After 10-15 minutes of scraping, he begins cutting my cuticles, which is another ordeal because each and every cuticle was cut too much and I began to bled but he seemed to be completely unbothered by that. I told him that he was cutting too close and that it hurt and he didn't change anything. It was to the point where I wanted to walk out and find somewhere else. I have never had such a bad experience at a nail salon but I WILL NOT be going back ever again.

The nail tech was not friendly. She did ok with a white gel acrilic manicure, but it is white polish and she did it really thick - thicker than necessary in my opinion. It turned out fine. She did a diamond design and when I asked her to add one more diamond where there was a gap she didn't seem too happy. I was disappointed in the hand massage. It was literally 5-10 seconds per hand. That is the part of the manicure I look forward to, so that was a let down. It would've been better if they had skipped it all together. I might try this place out again because it isn't too far from my house. But if I have a similar mediocre experience again I will probably just go to my old salon in Holbrook.

The basket of plastic nail colors is hard to choose from and they rush you. I also noticed they are very friendly to their regular customers but if they don't know you, you're out of luck! It definitely went down hill with the new owners. I don't like being talked about because I didn't like the color I was paying for. I was polite and asked for a change before she even started. They weren't busy either! I apologized and they were still rude to me. I'll be going to another nail salon for now on.

Please also note, one of the customers told me they are under new management so that's why the quality of their service plummeted. I went in for a mani and a gel pedi, $35 each. Not unreasonable. No soap, crystals, or astringent…read moreof any kind in the pedi water. My water was tepid, but I didn't say anything and should have. The gel mani was minimal. Water for soaking cuticles was tepid and there was no soap in the water. The technician didn't dehydrate my nails which I know (my sister is a nail tech and way too busy to fit me in) is necessary so that the gel polish stays adhered to the nail without lifting. Again, I said nothing to the tech. What I did finally say was that my gel polish did not match my toes; the tech worked and said nothing. When I spoke up that my hand polish was pink and my toe polish was blue, she acted surprised and said they were the same number. I responded that whoever had filled this bottle filled it with the wrong polish. I chose another color to have over the pink and it worked out almost identical. Now, I do have to say, much to my surprise, that I am at two weeks and the gel that I thought would be peeling and gone is still going strong. It's been two weeks tomorrow I don't think I will go back but I can't say that either of the services haven't lasted.

I went back in and they accused me of messing them up, no apology for their mistake. They agreed to redo them but it still not an amazing job, left paint on my skin and it looks very rushed. Let's just hope the nail polish stays on this time. Over priced and bad customer service. Deserves one star as I had to attend and event with this awful paint job. My feet didn't even feel smooth after the pedicure.
