come on, people complaining about tips- imagine touching some stranger for 1 hour with all your…read morestrength. (ADAM, I see you!!!!) 50$ + a 20$ CASH tip is so reasonable. Credit cards take out fees from their tip and they probably take ages to make it to the right person. These workers have bills to pay, family's at home, no health benefits, and basically just wait for walk ins most of the day. Sorry Adam but your 20$ tip once a month ain't sh*t. So drop the credit card fees (why the hell would you pay with a credit card when you know cash is preferred at places like this? It's common sense). Pay cash and pay If you don't like it go back to the 100$ + tip massages elsewhere ok rant over , I think this place is legit, good massages, and no frills just as AI describes. Pay cash!

I've been coming to this location for about 5 years. Yes, the hourly rate is very underpriced…read morebecause it's expected to be made up with a large tip. Overall, very cheap and usually a pretty good massage. The masseuses don't speak very much English but that's not usually been an issue. I've had fine experiences except for my recent visit, which I feel obligated to share about so others don't go through the same thing. I asked for a deep tissue massage. It was probably the deepest massage I've ever gotten. Partway through, I could feel my skin starting to react to some oil. Then the masseuse Gail brought something out which felt like a rod and she kept pushing it against where my spine meets my neck. It was starting to get painful and overkill but then the hour was up. After the appointment, she kept saying my shoulder skin was very hard - when I felt it, I realized the whole area was simply swollen (perhaps an allergic reaction). Maybe that's what she interpreted that as a muscle issue - which she should have known better about - and that's why she went to town with the painful wooden stick (again, way too many times). I still paid $70 because she clearly worked hard. I went home and immediately saw my back was red, bruised, swollen, and my neck area had some sticky pus-y rash. I iced it for hours. Over the next two days, my neck area became infected with what is likely a second degree skin burn, according to a medical doctor friend. I've never asked for a refund for a massage before, but this time I tried. When I went back to the location, the one woman there would not give me any phone number when I tried to explain the issue and just kept repeating "make appointment online" before shutting the door. It was at first difficult to get through to any management to make a complaint - their local phone numbers, etc. only asked for a voicemail. EDIT: Management reached out to me via call that same day and they were able to offer me a refund. It's usually comp'd as a free massage for next time but they accommodated my request for a check since I will not be visiting Massage Ultra again. Overall, the masseuses do a good job and it is definitely worth the price. Beware of communication issues though so hopefully this type of accident doesn't happen to you.

WHOA. I got a massage here a few days ago by Susan. I had been having severe tightness and pain in…read moremy left shoulder. I had never experienced anything like it so I didn't know what else to do but book a massage ASAP. I saw Oasis' good reviews and really great prices and they were able to fit me in after work when I called same day. Susan was accommodating and pleasant and HOLY moly she's strong! I've only ever gotten spa-like pretty easy massages in my life, but this time I knew I needed some deep work. She didn't shy away, she knew exactly what to do and where to go. She checked in to make sure it wasn't too painful or that I wasn't uncomfortable throughout the hour. She used hot stones to loosen me up as needed. I had some soreness afterwards but now, 3 days later and I'm almost 100% back to normal. So, 5 stars for Susan on the work and the results!!! The only reason I'm giving 4 stars here instead of 5 is because the facilities are pretty run down. The sheets on the massage table were thin and not very soft & the furnishings and decorations throughout the place are old. The prices are super economical, so I wasn't expecting a 5-star resort spa look and feel and it wouldn't stop me from going back but it just felt like it could've been better in this arena. They also charged me an extra $3 for using a credit card to pay without telling me ahead of time which was a little weird but honestly not a big deal because the prices are so good.

The woman who owns the spa is fabulous and all her girls give amazing massages. I went here for…read moreyears until two separate times recently I went and had an infection afterwards on my back. They don't fully launder their sheets and towels. She has a manual washing thing. I can only assume that's why I got these infections. Very sad because she was the best!
