I was absolutely thrilled with the care and attention that I received during my facial at KaLis! Katia, the owner was very warm, friendly, and genuine. I let her chose the best facial treatment for me, and was happy to see that she didn't jump at the opportunity to suggest the most expensive service availbe. Quite the contrary, I received a relatively mild vitamin c facial treatment for sensitive skin which was very appropriate for me given my dermatolic history and the fact that I was new to this spa product line. The best part- Katia added in all types of complimentary services during my facial that I did not expect. She gave me a hot stone massage on my arms, massaged my scalp, "zapped" a few blemishes, and even tweezed a few stray hairs. After my facial was finished there was no pressure to buy products or reschedule for another service. Katia gave me a few product samples to use over the next month and informed me that future appointments can be scheduled if I like. One word of note, don't let the drive by appearance of this spa fool you. The spa is in a charming cape that seems like a private residence from the road.
