Went in for a pedicure. Called ahead they said they had time. ( they clearly didn't - I'd rather them just be honest and say that). The regular pedicure I received wasn't even 15 mins long, extremely rushed and zero effort applied. Gel polish all over my toes. Then the women doing them filed the edges so uneven that they looked horrible after applying the polish. left with an over priced hack job. I'm beyond frustrated. I made an appointment weeks ago for a 9:30 pedicure. The place opens at 9:30 and three people were still outside waiting at 9:40. Finally open door and nothing is ready for day and the other people get sat and I sit and wait until almost 10. Why have an appointment system if you're not going to use it? If you have appointments at 9:30 why wouldn't you be ready by 9:15? I don't understand. On the other hand (why it gets the 3 instead of a 1) the service itself was great! Most people probably pass this place by bombing down 146. I was in a rush and needed ... surprise ....a wax ! My brows are notorious. So I ran in here on a lazy Tuesday afternoon in January to remedy the situation. It was a ghost town in there but was surprised to find a nice big place in a strip mall. This is a basic salon - nothing fancy or trendy for the younger crowd but honestly that's exactly what I want in a salon. I have been a customer for close to 3 years. Not after today. I selected a nail polish color and dropped it. It broke, got all over my pants, I apologized and helped clean it up as best I could. The supposed owner, CeeCee, told me $10.00 will be added to my bill for today. For a half filled bottle of polish that retails for $5. How humiliating. And I was the ONLY customer in the shop at that time, for an hour and a half - no other customers came in at all. I will never go back there again, there are way too many nail shops that are great to treat your customers so poorly. read more

While they accommodated my appointment for 3 people which was great and the place was clean, everything else was nothing more than mediocre. The nail techs talked loudly the whole time to eachother and were fighting actually. The pedicure was nothing more than ok and quite a lack of a leg rub. Not relaxing at all. To boot at the very end when it came time to pay, they told us they don't accept credit cards they only use Venmo or cash. Seriously?!?!? So they don't have to pay taxes on the charges? No way. It's 2021. We get what that was about. They should advertise that they do not take credit cards and be transparent. For that I would never waste my time to go back to that mediocre less than relaxing experience. read more

I had an absol horrible experience at this place. i had a pedicure (which was mediocre at best) and I usually get a dip and gel color but the tech told me liquid gel was better and would last longer. Then she refused to dip and did the gel anyway. Normally I wouldn't even bother with a review but I went yesterday and I already have a broken nail and due to the fact that I'm traveling I can't even get it fixed! Beyond frustrated! Way better Sunday hours than my regular nail salon so I prefer my pedicures here since they're less rushed and more relaxing. Also I appreciate that they use a new tub liner for each client assuring sanitary conditions. EDIT: Pushed into a more expensive liquid gel manicure that broke and chipped within a week. I won't use them for manicures again but they're fine with toes since nobody uses acrylics for that. read more

The last two times I've been here I really disliked my experience. First, I had a pedicure with my 8 year old daughter. I asked for her to just have polish and they gave her a full pedicure and charged me for one. On both my toes and hands they butchered my cuticles. When we arrived we were told to pick our color out then sat and waited about 15 minutes while 1 of only 3 people working there finished with a client before getting 2 pedicure stations ready. We were both seated at the same time. The girl started working on my friend while I sat with my feet in the water. I sat there waiting patiently thinking some one would be coming over soon. After 30 minutes it was clear that was never going to happen. I proceeded to dry off my feet. While l doing this the girl said something to the owner about me which wasn t in English and I thought was rude to do. Never once did the owner acknowledge me or the situation as I sat there waiting for my friend. Wouldn t recommend this place at all. Poor customer service & disrespectful. The worst place. My daughter went in a week early and showed a picture of the manicure she wanted. They said they could do it and had materials. I called day before to make sure they had everything they needed and added a pedicure for her and myself. Went in, still could not confirm they had the materials and tried to talk her into something different. We told them if they couldn't do it we would go,somewhere else. They said they could do it. She finished her pedicure. I was just beginning because the girl who started me had to leave to pick up her son. My daughter sat down for manicure and was told they did not have enough materials. Didn't realize that she needed that much. She showed them the picture of entire manicure several times. They should have known. I had the girl stop my pedicure, mainly because we had to find another place to do her manicure and also because she killed me! Made my toe bleed, shoved it in the water to stop it. Did not want any polish on because it would have hurt more. The owner,so she says, charged me for two pedicures. I called when I got home, because my toe started bleeding again and puffing up at bed. She argued with me, lied, and told me to,come in if I wanted to talk. I went in and she denied everything, told me she wanted to finish so I should pay. This place is a rip off! Very rude owner. Did not do what I asked for. I was there 3+ hours total. 45 minutes waiting for Ceecee to finish another person and do an acrylic set for me. She was acting like she was on drugs, shaking, and rushing through the set. All nails were incredibly uneven, and thin, not close to the shape or length I asked for. I showed pictures so there is no excuse for doing the opposite of what I wanted. I kept asking for the nails shorter and she got so mad she was digging her nails into my fingers as she gripped me. I paid the $75 and left because I had an appointment immediately after. Within 12 hours two nails snapped in half at the thin parts. I called the next day for a refund and she immediately refused to give my money back, or even fix her work. She said never to go there again. Said it was my fault they're uneven because that's what I "asked for" and I left "happy". I was in tears. I've been here enough times that I've seen the owner collect all tips for herself. I'm really disappointed I gave this place several chances and every time I come here my gel manicure chips within two days! It seems like they don't pay attention to making sure there aren't chips or flakes on the nail as well as ignoring if there's an even coat of polish free from spots or dust.
