Jenny ( the owner) has just about taken the pain away with her Thai and Swedish methods of massage.

My senses were in heaven, from the smell, to the dim lighting, to the decor..just simply beautiful. Cindy was my masseuse. Just meeting her one time, I could feel her gentle and kind spirit radiate through her. I can TRY to put into words how amazing I feel after having the 90 minute comprehensive massage.. but it will be tricky to accurately describe haha. I genuinely feel like she massaged a whole years worth of stress out of me. I'm actually relaxed, and that is RARE for me. She was thoughtful in making sure to ask if it was ever too much pressure, or if the stones were too hot... I genuinely don't think I've had a better massage experience any where else. 100/10 thank you so much Cindy! I will 100% be coming back and recommend you (yes, you reading this review) do yourself a favor and check them out.

I've been too many times to count over the years and finally decided to share my well-kept secret. Friendly, professional, clean, trustworthy, and kind are the most consistent traits outside the best massage treatments you could ask for. Simple, yet done with care. I tip $40-50 on a $110 90-minute massage, just because it is so worth it to me. I've seen these wonderful ladies treated poorly by other customers and I shake my head at what people expect. I recommend giving them a try and ask for Olivia or Cindy. Both are great therapists. My only "complaint" is that sometimes I get a smell of cigarettes which may be coming from next door. I don't know. It's never been an issue, but I have noticed it a few times. Again, one of my go to places when I need massage therapy. Cheers!

ARB is more than a group of chiropractors as advertised here. They offer a variety of services to…read moredeal with pain, recurring or chronic sport injuries, and discomfort. They obviously also offer chiropractic services and consultations but that is not what brought me into contact with them. Dr. Abbie (Zubiel) has treated me every time I go in to see her. It is primarily for maintenance for a partially torn glute medius that happened about 2 years ago. I started treatment and physical therapy in North Carolina and re-aggravated it after about 6 months moving to here. I immediately began searching for a treatment spot that mimicked my one in NC and found ARB online. They treat a number of local athletes, teams, and weekend warriors which means they understand what our lifestyle is and what problems it can often lead to. Abbie treated me not only in a completely professional and mature manner, but also took my opinions and preferences into consideration when treating me. It was not the burn-and-churn or "just give it some rest" that so many highly touted sports physicians have given me over the years (including a couple at Duke Sports Medicine). The goal was to incrementally get better and moving which was accomplished over 3 visits. She even gave me the "don't do anything stupid" talk that I frequently got from my practitioner in NC (always given with a wink and a smile). I continue to go for maintenance and always recommend whenever anyone asks me what I do to keep on top of my recovery and prevent injury. One of the best things about ARB is they also work with a number of the local health insurances that are offered in Boston. This means you can get treatment and not have to pay out of pocket for every visit over the co-pay and any miscellaneous charges that may arise which are not covered by insurance (like the $5 dry-needling charge).

She fixed a variety of issues that I had and was creative in her problem solving. She is down-to-earth and pleasant to be around. Her goal is to help you heal you enough so that you aren't dependent on frequent adjustments. In the less than 3 months that I've been under her care, we've been able to scale back from 2 visits per week to 2 visits per month without any backsliding or issues arising thus far. I can't recommend her enough.

DO NOT GO HERE. If there was an option for negative stars, thats what this place would get. I very…read morerareIy write a review unless the experience was as awful as this. I had a 9:30 appointment that I was very much looking forward to. I got there at 9:20. I walked in, no one acknowledged me. Then I heard a voice Yell Hello? So i took a few steps and said Hello I have a 9:30. She and her coworker spoke a few words then she walked down the hall so I followed. She said wait in here 1 hour, I have 2 people now. I said Oh I cannot wait an hour for a 30 minute service, I had an appointment. She said Well what do you want me to do? I was appalled at her rudeness and lack of customer service. She basically took 2 walk ins knowing she had an appointment. She said wait here 1 hour or reschedule. I walked out. A treat like a foot massage was NOT suppose to be aggravating, annoying and a waste of time. It was all of those things for me. Obviously appointments do not matter nor does the customer.

Most spas I've gone to ask what my spots are that need work , medical history, places they should avoid and so on. Nothing. I don't believe she spoke much English. Well massage started out great !! She was strong although my massage was supposed to be Sweedish and not deep tissue but I didn't mind. Until she jumped on my back !!! Never ever have I had anyone jump on my back before. When I asked her why she said in what I could understand ok ? Although it felt strange I let her continue. When she got off of me she got some hot stones and they were wonderful. When I left still feeling strange about her jumping on me , using knees and feet on my back ,I felt ok. 10 minutes later I couldn't move . My lower back went into spasm and was laid up for 3 days. This has never happened to me after a massage and I've had many. Place was clean and the actual massage was good besides the body on top of me. Maybe they should explain and ask if that's ok first ? Ask questions prior to starting massage what your preferences are ? Well. Needless to say I will not return to Health Spa in Medway.
