The salon is very nice it's clean however I got a dipped manicure which was $48 and then I asked for chrome and they charged me an additional $15. I've never paid that much. It only took him three minutes to do the chrome and they charged me an extra $15. And the woman next to me got a hand massage but I didn't so I think it's expensive and they're inconsistent with their care. read more

Dropped in on a Sunday because my regular salon is not open on Sunday. Maya (sp?) helped me pick out a newcolor. I wasn't so sure about it, but the color turned out to be perfect for my skin tone. She did a great job. Looks different than it did a few months back - a bit more open and light to me. As many salons are doing now - tip is cash only due to CC charges. My only concern was seeing the %off sign on the way out and realizing that while I heard others being told of the promotion, it was not shared with me. ‍ Still really like Maya and will definitely visit her again. Visited again on 2/23/20. Maya apologized for not giving the discount last time, so gave me some off today. She did another fabulous job with my nails. I want to give them more but I don't think I'll be coming any time soon. They are relatively new to this area, hailing from RI, and they are funny and interesting. Both in not a good way and in a good way. A week later, the most deficient gel manicure I have had. Nails too long (even though I asked her a couple of times to cut them down) and chipping... never has that happened before. The products they have for the pedicures seem "upscale" but they fade in the background when you realize the place is huge but equipment is chinzy. I can't say I remember my pedi, because I was so tired I fell asleep (normal for me). Then off we go to the manicure and she is trying hard to be professional, but she asked me to SHUSH when I started talking to the only ONE client that walked in. She pretty much wanted me to shut up, and let the other owner do the sales pitch and just be quiet, like she was shushing her young daughter there. Seriously. It was hillarious. Then she asked me to "be still" because I would ruin her work (which wasn't at par with the other places in the area anyway)... I have NEVER had that happen before. I'm older and sitting too long hurts, so I readjust my "Seat" - normal and typical, and I have never had any of our techs either shush me or ask me to "be still". I wish them luck, but I'm not going back. With so many other options in town, I don't want to deal with being treated like I'm a 13 year old kid. I think its a cultural thing for the hard working lady - because they are very hard working and want people to come in. They had a $5 off for pedicures, which lured me in - on day when I was there by my lonesome, with one lady coming in when I was almost done. She was nice until she wasn't... I don't think she realized I'm at least 15 years older than her! And a consumer and supporter of our local businesses! SHHHHHUSHHHHH! Be still and be quiet! Sorry guys. read more

Went late last week for acrylics/ pedi and also a kids pedi - was very happy with how they came out! Unfortunately 5 nails randomly popped off - came in today to get them fixed and they got me right in and went above and beyond - not only fixing the nails that had fallen off but the nails that were still attached! They did an honest to god great job. I was very pleased when I walked in there were only 3 people working and 3 clients so my mother and I had to wait about 10 minutes and I waited 15 minutes. I needed to get there right when they opened because i had a very busy day planned. I needed this because according to their website, what i wanted was going to take almost 2 hours (~70 min pedicure and ~35 min manicure). Well I actually ended up arriving around 9:40 (hours stated 9:30) and they weren't open yet. I waited for a few min and finally some one showed up. I decided to give them a few min and went in. You can tell that they haven't been open for very long at this location. There is still some unfinished things, like TVs not hung up, a ladder out in the open, and some of the chairs still really weren't put together. They also don't seem like they really care too much about the presentation of the place. Chairs were all askew, there was a coffee that looked like it was from yesterday still out and visible, dishes and stuff were all out on the counter etc. Well, i explained what i wanted and, i am not really complaining, but was really looking forward to one of the higher end pedicures. I didn't get charged for the higher end one and thank goodness because, i think of the language barrier and I didn't really know that name of it, I didn't get that one. They also don't have a TON of choices for color, but they do have a pretty good amount. I really like OPI brand so that limited me a bit. Massages could have been a bit "tougher" as well. The massage chairs were pretty good. Overall, I think they got a bit to work out. I am sure that opening a second location does take some time to get used to. I only tried this place out because it was located in the same plaza as my hotel I Was staying at. I prob wouldn't make the drive to try it again though. read more

Do not go to this salon. They will take your appointment and when you turn up for it they will make you wait an hour or turn you away because other customers turned up late. That's not the way to run a business. read more

I had a pedicure and a gel manicure done the other day and the pedicure was great but the gel manicure was definitely not worth the money. It came out very streaky and bumpy and only three days later two of my nails are already peeling/chipping. The place itself was clean and the staff were all very friendly but I don't think I will be going back. read more

I have been going to Dalla Nails since their opening of the Marlboro location. The salon is clean with a very calming atmosphere. The staff are friendly, yet very professional. I feel welcomed each time I walk through the door. I've done both walk-in and scheduled appointment; I've never waited more than a couple of minutes! Every pedicure has been relaxing and well done. I went in on March 10 because my usual pedicure shop was closed due to wintry weather. I never should have stepped foot inside Dalla. A male pedicurist there fractured my toe. He seemed to know nothing about how to massage a foot. The manipulation that hurt the most involved him wrapping his hand around all my toes and then squeezing them all together-- hard. That is probably what fractured the bone in my toe. A bone chip broke off at the site of the fracture and then started moving around inside the toe--all before I even knew there was a fracture... I am still under a doctor's care and still in pain. read more
