First time there and overall didn't love this place. I made an appointment but still waited about 15 minutes to get taken, when I walked in the girl closest to the desk was on the phone and then she hung up about 5 mins after I got there and still didn't acknowledge that someone had walked into The salon, so I went back up to her and told her I was there for my appointment. Salon overall didn't look super clean. The gel manicure I got looked like it had been growing out for a week when she finished and was done pretty thick & wasn't smooth. I went for a spa type pedicure on my birthday. Clean space and great service. I was surprised when they told me I was getting 10% discount because it was my birthday. I'm terrible remembering names, but I think the woman who did my pedicure was Jessie. She did a great with my pedicure and massage. 1 week later and nails still look good. read more

I booked on their website an appointment for a Spa Pedicure for $34. on checking out the owner charged me $55. I didn't say anything right then but looked on line again and Spa Pedicure $34. when I was brought to the chair I again said Spa Pedicure to verify. showed the owner what I saw when I booked appointment which was Spa Pedicure $34. He said I shouldn't have used Google. I said how would I know that? I requested $20 back which of course he refused. I said if he was a reputable business person he would return the money for a service I did not request. I never would spend $55 on a pedicure. I told him it was false advertising and should take it down. I tipped the Tech based on the $55 I paid. I feel like I was robbed. Told him I would not be back. read more

I came here for mani pedis and I was charged $50 for this. I told the lady doing my nails that it was bumpy and she re did my toe nail but then it looked the same. I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone. The lady did not seem to care about the quality of her work. She didn't even ask me if I liked my nails before she just walked away. But she did come check to make sure I clarify who my tip was for. read more

I came in for a 5PM appointment with a group of three, and they did not start until about 6PM. I told them I wanted pointed nails, and showed a picture. Instead of saying they couldn't do it, they attempted and left my left hand shorter than my right, the sides are not even. I have bubbles on one nail. They cut my cuticle and it was very painful. I left after 7PM. Please do your customers right and let them know if you can't do what they are requesting. read more

This is my favorite salon! No matter what tech you get your nails will be beautiful and it's always a wonderful experience! The pedicures are never stingy with the leg/foot massage and you get a little shoulder massage with any kind of manicure. Great dip color selection and my nails held up well! Much better than Patriot! Spa-o-nails is good too but the staff here is much more friendly and they have 4x as many colors. No massage chairs for the pedicures, but that doesn't really matter to me, and they don't use plastic liners, they have stainless tubs...but everything appeared very clean. read more

Loved this place. A similar set up to my old place in Sharon, P&T nails with some familiar faces. Great experience and was nice to have Jimmy again. This place is located next to Dunkin Donuts across from Mansfield Crossing. A nice spot if you have shopping to do at Mansfield Crossing. Comfy chairs, no TVs that are loud, lengthy back massage, very relaxing. They offer different types of pedicures. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Went in today prepared to wait as I do not have an appointment. One new woman I have never seen before came up to me and asked me to leave. I let her know I could wait and she said we are busy. I again let her know I would wait and she said we don't let people wait longer than an hour. Effectively kicking me out. Other customers in the salon were also visibly shocked by this treatment as well. I used to come to this salon every two weeks as they decidedly did better than my last salon ( still nothing spectacular) but I will be going to spa o nails instead from now on. The worst salon ever! They don't look at you they don't talk to you they all look miserable Gel Nails chipped in 3 days for my daughter and my other daughters discolored in 3 days. I had a mani/ pedi six days ago. Within two days my gel manicure began chipping. I called and was told to come in and they would redo my nails. At this point every nail was chipped. The technician did a great job redoing them. When leaving I was charged $33 because "it was my responsibility to tell them they were being redone." I explained I had done that when I called and he said fine I will charge you for a manicure. I left spending $26. I am disgusted that I was charged again for a service that I had already paid for. read more

If you are thinking of going here, please read : I went in to get a dip nail manicure with tips about a week ago. The specific manicure that I was getting was supposed to last at least 3 weeks according to the 5 people I talked to. They are also NOT supposed to fall off. (You're supposed to go to get them removed.) Well... not in my case. These nails only lasted 5 days before they fell off. When I mean they fell off I mean they actually just FELL off. I then called the place to inform them of the innocent because the 5 people I talked to told me that they would redo them since they didn't even last 1 or 2 weeks. When I called, the lady was EXTREMELY grumpy and rude and told me that they would not be able to help me and I would have to pay for a new set. (mind you I payed $49 dollars for these) I am extremely unhappy with this and I do NOT recommend going here!! If I could, I would give them a 0 stars. read more

There's pros and cons. It's beautiful inside as well as clean; although, their tables are wooden and have become sticky/tacky after spills of acetone and alcohol. The selection of colors is vast. When you receive a manicure, you get a ~10-second neck "massage". I had one great manicure with Vanessa, but the rest have been mediocre or poor. If you make an appointment with a specific person, they likely won't honor it and will be quick to have you helped by anyone available. My last gel manicure lasted 3 days with no additional wear or tear on my hands than baseline. Finally...prices are high. read more
