Sunflower massage... this place was recommended from an acquaintance.
The prices are certainly reasonable given what other spas charge.
With that being said, "spa". If you don't care about professionalism, nice aromas, cleanliness or background noise (karate studio right next door) then this is the place for you. I gave it 3 stars simply because the massage itself was pretty good. Let me walk you through from the beginning.
I called, she said hello. I had to ask if this was Sunflower Massage. I was fit in right away with the time I wanted. I arrived, the windows are completely covered up, ( a bit creepy). I was asked to pay up front in cash, I was then put in a room and not told what to do, no sheet, no towel, I wasn't sure if I was supposed to stay clothed or not, Timer was set, her cell phone went off multiple times of which she took a phone call during my service. In the end she finished with my feet and asked me if I wanted a towel to wipe them off.
Nah, I will just walk out with oil all over my feet, slip and break a hip! I really wish this place could learn a bit more about how a "spa" works and she would make a ton more money. Not sure how others on google have given this place 5 stars. Again to reiterate, I only gave it 3 because the massage part really wasn't the issue but trying to relax in that atmosphere was impossible. It would have got zero stars. Someone help this business. Is there a spa rescue show out there? :) read more
