Best massage I've ever had, doesn't matter who I go to here. I drive all the way from Boston just to go here.

Always my go-to for massage. Clean, convenient and relaxing. Use a different masseuse every time I go here and all times I was satisfied.

“The sauna is cute and warm, but not HOT, perhaps because it was early in the day, but the steam shower was AMAZING.”

I saw Laurie for the first time back in February... she was great!!! I have some adult acne and…read moreshe recommended products to use and my skin has looked so much better since! She was also very educational with the questions I asked and offered other recommendations to help with my skin. My skin can be sensitive at times so I was worried about trying new products. Per Laurie's recommendation I bought a toner, vitamin c & e, a pore & wrinkle serum, & a moisturizer. I love them all and most importantly, my skin does too! I would also like to note that she was not in any way pushy about buying the products. She suggested the ones to get first if I was looking to budget. I ended up buying them all and found the pricing very reasonable. I just rebooked and can't wait to see Laurie again.

I was a loyal client going for monthly appointments for 6 years until I got breast cancer and had…read moreto cancel a couple of appointments last minute (chemo symptoms come on fast and hard!) Instead of calling me and asking if I was OK, as any caring business owner would, I was blacklisted from booking appointments online. Marisa only cares about your wallet and it's evident in the fact that in the 6 years I was a client, she went through 3 different product lines in the guise of "providing the best for her clients" i.e., what will make her the most profit. She forces product sales and tells her estheticians to do the same. If you're not her daughter or a family friend, you won't last there as an employee. Her prices are on par with high end Boston spas, but in North Attleboro. I presume she has to pay the mortgage on her extravagant new location somehow. I regret having spent thousands there over the years. EDIT 1/2/2025 in response to business owner comment -- I understand the need for strict no-show and last-minute cancellations, which of course are intended to recoup loses from UNRELIABLE clients. Not from clients diagnosed with cancer who are trying their best to maintain some sense of normalcy in life who have a long history of maintaining a proper client-business relationship. My treatment based on extenuating circumstances cannot reasonably be considered "understanding and flexible". It is important to current and future clients that they consider how quickly a business devalues a client, so they can make the most informed decision on where to receive these types of services. The best way to address my concerns would be to treat clients better than I've been treated. I in no way mean to harm your business. Everyone can read all reviews here and on other websites and decide for themselves if they wish for their hard-earned dollars to support your business.

Loved my last visit so much. Today was a little less relaxing. The receptionist and my masseuse had…read morea weird disagreement about which area I was supposed to be waiting in when I first arrived and made comments about it to me separately, lol...awkward. I had trouble logging into my account online when booking, so had to make a new one - I didn't have to fill out any paperwork or answer any questions when I got there like I had last time, so I'm not sure if that's because they were able to look up my info from last time somehow or if some steps were missed. They put me in room 7, which I will refuse next time because A) it had large doors like a closet, which made me feel like I didn't have the same level of privacy and coziness - could someone just accidentally barge through from the conjoining room?? and B) I could hear people talking and laughing in the next room for the majority of my appointment. It seemed like employees goofing around by the volume of it - I'm disappointed my masseuse didn't say anything to them. It was very distracting and took me out of relaxation mode. I had Mackenzie today - she cut right to the chase. Online it said she did Medium pressure, which I thought was what I needed for muscle soreness after overuse, but I had to ask for a little less pressure at times. She's your girl if you need deep tissue work, she is not afraid to get in there! Some areas I wanted focused on did not get as much time as I would have liked - she determined a full body session was needed, even though I kept repeating the problem areas I wanted more time on. I could have skipped some arm time in exchange for more foot work after being heavily on my feet lately. The staffer at the front desk was very friendly and helpful and answered my million questions about membership without even an ounce of annoyance, which was so appreciated! The lemon water and mints on the way out were also just what I needed and hit the spot. Please note that there's a 'convenience fee' for tipping on a credit card - I didn't see signage about that anywhere so was caught off guard. I'll try to bring cash next time.

Trust me, do not trust anything from the front desk. I was told that I can use gift card for my…read moremonthly membership payment, so I bought the gift card, and ask them to take money from there for my next payment. However, I still saw that money has been taken from my bank account not the gift card. I asked the front desk again what was going on, and this time they said we NEVER said gift card could be used for monthly payment. If you wanted to use it, needed to use it for additional message. And this is not the first time they said something for sure but later denied everything once they got the money.

I'll start out by saying that this location is still relatively new. It was clean, well lit,…read moreorganized, and product pricing was clearly viewable. As another Yelper mentioned though this location is essentially self service meaning you will have minimal interactions with the sales associates. On a rare occasion you'll meet a helpful associate who will offer assistance but it's never consistent. The only interaction I had with the sales associate during my recent visit was when they cashed me out and tried to persuade me into signing up for a predatory credit card under the guise of "rewards program". Anyways, Ulta isn't the most glamorous company to work for, but it's does offer the type of job where you could network with the right customer service skills and actually achieve career growth. For example, one day you could be an Ulta associate and the next thing you know you've become a popular influencer, flash forward a few years and you've launched what some critics say is a mediocre skincare line, that's only carried at Sephora. All of this to say that a little customer service could potentially go a long way.

I was able to quickly locate the item needed (tea tree oil lavender conditioner) and headed to the…read morecheck out. I picked up a mini wet brush from the trinkets area at check out. A pretty cut and dry visit but everyone I encountered was friendly. Plenty of parking on this weekend morning.
