This customer service is HORRIBLE. The therapist I was scheduled with today kept pulling at my hair tie. I don't know why- my hair was out of the way. I retied my hair to get it out of the way. The the therapist proceeded to shout at the top of her lungs for someone. When no one answered she opened the door and screamed down the hallway for another person to come in. Mind you, I am in my birthday suit with a tissue paper thin sheet over me. Now there are two people in the room with the door wide open doing who knows what with the clock radio. THEN we get back on to it- the therapist leaves AGAIN!!! Three exits in less than six minutes with ZERO explanations!!! What in the world??? Stay far far away!! I called a couple hours ahead of time and had a great massage with Mia. She did a great job and queried places that might need extra help as she worked. Whenever I gave feedback, she made the change on the ball and was consistent. They also do guasha and cupping, which I have had a hard time finding around here. I went to this place because of the reviews. I was greeted by Sammy whom seem to be more concerned on the price then the type of massage I wanted. It seemed as though the price depends on your massage pressure. Then she made me pay first which was interesting. I am a massage junkie therefore I've had great and also terrible massages. Finally we get into the room. I think to myself maybe it will be better. Lol it was good for a few minutes until she decides to yell back and forth with a co worker as she was already massaging me. Really! Wait it gets better, the phone rings. She leaves right in the middle of the massage. Phone rings again and she leaves again. I was about to walk out put had already paid $90 for service. Half way through the massage I noticed she was not being consistent with her technique. Massaging my body differently on both sides and elbowing me like her life depended on it. Needless to say I needed and was looking forward to a relaxing massage but didn't get it. Given this experience I was not going to tip her. My option on tips is if you give good service you get awesome tips. since that was not the case and I will not be going back I gave her a $10 tip. Which was more than what I should have given all of this. As I am leaving she says "that's all you giving me? Your supposed to give me more". WTH are you serious I looked at her and left. In conclusion this woman is most likely not a certified massage therapist. Had she been the experience would have been different. I am posting this so other are warned prior to going. Compared to other massages I've received, this one was a very different style - much more focused on deep, sustained pressure and a lot of sharper movements that reminded me of chiropractor adjustments. Once you walk into this establishment their is a list of services and prices on the wall. Whichever service you choose, they ask you to tip first, which is unprofessional. I choose a deep tissue service and the person who works on the first door on the right went through all the motions of a massage...without giving me a massage. She literally was rubbing my skin as if she thought I wasn't going to notice and then carried on like that for the whole session. I got the distinct vibe that she didn't want to be there.
