Bad customer service all around they messed up my nails with just a simple mani and pedi. The colors were completely different and I went back to have them to correct with the same color ... they fix my toes but refused to fix my fingers! $25 extra Dollie's! I ask why and everybody ignored me and acted like they didn't speak English. I final got someone to answer me and they told me it's because I got Gel! But they charged me $65 for it! Hello I went to California nails yesterday they are horrible and ignorant and will never when I say never I mean they won't get my money, first things first I walk in never not once did anyone greet me at the door, usually I go to this one nail tech I get it they was busy because of the holiday but at least greet me not even the manager greeted me then I sat their from 11-2 o'clock until my usual nail tech comes over to me and says she couldn't do my nails then asked me if I didn't mind to go to someone else because she had an appointment that came in after me after I was already sitting there for almost 3 hours and then apologize and said oh I didn't know you were sitting there for me when I told a man who walked over to me and asked me what I was getting done I said I was waiting for my nail tech chu he said oh OK then she said please just go to somebody else. I said fine that I'll let this slide this time, but there won't be a next time because that was rude as fuck for you guys not to greet me as I was walking in so I go to my nail tech she does my nails and I told her to cut them down a little bit. She took a whole 2 inches almost 3 inches off so it was already late yesterday so I said let me just leave and I'll just come back tomorrow so I went back today because I didn't like how she did my nails yesterday and then they was talking shit like I couldn't understand what they was talking about. I knew they were talking about me because I wanted my nails done right so have me sitting there for another two hours almost 3 hours until I said is anybody gonna do them now? Everyone's busy nobody can stop what they're doing to fix my nails that I paid $65 for California nails. You don't have to worry about me coming back there and I'm gonna let everybody know there's plenty of nail salons in Brockton pick another one do not go back here. They are rude. They don't care about you doing your nails or anything. They just care about their money they snatch out of your hands. They be a mad aggressive. Found this nail salon online and it had good reviews so I figured I would give it a try. I am in town visiting family, and I'd love to find a go-to salon for whenever I am in Brockton. When I walked through the door I was greeted by a woman who ended up being my nail tech. As a super experience oriented person I always pay attention to how I feel/how I am treated when I do things that involve me spending my hard earned money. I showed the nail tech a reference photo of what I wanted and she took my phone to another tech and I assume was asking her if she wanted to do it instead? I'm not sure. But my phone was put down on the counter where the other woman sat, as my nail tech went to retrieve the color I wanted. (I should have been asked before taking my phone across the room, and it should have immediately ended up back in my hand afterwards.) Fast forward, the nail tech I had did a good job on my nails, but proceeded to speak loudly across the room to another tech the entire time in another language. There was no courtesy for me, my comfortability, or my experience. When it came to the design I wanted, the tech decided to freestyle part of it, saying it would look better like that instead. When I refused wanting it she went back and forth with me about it several times and I ended up allowing her to freestyle on 2/4 nails with design. Overall my nails look great but idk I just wasn't feeling the vibe of the place. It was the end of the day so maybe she was tired and ready to go home? But I think I'll keep looking for my go-to Brockton nail salon, but I have this one as an option if I'm in a pinch. read more

First of all I call at 530 they say it's fine to come in. I didn't get seated until 7:20 . Not only was that the issue but I asked how much for a gel refil they said 35 them one eyelash had Fallen off and to fix would be 15 totaling 50 and a 10$ design id ask for which would've been $60 total . I received attitude the whole appointment not only did I receive attitude but after her totaling the price to 60 I go to pay and she says o owe her $70 and then laughs in my face when i say how does that make sense . I get home order food and open the pizza box and notice my GEL NAILS ARE LEAKING ! The pizza box had black inc on it as well as my nails here bubbling 4 hours later ! Don't waste your time this isn't the first time I have received bad customer service. read more

Got my eyelashes done. Worst experience ever. They were all glued together and the amount of glue used was excessive. Even with the load of glue the lashes were barely attached to my actual lashes and came off in clumps. They were extremely itchy and came off in clumps. I ended up having them for only two days before a significant amount fell out(in one giant clump) and the rest peeled off like a strip lash. While you will only pay $35 you are better off going to Ulta and having them put on a strip lash for you. Thought I was saving money not wasting it but I guess you get what you pay for. read more

AVOID THIS NAIL SALON unless you're willing to get your nails done in a RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL & UNSANITARY salon! Please note I've been to California nails before. It actually used to be my preferred nail salon but that was more than 10 years ago. Now it seems to be all new people and I don't usually expect great service from them due to past encounters I've had. I've tried out different nail techs and have only had a good experience with 1 out of the 5 nail techs I've tried. However, I go there when I need something quick. I went in for a color change on my toes. When I arrived, there were two woman already getting a pedicure. When the nail tech (an older woman whose name I don't know) was done with the client she checked her out and told me to sit in the same chair without disinfecting the basin. So I politely asked her if she could disinfect it first and she looked and me with an attitude and sprayed scrubbing bubbles bathroom cleaner on it and immediately sprayed it off and said "sit down". So I asked her if she could wipe it with a salon grade disinfectant and she didn't understand so she tried to take the next customer. So I told her I still want my nails done I just want her to disinfect the area. So she told me to go to another basin. So I did. At this point I can tell she was annoyed. So she immediately took out a used drill to remove nail polish from my toes. I kindly ask if she could not use the drill without giving her a reason why. And she said no she needs to use the drill. I told her I get my nails done all the time and I know you can use acetone. And she said no and she continued to drill my toe nails. When I pushed back she said that I can do my own nails. I told her She wasn't obligated to do my nails but I find it interesting that you rather lose a client than to be sanitary. I work at a salon and I know for a fact the state board would disapprove of their methods. Everyone ignored me. And when I asked for a manager or owner one of the employees told me they weren't there and that I should go somewhere else because I scared them. read more

I went here for the 1st time and I was going to do a gel mani and pedi but I got the dip powder that I was pressured to get done by the nail technician, a DAY later all my nails were cracked and chipped I went back and hoping to get my money back so I can go to the place where I normally get them done and Jason refused to give me my money back he could only redo my nails. This is a spot that either can be hell or heaven no in between. There are certain workers who are great & some who aren't as good depending on type of nails. They all have their strengths. Personally my all time favorite is Ellen, few may know her as Mai's sister who currently doesn't work there anymore.
