The therapists are all very professional and good at what they do. I never feel uncomfortable or rushed, and they are very good at following any instructions given. Each session is ended with suggestions on what to do to ensure you're taking care of yourself which is nice. I also like that the members get their own little waiting area. The person doing the facial (Jackie) was very rough and loud. She was always opening and shutting drawers loudly and when she walked around the room even her shoes were loud! There was no gentleness to her. It was almost like she was angry and just wanted the facial to be done. I really almost left half way thru. This was so disappointing.
