Please don't waste your time here. My experience was extremely frustrating, and the pricing was never clearly explained. I came in with an existing dip set and asked for a fill with gel. I was told I would need to have my nails soaked off and get a new full set for $80. I agreed to that price because I was told it was necessary. However, the nail technician kept my existing tips and did a fill with gel instead. I also chose a polka dot design. At checkout, my friend was charged $50 for what appeared to be the same fill without a design. I was charged $80 for the fill plus $20 for polka dots, bringing my total to $100. When I asked why I was paying the quoted full set price even though my nails had not been removed or replaced, I was told it was $80 because I got gel. I tried to explain the difference, but the staff continued to argue rather than clarify the charges. I left feeling overcharged and misled. I won't be returning, and I recommend confirming the exact price for the service they actually perform before they begin. read more

I have been coming here for over a year now and am happy each time. And if there is ever an issue the owners are more than willing to make sure it is fixed (one even told me to ask for three coats for light colors each time). The leg massages for pedicures are ten minutes and they have been heavenly with almost every person I've had. Zoe is exceptionally friendly, talented and the best massage ever. Both my teen daughter and I go monthly - easy to make an appointment! read more

Amazing pedicure! My feet and calves are so soft afterwards. They even include a shoulder massage at the end. Highly recommend!

This place is the absolute best..I will never go anywhere else for my nails..It is super clean & everyone is so nice.. The best pedicure I have ever received!! read more

Absolutely awful!!! Place closed early, opened all the doors when it was 10 degrees outside and froze me to death as I tried to finish getting my nails done (I was not the only patron). I personally couldn't stay to finish- honestly couldn't even wash my hands it was so cold in there. For cancer patients- being cold is AWFUL!!!! To the owner- when a client comes to you with a complaint, even if they are upset, crying, yelling or stating facts- telling that client to "f**k off" isn't necessarily the best way to handle it!!! I just need to tell you- you're a psychopath and should not be near other people. Karma is strong. read more

Love this place! My favorite nail salon. Super clean and nice staff. They always do a great job!

This salon was absolutely amazing! Very clean and did a beautiful job with my nails, even included a warm back massage at the end! Highly recommend read more

This place is immaculate and the service is truly top notch. They bring bottled water, follow you to the sink to dry your hands, use a steamer on your legs and time the massage so you know you're getting every second to luxuriate in the experience. The best part is the hot towel shoulder massage at the drying station. The staff is very friendly and professional. I've had two pedicures and two manicures here- the pedicures were both great! Last night I went for the $60 pedi to upgrade to the 15min massage. The first mani I had was gel and the gentlemen used the electric file to get the gel off ($5 charge for removal) and he went way too deep and created some deep gouges in my nails and also burned me several times. The staff gathered around me at the register to review his work when I paid - apparently it was his first day. I went back again last night for a regular mani and the tech I had was so sweet and lovely but she didn't polish them all the way to the cuticle so they look like they're a week grown out. I think from now on I'll stick to the pedis and avoid the mani. Overall a great experience and I'd definitely recommend a pedicure here! read more

The customer service & experience was fantastic from start to finish! Easy to make an appointment over the phone. (Pedi for 2) It was clean, had comfortable massage chairs , Wide variety of colors & several levels/options for Pedi. We did the basic $50 pedi, Fantastic value for what they did! They used lotions, scrubs, wraps, Hot stones and hot towels. They also used a fresh smelling steamer and paraffin on my heels. While my toes were drying they finished with a shoulder rub! They even have a rewards program! When we left they gave us a reusable cloth tote bag as well as some hand lotion! I will definitely go back. Don't be intimidated by the traffic on route 44. It was so simple to go up and turn around in the gas station. read more

Always a great experience. Super clean simple inside. Lots of colors and extras to choose from. I get a dip mani on my natural nails. They take their time. Extras like a heated shoulder massage, heated hand lotion. My dip always lasts, and I drag it out at least 3-4 weeks. Never chips. Competitive pricing. read more

I have been here a handful of times. they seem to try really hard but get frustrated and hurried when there's an influx of customers. Unfortunately the service is not consistent. They do amazing art on the nails which is why I sought them out, but errors and rushing is the downfall. I'm going to take a break and come back in a few months and hope for the best. I've never made an appointment and am willing to wait if there's a line when I go in. It seems like if you make an appointment you may be seen at the time scheduled. I've heard people each time I've been there complain that their appointment was honored and had to wait like everyone else just walking in. I hope they can get a system in place to streamline their services so it's easier for them and less frustrating for the customers. read more

Extremely rude and rushed our nails. Owner was not kind and responded to me as if I was an annoyance and not supposed to be there. No thanks! read more

First off the owner... is not at the least bit friendly.. he adds honey to the end of his sentence I guess we're supposed to think he's being kind.... I've left unhappy and thought I'd never go back there but I'd end up going back for a pedicure because I do like that you get a massage afterwards... THE TOPPER WAS .... I had made and appointment two days prior (Thursday) for a pedicure and Dip on (Saturday) 9:30 am thinking "great" it should be fairly quiet on a Saturday morning hoping I wouldn't be rush out !!! Ha much to my surprise... the pedi chairs were pretty much full when I arrived 9:34 (stuck in RT 44 traffic) sat on the couch for 30 minutes when he (the owner) called me over to remove old dip I literally in just said oh I didn't expect it to be so busy my appointment was for 9:30 ... not to mention I made appointments for 3 of us .. he said you have to wait you were late !!!! VERY RUDE !! I said 4 minutes? They were well into their pedi's when I walked in ..... again..... YOU WERE LATE !!!! Sadly the people that work there are affected by his rude behavior.. other than him ( many occasions) everyone is so kind ... his "HONEY " doesn't work for me that's for sure !!! Also I booked for 3 and 1 couldn't make it ... so what then read more

This is my third time at this salon and it is by far my favorite. Of all the other establishments on Rt. 44 this place has the friendliest staff, cleanest facility, best color selection and best value. Everything is brand new inside.
