I love viva nail. There are only two ladies that irk here from what I can tell so sometimes walk ins take a little bit of patience but I have been here 4 times now and the service is great. They ladies are friendly and helpful and always do a wonderful job. I have seen very rude customers complain that they are waiting 30 minutes when they did not have an appointment and they always handle the situation amazingly. Amazing job at nails but somewhat unreliable. I had been going there for years and have been stood up at least 3 times. The last time I went for my standing appointment the shop was closed for renovations and no one called me. It was an appointment right before leaving for a trip and I had to scramble to find another place to do my nails. They do a wonderful job but I need someone reliable and professional enough to call a long-time client if they are closed rather than allowing me to drive there and sit in the parking lot only to realize no one is coming. read more

I just got the best pedicure at ViVa Nails in Norton (in the plaza where Jeffrey's Pizza is. They are the cleanest salon I've been to and Christine (the owner) is super nice. I highly recommend it. Hopefully more people will go because I didn't realize it was even there until I read reviews in Yelp. Her normal hours were until 4 o'clock on Sundays and she took me at 5 o'clock with no hesitation. I will definitely be going back! read more

I was so excited to try this place based on reviews but I'm very disappointed. I came in with my daughter for both of us to get full sets and my daughters nails look amazing. Mine look awful. I had to direct the nail text several times on how to shape my nails. At first they looked like fans and were a 1/6 of an inch thick. Then she cut me with the drill. Super painful. And this place may be clean but it's not sanitary. Everything they use on you they put right backs drawer and use it on the next client. I witnessed that as my daughter was done way before me and the lady took her next client. I will not be back and the reason for two stars and not one is because my daughter loved her nails. read more

My friend and I wanted pedicures and saw all the 5 star reviews and thought we would give them a try. First of all there was no ac, no music and no one there. That should have been a sign but we picked out colors and they took us to the pedicure chairs. The water was cold, the products smelt like cleaning products and the two workers kept talking back and fourth and didn't make any conversation with us. The massage was so rushed and they didn't use any massaging movements just quick motions. They also used so much pressure it hurt. Very upset with the service I won't be returning. read more

Went here with my Mom for pedicures yesterday. Viva is under new management now. Christine has been there about a month. Right now it's just her and Emily working, so best to make an appointment. Be patient, it will be worth it. They both took their time and did a great job. Christine even made sure my toenails were even, can't say that's ever happened before. They do a hot stone massage at the end that feels amazing. My feet are softer than ever and my nails look great, they are the perfect length. A lot of nail places just chop them off super short. They ladies do not, they shape them. They are also really funny and easy to talk to. I felt like I was hanging out with friends, instead of just being ignored. There was also quiet times, where I just relaxed. They have all the newest OPI and other brand colors. Give them a chance, you won't regret it!
