However, instead of honoring my daughter's appointment, staff repeatedly took walk-in clients who arrived after us. By the time my pedicure was finished, my daughter was still waiting. A technician finally started her service, but shortly after, another client walked in and again staff prioritized the new arrival. Even after I requested the manager, I was told someone was "finishing up" and would take care of her -- yet more walk-ins continued to be served before her. In the end, I completed both my pedicure and manicure while my daughter was still waiting. We left and went somewhere else. This was meant to be a special mother-daughter experience, and it was extremely disappointing to see appointments not respected. Unfortunately, we will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this place to friends, family, or business associates.

I come back and while they were very kind to my daughter, I was pretty upset that they did her nails first and sat me 3 seats away because the seat next to the child's seat was occupied. With an appointment at least I expected to be done together. So now her nails are done and I'm just getting started. The tech doing my nails also seemed angry the whole time because I'm having to entertain my daughter and remind her constantly not to touch her nails. I also asked my tech to be careful with one nail because I have problems with it becoming ingrown, well instead she just didn't clean up any of the skin around my nails. Okay whatever.. but now my 5 year old is getting impatient and not listening because it's been an hour. Now a day later, the cherry on top is my gel polish is peeling off.
