The owner makes you feel soo comfortable and it is such a clean and calming environment and the prices are totally affordable for the high end products she uses. I love the ability to make an online appointment and the ease of filling out the paperwork prior to the appt is just awesome. Also, there is a huge parking lot so that is never an issue. My first time there I had my appointment wrong and she was kind enough to text me asking me if I was still going to make it in ! I felt so embarassed and she did not even stress to me about how packed her day was and accomodated my tardiness and was sweet as all heck. I travel from Franklin and would even drive farther to receive this type of service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and I PROMISE she will exceed your expectations!

She was also very educational with the questions I asked and offered other recommendations to help with my skin. My skin can be sensitive at times so I was worried about trying new products. Per Laurie's recommendation I bought a toner, vitamin c & e, a pore & wrinkle serum, & a moisturizer. I love them all and most importantly, my skin does too! I would also like to note that she was not in any way pushy about buying the products. She suggested the ones to get first if I was looking to budget. I ended up buying them all and found the pricing very reasonable. I just rebooked and can't wait to see Laurie again.

I was a loyal client going for monthly appointments for 6 years until I got breast cancer and had…read moreto cancel a couple of appointments last minute (chemo symptoms come on fast and hard!) Instead of calling me and asking if I was OK, as any caring business owner would, I was blacklisted from booking appointments online. Marisa only cares about your wallet and it's evident in the fact that in the 6 years I was a client, she went through 3 different product lines in the guise of "providing the best for her clients" i.e., what will make her the most profit. She forces product sales and tells her estheticians to do the same. If you're not her daughter or a family friend, you won't last there as an employee. Her prices are on par with high end Boston spas, but in North Attleboro. I presume she has to pay the mortgage on her extravagant new location somehow. I regret having spent thousands there over the years. EDIT 1/2/2025 in response to business owner comment -- I understand the need for strict no-show and last-minute cancellations, which of course are intended to recoup loses from UNRELIABLE clients. Not from clients diagnosed with cancer who are trying their best to maintain some sense of normalcy in life who have a long history of maintaining a proper client-business relationship. My treatment based on extenuating circumstances cannot reasonably be considered "understanding and flexible". It is important to current and future clients that they consider how quickly a business devalues a client, so they can make the most informed decision on where to receive these types of services. The best way to address my concerns would be to treat clients better than I've been treated. I in no way mean to harm your business. Everyone can read all reviews here and on other websites and decide for themselves if they wish for their hard-earned dollars to support your business.

All that they used was organic and hand blended. As a person with severe allergies I was interested in what they had to offer. I never had a facial but owner Maryanne was running a special; Expressly for your Facials. My sister and I jumped at the chance to take part in this special. Once we arrived we were greeted by Maryanne and the energy in her studio was so light and positive! We were excited but nervous as to what to expect. She went over our intake forms creating a customized outline for each of us. Once it was my turn to go in for my facial she explained what was to be expected. I laid down, relaxed and let her do her magic! While she was engaged in taking care of my face and it's needs, she was explaining the importance of what she was doing, the benefits of certain fruits and vegetables, etc... She used all of her own products that she custom blends in-studio for you. My face never felt so fresh & rejuvenated! I am very sensitive to many products, metals, and cosmetics and my skin did not itch, burn, break out, or get tight. I purchased a custom blended toner for my face. I've used it everyday since then and my skin feels wonderful! I definitely WILL be back to Equilibrium Aesthetic Studio for more services. Maryanne provides a relaxing, inviting, happy & stress free environment. Feel free to ask any questions you many have. She does not push her products on you and has a fantastic business sense! I recommend Equilibrium Aesthetic Studio to anyone looking for one on one services, preformed in a relaxed environment with custom blended products!
