I have been coming here for a couple of years, and while the staff are friendly -the service is very inconsistent. I am constantly being taken late (15-30 minutes or more) and with different technicians than I book. I feel as though I'm a walk-in every time. If you're not on a schedule whatsoever, and have no preference for who does your service, then this is the place for you. The woman next to me was taken 45 minutes late for her appointment. I agree with what others say in that they are way overbooked, which definitely contributes the issues. Today was my last appointment with them.

She's calmly and listens to your needs, the rest is quality and efficient work. From gel, to dip powder, or a relaxing pedi, I always walked out of there satisfied and with a boost of confidence (and beautiful nails). I moved out of state recently and unfortunately I haven't been able to recreate this experience, but Nina was exactly what I had been looking for (for years), and would highly recommend her and Studio Nails.

Update 4/24 I got the gel manicure and it's still perfect after many dishes and LOTS of yard work. I'm amazed. Not one chips and I still don't need a fill 17 days later! 5/4 UPDATE: Although I had a good first experience I have to update this. I got full tips and acrylics and gel polish my first visit (that I posted at the top of this). It cost $50. I want back for a fill and gel polish and it cost me the same amount $50 plus a $10 tip. $60 every two weeks is not sustainable for me. I didn't want my nails square either they don't look right on me and I cannot work my job with them. She refused to oval shape them. She refused the first visit as well but I didn't think too much about it. My nails should be how I want them. I have to live with them. They told me I had to get the gel it lasts longer and better for my nails. Come to find out from a different salon the only difference with the gel is it dries faster for the technician. Aughhh. Paying $10 more for gel just so she can finish sooner, I don't think so. Still going to have to get a fill from growth the color isn't doing me any good. I won't be going back to this salon.

It honestly looks like a child did my nails; there are clumps and streaks all over and this was shellac, so I don't even know how this could have happened since it goes straight from the brush to the UV dryer. I don't often get my nails done, but I decided to stop in to get them cleaned up. The owner was incredibly sweet and I could tell she was very hardworking. They have a small collection of non-gel nail polishes, but had what I was looking for. As with any place you go to, just make sure you ask and see if they have what you want first - she's happy to see if she can help! I decided on an Essie natural white polish on my toes and a clear coat for my fingers - so nothing fancy, but I was very happy with the look of my nails and feel of my cuticles at the end. With the weather getting colder, I would definitely stop by again for a quick visit when I'm in the area. Pricewise, it was $13 for a manicure and $28 for a pedicure. Cards accepted. Personally, I love supporting small, local businesses and I'm pretty minimalistic so I'm not too picky - I just want healthy looking nails! Super easy parking in the back! Would recommend!

I watched her repeatedly wipe her nose with her hands, wipe her hand on the wall, then several times put a finger all the way up each nostril and twist. She also inserted a finger in each nostril and scraped the walls inside each nostril. It was unbelievable, and sickening. She never used a tissue or washed her hands. I wanted to say something-she seemed to have no idea how unacceptable this was, and no coworker reacted.

This is the worst experience I have ever had. DO NOT GO. This is the first review I have ever…read morewritten, but this experience was so incredibly awful I needed to warn other people from going. I got a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was done incredibly poorly, and they randomly painted one of my toes a different color than the rest. It's just a pedicure so I tried to be easy going, as people are not always looking at your toes. But then the manicure. Oh my god, it was awful. It is the only manicure I have ever had which was painful. She kept picking at my skin and caused multiple of my cuticles to bleed. She kept poking at my cuticles after I told her to stop as it was incredibly painful. The manicure itself was lumpy and thick. To top it off, it was way overpriced and the technician was shocked I decided not to tip her. I have to find another place that can fix this botch job because I have a wedding to attend this weekend.
