The service here was amazing. The staff here are super friendly and the owner is really sweet. They were super accommodating and take walk-ins which made everything easy. This place was recommended by a friend and after doing such a good job the first time, I decided to come back again. BIG MISTAKE. Diane is such a sweet.. nice woman but her husband will be the reason why I will NEVER GO BACK! I needed a gel refill & the husband rushed through everything! He didnt even lotion my hands! No cuticle oil either. I have gel polish all over my cuticles. Her husband didnt even shape my nails to look the same like he was supposed to. Almost every SINGLE nail is uneven & some have that big bulge bubble ugly look to it that don't make my nails look natural like they did when Diane did them. & when I said something about the quality and the way my nails were being painted to the husband ... he yelled at his wife in the language they speak and got up from his station in THE MIDDLE OF PAINTING MY NAILS and walked off mad!! I couldn't believe it! I am paying customer and that was extremely rude and unprofessional. On top of that my pedicure was sloppy too! I just needed a color change BUT I had to have my toes repainted at least FOUR TIMES because the girl kept using her FINGERNAIL to clean up the extra polish she kept getting on my skin!! When she did this she messed up the polish on my big toes that weren't finished drying. Then when I went to station to dry. The husband continuously kept moving the fans closer to my feet causing air bubbles!!! Now what really did it for me was the fact they had thee audacity to charge me $50 for a gel refill & a color change on my toes... when just 2 weeks ago I got the same gel refill and a pedicure for only $60. If you look at their cheaply made price list you see there are TWO SEPARATE PRICES for a color change. One is TOES the other for NAILS, they decided to charge me $12 instead of $10 for my feet. Also, How do you charge someone one price for gel refill one week and then a different price another week? I didn't understand that. I could see if the quality of their work and customer service matched the price but it definitely was not worth $50. If you value your money and your health, you will not go to this salon. The old man who works there has cut my fingers multiple times with the nail drill when I got acrylics. It's so dangerous at this time as well and he was not wearing a mask unless he was drilling and there was no barrier between us. The only have 2 barriers and they are flimsy plastic bags. The chairs for pedicures are also not properly social distances for each customer. I asked for a refund due to the pain and cuts I received and since I paid with card, their "machine" charged me 2 extra dollars. The lady responded to me, "how do you refund the nails, you know" and I hung up and proceeded to cry because I paid $27 for crooked ugly acrylics that I didn't even bother getting painted because I hated them so much and left as quickly as possible. Don't get eyelash extensions done here unless you want to risk going blind. I was dumb, and broke enough to have them done here and I am pretty sure they used nail glue to apply the individual lashes. They do beautiful nails, but should not be doing lashes. read more

I really want to give this nail salon 5-stars (I mean after all, I've been a client for 4 years) but it wouldn't be right to mislead you into thinking it's as good as it gets because in all honesty, it's not. It lacks the traditional spa or luxury that many are accustomed to, but it does provide your basic beauty needs for your hands and toes very quickly (as long as you visit Monday-Thursday). You can get a manicure & pedicure for $25. Contrary to my friend Adrienne's review, Diane is the manager (her mother owns the shop) and she is my biweekly go-to manicurist. This place has been right around the corner from my house and I've never gone. So I tried them out today. They did a thorough job and my toes look great. The only downside is that they don't have dryers for people who get pedicures. They lose a star for that. But while I was in there a couple young girls were asking to have nail tips done. The woman working said that since they are under 18 they need a parent with them. She explained that lots of parents will come in angry and yelling because they didn't want their children doing that. I really can't fault her for being careful. And she would have given the girls a regular manicure, just not tips. This place is so convenient for me, I love not having to go to Newbury when I need a pedicure. read more

I have been going to T&T nails for about 10 years now and I have always had a good experience. They do quality work and make you feel extremely comfortable. Dian is super funny and willing to work with whatever you want. If you come with an open mind, you will find that you will have a great experience. Basically your everyday neighborhood "nail place", but the owner Dianne, is really nice, and she and her staff do EXCELLENT work. I got one of the best pedicures I've ever had- at this establishment, and you can get a pedi/mani special for $30. Just the super fabulous pedi is $22, and well worth it. It can get VERY CROWDED in here, and you'll suffer a looooooong wait, especially if you only want to see Dianne. Try to time your visit. read more

Its very cheap, and most of the people working there are nice, Diane, is truly a sweetheart. The guy that works there is kinda good at what he does, but not really. First, his hands were disgusting, there was an open wound on one of his index fingers, I could see red blood in it. He didnt have a bandaid or gloves. I will never recommend this nail salon to anyone. Now to begin the review. I walked into T & T nails elated by some good thrift shop finds just a block over from this establishment, and left in tears of anger and dissatisfaction. I had planned on going into the nail salon looking less than optimal and come out feeling great. I really wish this is how I left by they ruined the rest of my day for sure. The nail technician did not know prices and kept relaying to someone else who seemed to start getting annoyed (Diane)in their language, this was the first flag but not enough to shift my mood any. Second they consulted my nails with a stranger and even had time get up to get them inspected by said random customer. When starting my nails I had asked for a tip on a broken nail to match the rest. They reluctantly obliged but after filing pushed my hands away as if they were done and I'd leave the nail salon with just filed (not even smoothed) nails. Then slightly offended, but with maintained composure I asked politely for a manicure. My technician was clearly annoyed, as I was confused why I would leave my nails apparently worse than when I came in. (Btw, upon coming in I had initially also requested a pedicure with French.) as he finished my nails he did not shape them AT ALL. My two index fingers were round and my others were square from a previous salon I had been to, two weeks prior. As he was cutting cuticles and buffing since he didn't buff them before he pushed my hands away earlier, I noticed I had broken my thumb nail too at the corner and I was scared it would mess up my fingers and the length of the nails being even. I told him my nail was broken at the corner. His demeanor completely changed and he yelled "YOU BROKE IT. NOT ME!" taken aback by his tone and inflection, I questioned what was wrong with his attitude because I never said he broke it. I just noticed it was broken. Diane stepped in and tried to come up for an excuse for his action that customers like to blame. But I did no such thing nor did I feel like I should be treated as such. This was the icing on the cake to the whole experience. I no longer wanted my feet done. I just wanted to leave as soon as possible. He put the clear coat. Then after ten minutes (he went out to smoke and came back) touched my nails which were being dried by the small fans in their desk and said I'm done. I will never return. Place was so Gross!!!! The floor was not swept and there where dust bunnies all over the place!! The bathroom smelled like someone dies in there and was messy and out of hand soap!! There was not adequate ventilation and the space was stuffy and full of noxious fumes that gave me a Migraine! The Salon Staff where eating their lunch in the customer area where the do your Nails! Cleanliness just doesn't seem like a priority at all!! I ended up NOT getting my nails done because I value my Health! However I did have to wait for My Friend who against better judgment actually let the Owner Diane give her a Mani/Pedi! Well My Friend regretted that because she ended up with a Fungal Infection on her feet!!! Stay Away From This Place!! read more
