She was very gentle in wrapping and taking the old gel polish off. It wasn't rushed at all and I like that she didn't scrape off the polish after 5 minutes of wrapping. Ruonie was super meticulous and what I mean by that is she shaped my nails and it matched my other hand. She cut my cuticles so well and even... never have I had someone take their time and do such a great job. The best part is that the polish was so even and nicely done, not even thick, I can't even. They take time and care to get all my cuticles and my gel polish always lasts 3 weeks or more. Tien and Ruoni do amazing designs. Nina and Ratha are also amazing and always listen to their customers needs. I've seen them remember specific colors their customers chose in the past. The whole shop is super clean and they even have the disposable liners for pedicure baths. I have never had a bad nail apt.
