fill. not only could they not do what i asked (which was simple glitter) the woman made my nails so thin (even though i asked for them to be thicker) they fell off in less than a week. one of them split right down the middle. The polish was a mess, fuzz and hair on every nail. left looking like i still needed a fill. nails were completely uneven. the woman spent more time filing it down than anything else. will never come back or recommend. read more
