I've been looking for a nail salon in the area since 2019 when I moved in with my husband (then boyfriend). I never had consistency so I would go to my previous place (40 mins away). My husband surprised me a gift card on Valentine's Day for mani-pedis for both of us (his first) on recommendation of a coworker. Each time I've been, I've had great experiences. Unfortunately I don't remember my tech's name from the 1st time I went but my husband had Lynn. I had her the second time I went & she was great! I was going to ask for her again at my last visit but she was with someone else & was paired with Kayla. She is FANTASTIC She pays attention to detail, she's gentle, takes her time (I hate feeling rushed) & is smiling and always personable. I've never made consistent appointments for nails because I'd just wing it but I truly adore Kayla. Prices are pretty consistent with the numerous places I've been. Reasonable if you ask me. Lots of colors to choose from. Never had or saw an issue with cleanliness. Another thing I can appreciate is every time I've been in they've had someone manning the desk & taking calls so as to not interrupt a client's appointment. There is a large parking lot but with the business there it can get busy & full. Never had an issue but something to consider. read more

Kayla did a great job on my mani-pedi! Warm and welcoming environment- hidden in strip of stores behind restaurant- I will be back!

Their pedicures are great, but the gel manicures have been very inconsistent. I don't know if I just have bad luck, but it's often too thick, lumpy, and full of what I think are air bubbles? (look at pic) I will probably go somewhere else for manicures, but will continue to go for pedicures. read more

This salon was very clean, trendy, and relaxing. My nails came out exactly how I wanted, maybe even better and everyone there was super welcoming and friendly! I will definitely be going back and recommend this salon to someone who is looking for a warm, calming environment to get their nails or toes done with friends or family! read more

Looks nothing like the picture but that design is too advanced for most Asain nail salons I should've went to a nail tech at least she tried though. The shape isn't bad. read more

this was my first time here and i came with my sister. we walked in on a saturday afternoon with no appointment. the place seemed quiet with a good amount of customers, but they weren't slammed. nobody greeted us when we walked in so we kind of just stood around waiting. we took a look at the colors they had for about 10 min until one of the employees asked us what service we wanted. we both got full sets. my sister was seated first and i followed after 10-15 minutes. i wanted the chrome as i usually get that at my usual salon in braintree. the nail tech told me it was an extra 15 dollars. i said fine. she prepped my nails, added the tip, and all that other stuff and then asked me what length i wanted. i told her i wanted stiletto nails (pointy) she then tells me that it's an extra 5$. that's when i knew i probably wouldn't come back. i get charging for the chrome because it's a specialty, it's gel and then you need to apply the powder for it. BUT to have to charge me extra to shape my nail?? so if i wanted a round shape would i be charged extra too? my sister got a square shape and she wasn't charged extra, so why was i? you're doing the SAME amount of work. cutting the nail down, filing it, etc. BUT OKAY. because of that extra 5$ for shaping my nails, i decided to not do the chrome because i was just taken aback by the fact that i was being charged extra for something so ridiculous. and it's been less than a week and one of my nails is already lifting slightly!! not what i would expect for a 50$ service i will say that this place was clean and quiet but it felt very disorganized and too costly for the type of service we received. read more

Don't go in and say ANYTHING is wrong! You will be told you are wrong and they are right. They will never admit when they are wrong! I was nervous to tell them I needed my nails fixed. When I finally got the nerve I was told the lady did everything right with my dip manicure. It was rushed. I know how long it usually takes. Not happy. read more

Edit: it's been 4 days and more are chipping and peeling up on the sides. Complete waste of money. I am going on vacation and was looking for a new nail salon to try. After reading the great reviews, I was excited to make an appointment here. It was slightly more expensive than what I normally pay for gel nail polish, but I figured if it was as good as the reviews, it would be so worth it. Well I left the salon yesterday (7/18) loving them. Today, not so much. It's been barely 24 hours and one nail has already chipped. Very disappointing, especially since they are supposed to last two weeks! read more

Passion Nail Spa - Gel nail chipped after ONE day! Disappointing. - Nail Salons Near Me - Mansfield, Massachusetts

Let me start off with the positive by saying great place for a pedicure 4.5 stars a great experience there, however on November 7, 2019 (my birthday) I decided to treat myself. Also keep in mind 7months pregnant I decided to do a regular manicure which I never take the time to do my nails but I did because it's a treat but I must say I was sooooo disappointment on how they turned out. My nails weren't painted completely it was like they charge by the number of coats used smh any who I will post pictures but I'm giving them 3 stars because when I went back to show them the work that was done they were only willing to correct it right then and there not when I could come back to get it fixed.. I mean I do work a full time job and a full time mom I barely have time to treat myself!!! read more

What is the point of making an appointment when they don't take you until 30 minutes after? Also, this place is about a million degrees inside and one of the technicians was horribly rude. The one that did my manicure was nice but did a horrible job and I'm already regretting it. The sparkle she put on top is very uneven and I can feel bumps in the nail application which is going to drive me crazy. Easily the worst manicure I have ever had and I feel like the gel will only last a few days. Could have done better myself. Stay away. read more

Came here right before a wedding for a pedi and thank god I did Pros: - They accommodated me at the last minute with a quick pedi - no massage, just cleaning the cuticles and nail polish - I didn't catch the name of the girl but she was super efficient and nice - Very clean facility and bathroom Cons: - None! I'm glad I found them on Yelp! read more

