When I emailed about how unhappy I was the next day, I was met with excuses and pointing blame back at me. The owner was extremely rude to me and very unprofessional. She blatantly lied about my character and how they've been warned about me by three different salons and even lash ladies in the area. Only I've never had my hair done by anyone in the area, and never once had my lashes done! This is not how you treat your unhappy clients and I suggest taking customer service classes. The customer service skills, mainly the owner are some of the worst I've ever seen.
