She got very hostile. Very rude. And was making it seem like I was trying to get something out of her when I simply was trying to book an appointment. Very agitated woman I feel like she should get a massage.

This was my husband's first time getting a massage, so I thought getting a couple's massage would ease his anxiety. Mike and Emily were very kind and accommodating to each of our needs. I've only had one other massage it my life, but this one was the best, hands down! We left both feeling like jelly and super relaxed. The spa itself has a very relaxing atmosphere and was very clean. They offered us bottles of water before we left to hydrate. Thank you guys for making this a great Valentine's Day weekend! We'll definitely be back.

My senses were in heaven, from the smell, to the dim lighting, to the decor..just simply beautiful. Cindy was my masseuse. Just meeting her one time, I could feel her gentle and kind spirit radiate through her. I can TRY to put into words how amazing I feel after having the 90 minute comprehensive massage.. but it will be tricky to accurately describe haha. I genuinely feel like she massaged a whole years worth of stress out of me. I'm actually relaxed, and that is RARE for me. She was thoughtful in making sure to ask if it was ever too much pressure, or if the stones were too hot... I genuinely don't think I've had a better massage experience any where else. 100/10 thank you so much Cindy! I will 100% be coming back and recommend you (yes, you reading this review) do yourself a favor and check them out.

I love a deep tissue massage with a lot of pressure. It was always difficult for me to find someone who could apply enough pressure, but I finally did at The Right Touch. The spa itself is very nice. It has two levels and a lot of rooms. They have two saunas. I don't use the locker rooms but they have now changed from free to needing to buy a pass. I just change in the massage room. The rooms are always clean and I love how quiet and calm the whole Spa is. You get a choice of different lotion scents - lavender, eucalyptus, and citrus. I also got a facial there but I was so relaxed from massage that I fell asleep!

If I wasn't in so much pain I would have never gone back. Once in the room, you are covered only with a towel, which was damp and no heat on the table. I told the person where the issues where and she just did her thing. I left with the same pain. I have been seeing message therapists for years. One for 25 years now my new one for 3 years. They both have a table with sheets, blanket and the table is heated. If this was not enough, when I gave her a 20% tip, she asked for more. Obviously they don't want repeat business and why I was able to get in the same day I called. Don't waste your time or money.

They provided a heated disposable eye mask and warm compress for behind the neck that was lovely. Massage included work from the knee down and was very relaxing and enjoyable. This is not your average place, much better than a massage envy and very professional and extra touches make it nice (after massaging with oil and lotion they wipe you clean at the end with a warm towel as to not mess any of your clothes, use of warm oil and hot stones, massaging head with oil, etc.). This spot is a hidden gem! Definitely give them a try, you won't be disappointed! Courtney

I have been to this location several times before, and while every experience was different, it…read morewasn't terrible. I was seven months pregnant and my boyfriend got me a gift certificate for a massage. On multiple occasions I made an appointment through the website and then received a follow up email stating that the scheduled time cannot work on their end. I ended up not being able to get a prenatal massage before giving birth but went for a massage about three months after I had my baby. When I booked, I told them that my certificate was for a 90 prenatal massage, but I'd be using it on a 60 min regular massage. Prior to the massage I inquired how I would be compensated for the difference in either time or money as the prenatal 90 minute massage was significantly more of a cost than the massage I received. After taking my gift certificate at the time of payment, I was told I needed to email the owner for the difference in time. In my communication with the owner, she then decided to tell me the gift certificate was for a one time use only and I would receive nothing as a credit. I respectfully tried to explain that I wasn't looking for money back, but some form of credit towards an additional massage. She was rude and disrespectful to me via email and essentially stole my boyfriend's money knowingly ahead of time. If this was the outcome, she should have indicated it ahead of time when I originally inquired. She waited for me to use the certificate at approx 60% of its value before telling me I would not have any credit towards another massage. I would not recommend this practice to anyone moving forward.
