She said it was short but should be fine as long as she added in hair to it. I booked the appointment and it was suppose to be for 2 hours and 40 minutes. I dropped my son off and within an hour he had already called me to pick him up. He got in the car and it was worse than I expected. Tons of hair was already falling out of it, the back was braided half way down his head, the braids were all messed up and looked nothing like the inspo pic my son had showed her. I had asked for my deposit back which she sent but when I thought about it more, this was horrible and looked like someone new that was starting to braid had just done it and spent no time. She refused to give me the rest of the money back. I even asked my son's barber what he thought before I even complained about it and he agrees, she did not do a good job. Now he's going to a different place in the morning that is confident she can do a better job. Just giving you a fair warning to not go here... I much rather her have been honest and said his hair is too short and it won't look good, or half way into doing it stopped right then and I would have understood. But to send a client out looking like this and still taking the money is crazy to me. I asked for my deposit back which she sent to me but she refuses to give me the full amount back.
