I was in town for a short minute and needed a pedicure asap. I was told about this place by family and thankfully they accepted a walk in. The salon is clean, the staff is kind and very efficient. The steam portion of the pedicure was a first for me and I have never seen this technique! Loved it!! So creative and quite honestly more places should do it. Lily the owner is very rude and inflexible. I come in every few weeks and get a gel mani/pedi. The pedi always takes 80-90 minutes so by the time it's time for my mani I always rush out without full service. Today I asked specifically if I can just have cuticles cleaned up after my pedi. She said ok. When paying, I was charged $80 for the pedi and... $24 for my mani! No polish, no polish remover, nothing, just cuticle clean up! It was a 5 minute job. I told her that I literally had only my cuticles and she would not budge in the price, even though she was the owner. I spend a lot of money here, but there services is horrible. Would not recommend- I've gone 3-4 times, hoping maybe this was provider based, but everytime I ask for a design on my nails, I get scoffed at and they do what they want instead of just refusing my design. Granted- I'm not asking for much (I asked for a magic 8 ball for a bday theme - one per hand?) everytime I go, I get overcharged for services I didn't receive. I had one bail with a stubborn gel polish chunk, and I was charged a full gel removal. Service is not friendly or hospitable and I feel rushed and judged for service. This was the worst experience i've ever dealt with at a salon. i've never been in a salon that lacked customer service as this one. Everyone there is so rude- especially lily who is the owner ??? I felt so uncomfortable and in a hostile environment. If I would've rated them the day I got my nails done, this would've been a 4.5 star review. My only complaint would have been that several of my nails were crooked and my technician didn't take the time to notice. Otherwise, I thought this was going to be a new favorite place! I got a dip powder manicure 9 days ago. I took these pictures this morning. I paid $80 for a basic pedicure (that was fine, nothing special) and my manicure plus a $20 tip so $100 total and they are supposed to last up to 3 weeks. Not only are several of my nails chipping but they are severely cracked. Some of my nails also look like are three weeks grown out already. I'm not rough on my nails at all - I sit behind a computer all day. I will not be returning. read more

Clean salon but unorganized and unfriendly male staff. My appointment was scheduled for 5:45pm... I was told by who I believe is the owner of the salon to wait a few minutes. 30 minutes went by and I was finally asked to sit in the chair. 15 minutes later, a male approached me and asked what pedicure I'd like and I mentioned the "Lemon Pedicure" this treatment included a 20 minute reflexology foot massage as I had a long work day and needed a little TLC. At this point it's 6:30pm and they close at 7pm (I wasn't aware at the time that they closed around then).. the male proceeded to roll his eyes and ask if I really wanted the 20 minute foot massage. I replied, "that's what comes with the service, correct?" ...there was no reply back, instead, he got up to grab his supplies. You could clearly sense the annoyance radiating off of him. I waited almost an HOUR to be greeted with an attitude in a very condescending manner so I left without even starting the service. Very poor first experience. read more

Have been to this salon twice now and have had my dip manicure chip within days of getting them done. Very painful when getting them done, even after I communicated this with my nail tech. When trying to get them fixed, I rudely was asked to point out who had done my nails (which made me feel super uncomfortable). The person that had done my nails was not there and I was told the person that did my nails had to be the one to fix them and was sent home without getting them fixed. Terrible customer service. This place was spotless. They take temperature and have you sanitize when you walk in the door. I watched them wipe down everything when they were done at their stations and tools are sanitized. The place is huge. Plexiglass used and social distancing practiced. I got an acrylic fill and gel polish from Jack. He did a great job and the owner was super friendly and professional. Bonus points because they were very accommodating considering I had no appointment and I'm sure they were very busy since nails salons just opened yesterday. Overall experience was okay, but nothing special. I got a basic pedicure. It came with not so hot stones and a wax treatment on my heels. The gentleman didn't do my cleaning of my actual nails but did invest a lot of effort into the massage. The weird part for me was when he sat me down to dry me toes, he started to massage my shoulders without asking. Well I didn't think spending time in the salon would be an experience but taking my family there has turned out to be a new place for me. With popularity comes some inconvenience. I used to be able to walk in and get a mani or pedi done. I find it more difficult now because I have to call ahead. Service is pretty good , pretty child friendly because they give my daughter liberty to choose colors for me when I get a service done. Location is convenient with ample parking. If you find a favorite persons to complete your service stay with them. I find not every person there does it consistently. Very clean salon with attentive staff and great selection of colors. I went in for a gel manicure and I was seated immediately. The staff took great care of me and my nails looked great. The salon itself inside is nice, but terrible service and unsanitary. First, the owner is very rude doesn't greet you when you come in, is not friendly. When asking him a question on how long the wait is he's very short, half ignores and is passivly rude. I typically don't come here but came when needed an appointment last minute. I gave them a try three times and each time it's gotten worse. The last two times I had an appointmade booked and waited 45 minutes to be taken. To then have my appointment rushed and did a terrible job. My nail was smushed one time. Recently came for a 5:30pm pedicure appointment, wasn't taken until 6:15. When the guy came over he didnt even introduce himself, didn't say hi nor ask what I wanted (they have different pedicure types) he just started working. He was being very aggresive and distracted seemed bothered. He cleaned my cuticles then threw it in the water where he then wanted to "clean the feet". Very unsanitary and was rude and aggresivly ripped off the paper when I asked him to change it. Absoulty terrible service, they need to stop taking appointments when they make people wait 45+ minutes. There was 3 of us waiting and some even left. PROS: This nail salon seemed clean and the the nail technician did a really good job taking his time on my nails and they came out really nice. CONS: It was a bit over priced for a gel manicure. Also the machines they use must be an older model because my nails started chipping the day of. It's been two days and 3 of my nails have already chipped. read more

I had my nails done here a little bit ago. The person who did my nails was really rough and was not considerate to the pain being inflicted to my nails. I did not feel comfortable to speak up after trying to ask them to be more gentle multiple times. My nails were sore for days afterwards.
