Probably the best nail salon in the Natick and Framingham area. The staff are relatively friendly; wouldn't say they're are very inviting once you walk through the door but that doesn't affect their good quality of work. When I went here, I got a Manicure and Pedicure $40 (but more regularly for pedicures $35) and they always do a good job! I don't know about gels but they don't have a large selection for regular nail polish colors- Maybe you bring your own color to make up for this - I think this could improve and maybe greet customers when they walk in the door- it's awkward when the owner doesn't acknowledge you The salon recently went through a renovation so it looks different from the pictures posted- much nicer looking now. read more

Probably not going to return. The prices are decent, but the service was lacking on so many levels though the people are very friendly. The place needs a *major* dusting; the tools though sanitized were rusted; the hand massage was done before i even washed my nails. My cuticles look like they were barely trimmed. I feel like I wasted $60. Just not at all impressed. But that's why I get for not booking an appointment in advance with my regular place before a holiday weekend. read more

The best and one of the most affordable nail salons in the Natick area. With plenty of parking and a welcoming aura. The salon is extremely well maintained and offer various polishes. When a teenage girl comes in for a pedi/mani, she should be told the cost. When she asks for some decals and is told 'It's expensive' vs the actual cost, she's misled. I think this salon takes advantage of people and will never recommend or come back! read more

I have been coming here for almost a year now, and have had an excellent experience every time. The staff is always nice & friendly, the service is great, and the prices are decent. I have my nails done by either Chin or Ann and they are always great. I have also had Tony & Asia who are also wonderful. The key is to make an appointment because they can get busy, and walk-ins can be hard for a busy business. My nails are acrylic with Gel and they last 3 week and my gel pedicures last a month. COVID Precautions begin at the entrance,temperature checks, and cell phone scan to record clients information for contact tracing. 6:00 on a Saturday night and I decided I HAD to have a pedicure. I of course turned to yelp and found TLC nails. By the time I walked in, it was 30 minutes before closing. I asked a member of the staff (I didn't get her name) if I could get a pedicure and she said to choose my color and showed me the chair to sit in when I had. At first the water was too hot, but she adjusted it cooler and it was much better. Pedicure was great, she even used a razor on the heels of my feet to get the really tough skin smooth again. Very impressed! It was after close when she finished, but I didn't feel rushed at all, and as I was sitting under the dryer I saw a woman who had been getting a manicure ask if there was time for a pedicure and the girl working with her said "of course". It seems to me that this salon goes above and beyond, even when close to/after closing. I will definitely be back! read more

TLC is conveniently located on Route 9 West in the Wethersfield Plaza just before the Super Stop and Shop (corner of 27) and before Fairway Bowling. Enterprise Rent-a-Car is on the corner. PLENTY of parking. This is a hidden jewel. The staff are friendly and they treat their customers like royalty. They have 4 pedicure chairs and about 4 or 5 tables. They welcome walk ins and are open from 9:30AM until 7PM Monday through Saturday. Open on Sundays in Spring and Summer. The shop is clean and they do a great job with all their services which include: pedicures, manicures, acrylic & gel nails. I'm a loyal customer now and I've tried many salons. read more

I've been coming here almost one year now. Coming from a place I was not happy with consistently. Every nail tech is proficient at TLC and is great with their craft. Everyone is so kind and I feel like family when I come in. I see Kim every two weeks and she is awesome. John and lily are great too. I usually book appointments one day out but if I need something quick they always fit me in! If I have to wait it's never longer than 5-10 mins. They prioritize appointments but have enough techs to accommodate walk ins as well. My nails are strong and under my acrylic they are healthy! She does not sand my natural nail to shreds. I was a walk-in on Saturday morning for a gel manicure. I sat in the waiting area and while I was there someone called the salon and was told to come right in. She arrived and was seen before me. I then was seated at a table for my manicure and three apparent regulars came in. One of the regulars said she wanted a certain manicurist and the woman who was starting my manicure left me and started the other woman's nails. I shopped around at quite a few different locations before I settled on a salon I would regularly go to for acrylic nails. I have a problem up here in New England where people apparently are terrible at applying acrylic nails that STAY ON. The staff is nice, most of them do a pretty good job, but I find when I get switched to someone that is new at doing the acrylics I usually get at least one cut/burn with the dremmel. Prices are good, I think this is the best place up in this area for nails. Only accepts cash or check tips. read more

Awful! It took them 15 minutes even to agnoldge us! They had a small amount of colors to choose from. When they were doing my nails instead of using nail polish remover like a normal nail person, they used nail clippers! To try to cut off my nail polish! Buyer beware! My daughter has been going there for a while and thought She was paying for gel nails but just found out they have ben putting Acrylics all this time. Gel nails cost more than acrylics! She also has A serious nail fungus that they told her was nothing to worry about. She went to another very reputable salon to find this out. I have mixed feelings about this place. They are very reasonably priced. But the people who work there are definitely a mixed bag. In particular, there is one young gentleman who is the reason why I will never go there again-- he's aggressively rough. He goes way too quickly, clipping and trimming and nicking my skin frequently. I've never before had manicures that are actually painful. (Another note-- the polish there seems old, it seems like they are always scraping the bottom of the bottles with old, clumpy brushes.) read more

I came here because I couldn't get an appointment at Nails and Co on a Friday night. I got a gel manicure. I thought it was going to go well because they suggested I pick a different brand because the one I originally chose supposedly didn't have the best staying power. I've never been to a nail salon that doesn't ask me what shape I want my nails. I have naturally long nails. I asked for the tech to cut them to even lengths, but then she squared off my nails. I like mine rounded. Not a big deal. Then after she shaped my nails, I switched techs. The polish was definitely diluted. I can see through my nail polish and could as soon as I left. I can't believe she thought it was acceptable. The tech was telling me how expensive Nails and Co is, but I'd much rather pay for the better experience/service. Gels are supposed to be shiny on top and some of my nails look dull. Not a fan. I'd rather spend the $40 at a nicer salon. It's been a week and I'm ready to take off this horrid manicure. read more

I have been here a few times. Each time the nail tech asks me to upgrade to gel. The first time she said -do you want something that lasts longer?- and upgraded me without me realizing it was gel and more $$. She didn't disclose that of course. Each time I have been back I am asked at least twice to upgrade to gel and I say no I don't want it. And they always ask again. I would rather enjoy my mani or pedi without being harassed to spend more $. Also the foot massage is more painful than anything. I don't want to go back. Need to find another place. read more
