The nail tech left red nail polish around the edges, did not ask if I wanted them cut or cleaned up. She did not file my nails to match. I asked her to cut them down and she stopped filing the gel off and did not go back to it. My left hand still has the hard gel on my nails. See picture below. The nail tech was rough on my hands, burning my nail with the drill and had an attitude. I felt like an inconvenience to ask her to remove the red nail polish and cut my nails down, when that should be a given in a removal. I had called the salon when I got home to inform the manager about my experience and he was rude and disrespectful yelling at me on the phone. Absolutely will not be going back.
