I had a little bit of gel polish on my toes (I'm talking 5/10 toes and not fully painted bc my last pedicure was in August!!) the technician comes over and keeps harassing me to do gel again. I said no thank you I was taking a break bc I go more frequently in the winter & do gel in the summer so it lasts for the beach/pool. Told me if I do gel she won't charge me to take off the left over polish on my toes unless I do gel. I said no thank you. Got harassed prob 5 more times. At this point I was annoyed I had to pay but I didn't have a choice i was already there couldn't take it off myself. She does my pedicure and she was extremely odd behavior making me feel uncomfortable. Talking under her breath (not English) and hysterically laughing throughout my time. My mom and I thought it was bizarre. They start painting my toes first even though i needed removal of the few toes with gel & starting ten mins after my mom. My mom likes my color. She asks to use the same color. The lady gets her a new color (diff shade and brand) and tells us my color is old & this one is better. I even made a comment "old? I get the old polish??" She asks for my color. Again told it's old and this color is better. She didn't like the new color bc it was not the same as mine and just went back to the original one she picked after going back and forth with them a few times!!! Again weird. Before I go to dry, I hand her a $10 tip. It was five dollar bills and one five dollar bill. I rolled it up & handed it to her. She takes the money and shows it to the women next to her doing my mom nails and laughs. Puts it in her pocket. It was so strange, I even asked if there was something wrong. She laughs and shakes her head. So I'm beside myself at this point I want to get the hell out of here. I dry my toes for 15/20 mins and leave in my own flip flops. I had to run an errand (pick up order) and drive back home prob 20 more mins of drying in my flip flops. When I walk in the house and look at my toes they look moldy and chunky. They were painted horrible (poliah on skin not cleaned up) and the polish had to be expired or old. I called and complained and they told me to come back to repaint them. I wanted a refund after the horrible service and the way my toes look after $50 spent. They refused. I appreciate the offer to "fix" them but I will never, everrrr step in there again. So I am going elsewhere to pay more money to fix my moldy looking feet! I don't like to leave bad reviews to just leave them but I'm forewarning others before stepping in this establishment. Go elsewhere!!!!! And I hate my feet for me to post pictures of them rly speaks volume

I wasn't looking for anything special and told her I was looking to relax. And that's exactly what I did. It included a neck and arm massage that was heavenly. I left and my face felt amazing. I noticed how much better My neck and jawline looked, and my skin was so soft. I will definitely be going back for some specific treatments.

Very clean and sanitary (she literally has a sink she washes her hands in the room with). Her table is so warm and even massages while you get your facial done. I started with filling out the questionnaire and a got a delicious iced coffee. I was set up with Savannah for my pedicure. It's been all winter so she had her work set out for her. The tools are all clean and sealed and the wash tubs for your feet are copper and sterilized in between clients which is very nice. They have a nice comfortable chair with a leg rest and a herbal neck wrap. I am a large woman and have a hard time usually with being uncomfortable during pedicures but they made me very comfortable and were attentive to my needs. Perfect pedi 10/10 Next I went to see Jordan for my first ever facial. It was a luxurious experience that started with cleansing and a nice scrub followed by steaming and massage. She was a delight to chat with and made me feel very at home. I have back issues but was not uncomfortable at all and being a big person the table was very ample and I felt very safe. 10/10 Finally I took a 10 minute salt soak in the salt booth. I have asthma and allergies and wanted to try it out. I've heard so many great things. It is quite the experience. Billowing salt through the air in the nose out the mouth. I was told to expect some coughing and nose running which did happen but when I was done it is the first time in 13 days I didn't have wheezing or noise in my lungs and I felt rejuvenated and excited to come back again for another round. This place is set up like a little store as well with plants and other cute things you can purchase. I would say give the ladies a try for all of your pampering needs. They are excellent.

Also, the prices are fair by salon standards. It's not the cheap mall nail salon prices but it's also not the cheap mall nail salon experience :)
