I wasn't looking for anything special and told her I was looking to relax. And that's exactly what I did. It included a neck and arm massage that was heavenly. I left and my face felt amazing. I noticed how much better My neck and jawline looked, and my skin was so soft. I will definitely be going back for some specific treatments.

How did I not know about this place?! I almost feel like I don't want to tell you all about it…read morebecause then I won't have it to myself! I have been traveling up to an hour to check out different spas to have dermaplaning done. Meanwhile- Natasha was literally a mile from my house! If you've read any of my past reviews you might know that I was both a massage therapist and an esthetician...so I know a thing or two about a good service. Natasha competes with some of the best providers I've had at any upscale spa. I've paid $200 to have this exact service done elsewhere with results subpar to this one. And at a FRACTION of the price (and better than Groupon prices) . So good that I'll definitely be buying a series next month when I go back in. It's a tiny, cozy spot. Very clean and sanitary (she literally has a sink she washes her hands in the room with). Her table is so warm and even massages while you get your facial done. I plan on going back this week for a pedicure!

I have been routinely doing my skin care with Dina and I have never felt better taken care of. She takes her time, not only in the service, but in explaining what's going on with my skin and what the future treatments and goals are. She's very detail oriented and uses only the best facial products I have ever tried for my problematic skin. Divine is also a amazing salon where I completely changed my look and absolutely LOVED it!

I love this place so much!…read more Lorie- I have been going to Lorie for facials ever since I was a teen. I was so sad when I moved to the west coast because I knew I'd only be able to see her 1x a year (when I came home for family visits). I tried many places in San Francisco and no other place or esthetician compares to Lorie. She is thorough, honest about what my skin needs, and (best of all) the results are incredible!! I moved back to the east coast during the pandemic and am so excited to book my next facial with her!! Devon- What a gem! She consulted me when I wanted to explore Botox and other treatments and I couldn't have picked a better person to do these treatments. She wants you to feel comfortable and is extremely trustworthy in her recommendations!!! The results are absolutely incredible and make me feel like I haven't aged a day. I appreciate her opinions always - her calmness also helps make the treatments feel smooth and comfortable. I can't recommend her enough!!

Do yourselves a favor and stay away from this salon unless you like to be disrespected and talked…read moredown to. If I could give them a 0 rating I would. Apparently when someone doesn't cover your grays (whites in my case) correctly and you ask them to fix it and this happens twice in a row after each coloring, you are the problem not the person coloring your hair. The owner literally just told me on the phone in a rude manner 'we will fix it this time but next time you need your hair colored you should go somewhere else because this keeps happening with you' !!! He went on and on about how the previous time it happened it looked fine to him (there were visible whites in the front)' and essentially accusing me of lying. Yep folks it's my fault that my hair that they colored yesterday still has some white and the base doesn't match the rest of my hair. What do you say to something like that ?!! We will fix it this time but go somewhere else after. Yeah like I even want to come back after that statement! When I proceeded to tell him he was being rude and condescending and that I would write a review about this he started yelling cutting me off saying 'are you threatening me?' Over and over until I hung on him. No thanks I don't need this abuse. There was another inicident where I booked a haircut with him. When he started cutting my hair he asked 'who cut your hair it's really uneven' all shocked but when I told him it was one of his staff and why I booked with him instead his whole demeanor changed and went on to say things like 'well if you don't communicate exactly what you want you might not get good results' again putting on me that my hair was badly cut!!! The owner of this salon is rude and condescending and If his staff messes up he will blame you. No accountability or respect.

The entire place is clean and not overwhelmingly scented. There's fruit water, trail mix and a small waiting/seating in the center of the salon. Plus your typical products for purchase by the front - they do NOT try to sell you anything whatsoever and that can't be understated. I despise pushiness because there truly is no need. The spa area is quiet and separated, located in the very back, as compared to the hair services out front and manicure stations off to a side in the back. The service here is exceptional, and I'm sure they know they do a wonderful job! Chuck is a riot, and Pam is very sweet. Both did great jobs for blowouts. Rachel's good for massages; very receptive and caters to what you need. New go to spa / salon for sure :)
