New liners are put in with each pedicure..it's so clean here!! Wish I came here sooner. I absolutely love it.
    Amanda C.

Always get a good pedicure here although it is on the more expensive side. They only do regular nail polish mani/pedis and gel mani/pedis. I love the liners that are used when you get a pedicure so you know you always have a clean experience. One negative I will say is that they have a person working here, maybe multiple people - I'm not sure, that go out and take smoke breaks out back of the store and the smoke wafts back into the nail salon. It is really gross to smell, and NOT something I like smelling while I am sitting here getting a pedicure. Gross!

Great experience! I chose this salon based on reviews and proximity to my home. I was not disappointed. This was my first ever gel manicure so I didn't quite know what to expect. I was greeted right away and told to pick out a color. Let me tell you they have a ton of colors to choose from!!! Hannah did my manicure and was very sweet. This was the cleanest nail salon I've been to. And my manicure was so relaxing. I honestly almost fell asleep during the hand massage. We are now five days in and my nails look as good as they did when I left. Definitely going back!!!

Great experience getting a manicure and pedicure here. Clean, friendly and spacious. Good attention to my cuticles. Great way to spend a special girls day out by getting mani pedis and then heading to Wrentham Outlets for some good ole shopping therapy. Would recommend to my friends.

I was at Bellacure for my usual every other week gel mani. They did a fabulous job as always. It took a little longer than usual, but as you can see from the pictures, it was well worth the extra time. I gave my nail tech free range with my only request being that she do a Halloween theme. As usual, she went well beyond my expectations!

Being a stay at home mom, I rarely get any "me" time.. so when my friend suggested manis and pedis, I jumped at the opportunity for some much needed pampering. My friend suggested this fine establishment because she had been there before and had great service. We had an appointment for 630.. the salon closes at 8pm in weeknights. When we showed up, there was no one in the place and they were cleaning the floors. They said that they would be doing our manis (gel) and pedicures at the same time to save time... aka... they wanted to get us done sooner so they could leave sooner. At this point, I was already feeling completely rushed. I showed the owner/nail tech a photo of what I wanted my nails to look like. She said she could do it, and she went to work. She showed me when she was done and it didn't look anything like the photo. I complained and said I didn't like it, she argued with me saying that she did exactly what the picture looked like... my nails were already dry completely so she didn't want to have to fix it.. because she just wanted to leave.. she did the second hand exactly like the picture but never fixed the first hand... then after our pedicures we were hurried to the drying table. A male nail tech came over to "check" to make sure our toe nails were dry.. and said we were ready to go.. I proceeded to put on my socks and boots.. when I got home my pedicure was totally smudged. I just am in shock at how poorly we were treated. So much for a night out, kid free. If I could give zero stars, I would.

This salon is great, recently visited with my sister in law. They took us right away as walk ins. They use a liner for their pedicure stations so you know that it is clean. Also, they do not offer acrylic nails, so the air is very clean, healthy and no noisy machines! They have a ton of colors to choose and are reasonably priced. Very happy with my gel manicure and pedicure! Will definitely be back!

They don't do acrylic nails or gel. I wouldn't even call this a real nail salon. The only reason I'm writing more is because Yelp made me.

I did not have an appointment on a Saturday I walked in to be warmly greeted and asked for a pedicure. The walls had gorgeous lit shelves displaying all the color options and I was taken to the back to start my service. Tranquil atmosphere unlike the hustle and bustle of most nail salons. My nail tech showed me the options and although I chose the Basic Pedicure, it was certainly more than just basic ! The exfoliating gel that was warm in plastic over my heels was certainly a nice treat! My second visit I decided to splurge and get gel manicure along with my second time pedicure here. The staff was incredibly helpful providing all the information on the options and what would suit me best. I decided to get some tips to add length and when I tell you they look so natural and beautiful... wow ! Irene was my tech and she was meticulous and professional. I would definitely recommend this place in this area. One of the best !

I had just had a pedicure here the week prior but wanted a polish change for vacation. Well, the tech doing my nails showed her aggravation (if you don't want to provide a service, don't put it on the menu). She was annoyed from that moment and took it out on my gel manicure. I have NEVER had such a bad manicure, my nails have been crumbling since. She absolutely destroyed them. (I have been manicures for years, so my nails can handle a dip or a gel). I had one broken nail and she cut ALL of my nails down to the skin before I even realized it. Then she kept asking me if I "wanted" things that I know were part of the service. Never again.

I had one of the men do my pedicure and he gave a fantastic massage and did a stellar job on my clean up/polish. The experience started badly when I was shown to a foot spa that was still full of dirt and nail clippings from the previous customer. I had to wait while it was cleaned before my appointment could even begin. The salon itself appeared unclean. There were cotton buds, cotton wool, and other debris visible on the floor and in the corners. The atmosphere was uncomfortable, and throughout our visit none of the staff were welcoming or friendly. We were barely spoken to, and unlike many salons, there wasn't even a simple offer of a bottle of water. Another thing that stood out was the lack of proper equipment. Instead of using standard foam toe separators before applying the nail polish, the staff simply stuffed pieces of tissue paper between our toes. I've had many pedicures over the years and have never seen a salon do this. My granddaughter's pedicure was also smudged and had to be redone on one of her toes. The most upsetting part happened after we paid. The total came to $125 for two adult pedicures and one child's pedicure. As we were leaving, an older staff member came running outside shouting, "No tips? No tips?" in front of everyone in the salon. My daughter politely explained that we were unhappy with the service. Instead of listening, he became angry, shouted at us, and even used the F-word in front of our 9-year-old granddaughter. No customer should ever be treated that way. One more thing we noticed was a sign in the salon offering customers a $10 voucher in exchange for leaving a five-star Google review. That made us question how many of the glowing reviews genuinely reflect customers' experiences. We cannot recommend this salon. Between the lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, unprofessional practices, rude treatment, and the aggressive confrontation over tipping, this was one of the worst salon experiences we've ever had. We hope this review helps other people make an informed decision before spending their money here

But the hygiene is really poor here. The same tools are used across clients without any sanitation in between (clippers, cuticle trimmers, nail files, electric drimmels) and it makes me so uncomfortable. If they can just increase their hygiene practices it would be perfect. I also have the problem with the nail techs always over buffing my nails. The common practice these days in all the salons is to use the electric drimmel to buff nails and it always hurts and damages my nails so much. I used to do my own dip nails for years and know they don't need that much buffing so it's a shame. I'd love to do my own nail prep and then have the artists just paint the designs.
