I do not recommend this salon she is not good at talking to her customers she is repeatedly yelling at me . i felt uncomfortable seeing empty milk gallons full of red tissues, and no one should pay more than 400 for nails and when you ask her for the price she keeps ignoring you and when time to pay she makes up prices and there was plenty of bugs on the floor and when i finsh paying she says ten doller tip until you leave and when it was my turn she pulled me out my seat and then when i told her about she stared laughing totally do not recommend . read more

Well I went yesterday with my daughters and I thought it was going to be a good experience but I spent almost 300 dollars for us just to have my daughters nails and nail shape look awful and they kept pushing extra stuff on us we told them no 3 times and they still added chrome to my daughters nails. Will never be going here again read more

Very unprofessional. The nail tech asked me a question and the owner of the salon answered for me in their own language. They had people double booked. I asked for full set Gel she insisted on doing dip and rushed me out. they charged $5 extra for doing almond shape nails. Charged for doing my cuticles when they didn't. Then they asked me to go take money out of the ATM because they preferred cash. I was baffled and I do not recommend this salon to anyone. one week later three nails already fallen. Worst nail salon I've ever gone to. Wanted a full set with dip powder and my friend had a gel manicure. The placemat on the table was either a filthy towel or a instruction Manuel. No sanitation was required upon entering the salon, they did not wipe down after each costumer. When I sat down to have my cuticles cut, the cuticle cutter had the woman before me cuticles left on it. No sanitation was done in between me and her. They didn't even clean off the equipment. They dug into my nail beds so far that everyone of my nails was bleeding and they continued to dig at them after blood was drawn. Then proceeded to paint oil from a bottle onto the bloody cuticle and the brush went back into the oil after it had touched my blood. DISGUSTING. This place is absolutely filthy and are not cleansing in between customers. I will not be returning and I would never recommend this place to anyone. Do not go here! read more

This is my 2nd time stopping into Fancy Nails. I love the setting of this salon, it was stunning filled with luxury furniture, and the atmosphere gives you a peaceful sensation. Also, It was very clean and organized. I recommend asking for Kim, she did an immaculate job my nails. She was patient and neat in her work. Absolutely horrible experience. The scrubbers were all used and dirty. I got chemically burned during my pedicure. They rush the appointment and do not take their time to provide a relaxing service. My biggest concern was getting chemically burned so I returned to the salon and asked for a refund, I was denied a refund. They not only did not care about the painful blisters they caused me but they also would not refund my $35 which is horrifically unprofessional. You may be confused by this review compared to all the other reviews (as I was as well) but it is because they try to bribe their clients with free nail sets to change their negative reviews. Learning this was heartbreaking as well because they do not feel the need to refund you if you receive a poor service or a burn but they will refund you if you write a poor yelp review. Highly suggest creative nails on park ave or if you don't mind driving a distance divine nails is the best nail salon in central mass. read more
