This nail salon is now called "J'Adore Nails Studio," not "Expo nails." There customer service was terrible!!! I observed the nail technician/ manager make fun of a heavy set lady doing her nails. I also observed that same nail technician repeatedly hit and push the back of this poor ladies chair until her nails were finished. It made me super uncomfortable and I should have said something. Went for a basic pedicure ($28). Technician did a great job, and gave me a legitimate foot massage instead of just a few half-hearted moments of pounding you get at other places. Every other customer appeared to be a regular and had a warm relationship with the staff which I took to be a great sign. Took a star off because there is no AC (wear a tank top!) and very small assortment of magazine. (I like to catch up on dumb celebrity news when I'm in the chair. Who doesn't?) And they didn't have my go-to color (which is generally a super easy to find one, OPI Thrill of Brazil) but they otherwise had a good selection of colors. read more

Called to ask how much a fill was. While talking I found their page on Facebook it says 15 +gel. She told me it was 40 I asked about their Facebook page. I was told oh we don't use that anymore. I did not pay 40 for a full set. Very rude. I should have known reading the comments from other people. They seem to make up their own prices. I guess it depends who you are. Extremely unprofessional, and I only spoke with them on the phone. I would NOT recommend this place!!! read more

I had a great mani pedi here. Only complaint was the service was slow-- I waited 20 minutes before they started on me, but at least they let me sit in a pedicure massage chair while I waited. Great massage chairs and attention to detail with polishing. No chips for a few days on my hands and my pedicure is still intact a few weeks later. Very nice staff- my manicurist noticed a hangnail that was at risk of being infected. She applied eucalyptus oil before I left and I was good to go. read more

LOVE this place, I am very picky about the shape of my nails and here they do it perfectly. I also had an acrylic nail rip off unintentionally and it hurt very bad, but the nail tech was able to repair it without hurting me at all. Definitely recommend this place read more

I went to this salon and at first the workers seem very friendly. But overall the experience was not worth the money they charge. I have paid less for better. My nail shape was different for each finger. And one nail was completely messed up and chunky looking. Very disappointed because their online images make them look really good but my nails were done poorly and I honestly cannot wait to have them taken off. read more

This is a wonderful nail salon. The women are extremely friendly and seem to enjoy what they do. Owner Sue is very concerned with making sure all clients have a nice experience. Nina is very talented as well. All in all, each of the nail techs seem to be very into the salon and helping each other. It has a more hole in the wall vibe as opposed to a luxury spa. I love the vibe, you sort of feel like you're "in" as opposed to just one of many. I cannot say enough good things about these ladies and this nail salon! read more

I really wanted to love this place but from the start it was odd - 2 woman stared at me for a minute when I came in and then sort of just dropped the nail color box in front of me. When I sorted out what I wanted they got me going and the pedi was great - the girl did a nice job - and nice massage. Gel manicure was ok - she cut my cuticle and it bled. The next day I had to go back in because I had a red toe from a piece of toenail not properly removed. After 1 week my manicure started to chip. Eh - not so great. read more

I've tried numerous nail salons in Worcester and this one is one of the best. The owner is friendly. The nail techs do a great job and I always get acrylic fills and my nails never break. They do awesome designs as well. Pedicures are thorough too. Priced well. I think a pedicure is about $25- $27. The only problem is sometimes they can get very busy because it's such a small salon. Also, the inside decor isnt the best, but not a big deal. Other than that I love it ! read more

Very small place. 4 nail stations and 4 pedi chairs. Made an apt for 4:30pm, didn't sit in the chair until 5:15pm, so that's why I'm not giving 5/5. I had the dip powder nails done, which was great. They have a good assortment to choose from- more than any other place I've been to. It's been two weeks and my nails still look awesome! If I could give this place 0 stars, I WOULD! Terrible service! Absolutely awful! I was in their Hudson location, and the employees were extremely rude!! They were continuously rushing me, telling me to hurry up while picking up a color. After rushing to get a color, I sat down for my pedicure and the water was ice cold.. I asked the guy to warm up the water and at first he ignored me, I then asked again, he mumbled something under his breath and then put on warm water. While getting my pedicure, the guy seemed more interested in the conversations with his co workers more than my pedicure, he stopped multiple times, and walked away to talk to the others while my legs sat with the scrub on them. When it came time to painting my nails, this guy did the worst job! I asked for 3 coats of polish and I got one. It was the worst pedicure I have ever experienced. There was paint all on my toes and looked like a child painted my toes with their eyes shut. I should have left after that... but I reluctantly moved onto my manicure thinking things couldn't have gotten worse, I was wrong. It started with my fingers soaking in freezing cold water. I told the guy I was not putting my fingers in the water because it was too cold. He gave me an eye roll followed by something in Chinese. Once he returned with somewhat warmer water, we began the worst manicure ever. I was unable to relax due to the roughness! My fingers have never bled so much due to my cuticles being cut. After the 4th finger I got up and told the guy that he was not finishing my manicure! I requested someone else immediately. This is when I was told to leave for being too difficult and not able to be pleased! I paid for my awful pedicure and left no tip. Save your money, save your time, and avoid this place at ALL COSTS! read more

I cant believe there aren't more reviews. I go in for pedicures once and a while and everytime i do they remember me. The staff are engaging and create a relaxed environment but they leave you alone when its obvious you don't want to chat. I have also never felt pressured to get any "upgrades" like you can in other salons. I love this place. read more