Today was a completely unpleasant experience for me. Normally when I come in, My services are fine. Today I received a dip manicure. While the nail technician was extremely pleasant, I left completely dissatisfied with her work. She used a cuticle clipper to clip my nails inward, something I did not ask for, leaving the flesh beneath my nail bed exposed and a nail shape that I did not like. Some of my nails were not completely covered in the dip product and I can see natural nail where there should be dip product. My right thumb nail was cut extremely too short and the flesh on the finger that is attached to the nail bed was exposed. Because of the cuticle clipper being used to change my nail shape, some of my nails are tapered inward while others are perfectly square. The dip product was not cleaned off around my nails...I was just disappointed. Also, even as dissatisfied as I was, I'd like to recommend that the nail salon make the Venmo QR codes of the nail techs readily available so that we can tip them. It would be helpful for those of us who don't carry cash. And lastly, the manicure was extremely rough and painful. It wasn't a relaxing self care experience-- I was tense in my chair the entire time. I normally walk out with an ok experience--but today I did not. They have lost a repeat customer. read more

I have gone here off and on for a number of years. The last 2 times I've gone I've had an appointment and still had to wait 15 minutes to 1/2 hour to be seen. Yesterday got a pedicure and dip on nails. Skin on my toes was bleeding because the woman was too aggressive with the cuticle trimmer. Nails came out horrible. Never experienced this before but my nails are bumpy rather than smooth. The woman knew she did something wrong and tried to fix it, but she obviously didn't. Time to find another salon. read more

Okay job. Barely shaped my nails (some were square, some oval, some crooked). Didn't remove all of my old gel so I had orange on the edges of my teal manicure. Also very jagged paint edges. No ending hand massage. Color started chipping after 3 days and all nails did within 1 week. My husband got a manicure that he asked not to cut his nails too short - technician completely ignored and hacked them off below the white edge to the point it was painful. read more

As a longtime resident of Mansfield, I have been a customer since the store opened. I have always had great service from everyone including Kathy the manager who had almost always done my nails. I had received a $100 gift certificate last Christmas ( it was actually paid to the salon on 12/3/19.) Just before Covid 19 came about and the salon closed, I went in for a Pearl Pedicure. The BEST and more expensive one they had. My 60 minute spa service quickly turned into a very unpleasant experience when another customer came into the spa right approx. 10 minutes after me also for a pedicure. She continually talked loudly and would not get off her phone when asked to. Understanding the spa was quiet -which it should be -but she was incredibly loud and obnoxious that it ruined by my entire hour. She sat down right after me. There were only two of us there. Everyone in the salon upfront including Kathy did not nothing even though i spoke up. I mean you cant use your cell phone in a bank, at the movies or in other spas. I asked Kathy to call me back but she did not, I asked for the owner to call me back and he did not. I have since called Passion nails TWICE to get my $80 back from my gift certificate or they could redo my Pearl Pedicure complimentary . Again, I have made four attempts to make things right but I guess they dont want my business. They also own me $20 balance from the $100 gift card. I run a business too and I know things happen but if I didnt return calls or satisfy my customers I wouldnt be in business. The motto on the front of their brochure states " Our salon will make your fully satisfied from Beginning to end ". Well I guess they don't really care about my business or returning my pleasant messages left on their machine. I normally only take the time to write favorable reviews but unfortunately this time was much different. read more

Great place for pedicures and gel nails! Have to say the spa pedicure is amazing and so relaxing! Everyone is alway very nice & the salon is always clean. The bottom of the plexiglass divider (covid safety divider), I did notice was sharp as I took my hand out to place in the hand dyer my hand bumped it and it did scratch and cut my hand open. Definitely will be back though cause they do a amazing job! read more

This was my second-worst salon experience so far. The technicians are inexperienced and the owner wasn't helpful either. They are more expensive than most Boston salons. A gel mani pedi was $75 and it chipped within the week and my nails where shaped incorrectly (as I had requested something different). I was very disappointed with the atmosphere and the assortment of colors. Don't go here if you are looking for high quality of care for your nails. read more

I've been coming here since it opened. Always clean and absolutely love my mani/pedi every time! A very friendly environment that doesn't rush you around or out. They always have fresh new colors and are quick to point out when something new comes out-either a color collection or service technique. I really appreciate that. I just won't go anywhere else. Walk ins are welcomed but I prefer to make an appointment so I can better control my tight schedule. Gel manicure comes with paraffin treatment and hand massage. Spa pedicure also comes with paraffin treatment for the heels and a wonderful, non rushed foot massage. Highly recommend! read more

Best mani/pedi I've had in a long time. I live in Plymouth and I have a regular place I go to there, but for reasons unnecessary to explain here I went to Passion Nails. Tracy was very attentive and thorough, and gentle. She took the time to do things well. I loved that the classic pedi included hot stone massage and paraffin wax on my heels (it's extra at my regular place). I've seen other reviews use the word luxurious, that's the perfect word but don't be fooled - they are reasonably priced. The pedicure chair was comfortable, with several massage options. The salon was clean and seemed well organized. I may have found my new regular mani/pedi salon. Highly recommend. read more
