I asked for a different color since the one I picked didn't match. The woman was annoyed she had to do her job and get a different color. The basket of plastic nail colors is hard to choose from and they rush you. I also noticed they are very friendly to their regular customers but if they don't know you, you're out of luck! It definitely went down hill with the new owners. I don't like being talked about because I didn't like the color I was paying for. I was polite and asked for a change before she even started. They weren't busy either! I apologized and they were still rude to me. I'll be going to another nail salon for now on.

She was not happy that I was not getting a refill as she was doing the color change because she didn't bust the nails out and do them neatly every time she would polish and put my hand under the dryer, the polish would dry unevenly. It didn't look professional to say the lease. She took the nail polish off several times in the attempt to get it to look more professional however, I guess she got frustrated. It decided she was just not gonna do it at all mind you I didn't say anything. I think there was uncomfortability had with the climate of what's happening in the world. I'll leave a pen in it there, but I'll never go back to get my nails done at that salon when I mentioned something to Lee about it, she got a little nasty as well ( I was literally surprised). I've been going to this Nail Salon for several years and they make it real clear that it's about your money and not about my business so with that being said Miss Lee, you will not be getting any of my business, and I will make it my business to tell anyone who would listen. You don't get to get my business and give me your behind to kiss. I didn't steal anything and you don't get to steal from me either. Upon leaving a $5 tip which is more than 20%. She spoke under breath in her language looking unsatisfied. Tipping is optional. I ended up paying $120 total for a basic mani & pedi (no gel or design) for my daughter + basic fill & basic pedicure for myself. Please note, they kept pressuring my 12 YEAR OLD CHILD (mind you, I'm paying) and myself to get GEL which is waaayyy more expensive (see pic of their prices)... Please also note, one of the customers told me they are under new management so that's why the quality of their service plummeted. I also witnessed with my own two eyes, the woman employee put her pedicure supplies back in the storage container WITHOUT SANITIZING IT AFTER A CUSTOMER'S PEDICURE!!! Needless to say, I absolutely will not be back ever again. And I do not recommend this place.

I went in for a mani and a gel pedi, $35 each. Not unreasonable. No soap, crystals, or astringent…read moreof any kind in the pedi water. My water was tepid, but I didn't say anything and should have. The gel mani was minimal. Water for soaking cuticles was tepid and there was no soap in the water. The technician didn't dehydrate my nails which I know (my sister is a nail tech and way too busy to fit me in) is necessary so that the gel polish stays adhered to the nail without lifting. Again, I said nothing to the tech. What I did finally say was that my gel polish did not match my toes; the tech worked and said nothing. When I spoke up that my hand polish was pink and my toe polish was blue, she acted surprised and said they were the same number. I responded that whoever had filled this bottle filled it with the wrong polish. I chose another color to have over the pink and it worked out almost identical. Now, I do have to say, much to my surprise, that I am at two weeks and the gel that I thought would be peeling and gone is still going strong. It's been two weeks tomorrow I don't think I will go back but I can't say that either of the services haven't lasted.
