Go to Boston to get your nails done. They charge the most out of every other Randolph salon and does shotty work. Plus the customer service sucks. They always close early because they aren't busy and they don't post it. I called and said I would be in a 6 for a full set, after I took an Uber there they told me to come back tmr because all their techs left. WTF. Just don't do it. Place is spacious and clean. I went there just for a regular pedicure. When I got there around Noon, place was empty so i didn't have to wait long to be helped. While I was getting my pedicure, more customers came. So got lucky! Price is decent for a pedicure ($22). They DO have plenty of colors to select from. They have two big wall racks full. I was happy with my pedicure. Had a relaxing leg massage with a hot stone (nice surprise). Will definitely come back for more pedicures. read more

Always satisfied- and I have been many times for a gel manicure and pedicure! It's only $45 for both, which is lower than most other salons in the area. Tiffany does a perfect job on my nails and always makes sure I'm 100% happy when I leave. One time I broke two of my nails and went back to have them fixed and she refused to take my money, even though it was my fault. Not sure about these other reviews saying bad customer service because I always have a great experience! Maybe it's just me, but I'm not that concerned about someone talking to me for an hour and 15 minutes straight; I'd rather have my nails come out great.. read more

I got a gift card for this place and went there on a day that was predicted to be 104 degrees. They did not have the air conditioner on. There are no gel nail samples to choose from, just the bottles and no OPI polish. Needless to say I walked out. I still had the gift card so went back 2 weeks later. Tiffany did a great job, air conditioner was on, place was very clean and the girls did speak English. I am glad I gave it a second chance. read more

I've been here a couple times and probably won't be going back. The prices are low...you get what you pay for I guess. The store appears to be clean but you notice the dirt when you sit and start looking around. Pick and color, pick a color! I think that is the only English I heard there the entire time I was there. The girls that were working there just spoke to each other in their own language and totally ignored speaking to me. They would just nod and smile. Weird. There is absolutely no ventilation in this place to get rid of the toxic fumes and that is the big reason I won't be going back. So if you're looking for inexpensive toxic smelling environment this place will suit you well. ;) read more

DONT COME HERE! I promise it's not worth it. If I could rate this 0 stars I would because in all life I have never been more disappointed with a nail salon. I never leave reviews, but I had to leave one today to ensure that people never make the mistake of coming here. I came for a simple dip removal and their process was all wrong. First they cut my natural long nails down to nearly the stub after I told them not to cut that short, then she tried ripping the dip off which everyone knows is unacceptable because it's damaging to the real nail. After telling her I wanted to do the soak which us the APPROPRIATE method, she told me that they wouldn't do it unless I got a pedicure because they wanted to go home early even though it was 5:30 and the store is supposed to close at 7:30 on Thursdays. Not only did she incorrectly start the process, she tried to hustle me into spending more money and getting a pedicure I didn't want. At that point I left because they are grossly unprofessional. ANY SALON IN RANDOLPH IS BETTER THAN HERE. Shoutout to Nail Works and the manager Tran who took me in and did their best to salvage my nails after ViVi Nails ruined them. This place is not up to code and not worth your money. read more

Stay away, this place is so gross - it doesnt even deserve the 1 star. I witnessed never cleaning a foot tub, and never taking new tools from a sterilization light / oven. I am skeeved out just thinking about it. The owner (VIVI) speaks English, but none of the workers do; and they constantly are on their cell phones or talking to each other ... so rude. The message chairs shake you violently, and at one point I thought I might fall out. They just started with the hot towels, but the towel was dingy looking - I wondered if it had even been washed. I got a manicure on a Sunday, by Monday afternoon 4 nails were chipped and the other nails had air bubbles. I went back that night, VIVI offered to fix it (I wasn't leaving without my money back or a fresh manicure)... I should have pushed for the money. Rather than the owner stepping up to complete the mani, she shoved me to a tech that speaks no English. My cuticles were not clipped, no hand massage, there is polish on the tips of my fingers and the polish doesn't go to my nail bed! Never EVER going back!!! read more
