Such a wonderful nail spa salon. I came in with my mom for a mani pedi and was completely taken care of. They have a selection of pedicure treatments to choose from accompanied with such a relaxing service! We got simple classic white and my mom felt comfortable enough to come up with her own design lol but they were cooperative with each step. Even the manicure in itself was an experience, we got the paraffin wax included and it was so pleasant. Update, it's been a whole month since I visited this mail spa and my gel nails are still sturdy! Despite the huge nail growth, of course lol. First time here, brought my mom to get her feet done for Mother's Day (I understand they were very busy) but the second we walked in we weren't greeted at all. Stood in front of check in desk for 5 minutes and wasn't acknowledged at all. I'm expecting some type of communication from someone about either a wait time or something. My mom asks if they're too full the man says he's gonna talk to the people that were waiting before us and he gives them service menus and talks to the woman that came after us.. a walk in just like me and my mom. Went to this place one day a year ago just needing my nails done REALLY bad. I was biter! I was always ashamed and afraid it would hurt because I knew I bit so bad. I've been a client for many years at Neon Nails. I regularly go for the gel manicures and pedicure. The parafin is always a treat. It is busy there, so I try to schedule my appt, but they always fit me in when I walk-in. Very clean, they do offer a drink. I find a very pleasant atmosphere and friendly guests as well. I called for a last minute pedicure on a Saturday. They had a later appointment than I had wanted but took my number and said they'd call if there was available spot that opened up and one did! Went once last week and will NEVER go back. Was sat right away but then left for 30 minutes while my tech took another client. Once I was finally passed to someone else, she took almost 2 hours to do a dip manicure, and burned 2 of my fingers with the machine while she was doing it. 1 week later and all of my nails are popping off at the root and getting stuck in everything. I had a fantastic spa pedicure experience. Staff was friendly, they did a great job and the price was very reasonable.

Came in with out an appointment, I was very happy with how clean and sanity the salon was. When you walk in you have to wash your hands; and I did see an employee sanitize all areas with a sprayer . My nail tech however did not wear a mask. I got an express pedi, and a classic manicure. I did not want polish with my pedi, nails looked good but my heel and feet were not scrubbed with a pumice stone like in the description. I got a mini spa manicure with regular nail polish. My cuticles look worse then when I went it and are raw in some spots from aggressive cutting. my nails do have lines ( not from there filing )so you can see that in photos. polish was an off brand and you can see each layer ... it's already chipping after a few hours . My hands were rubbed with oil after polish no massage . $22 for that manicure I'm disappointed . Overall I was in and out in under an hour , my goal was just to have clean feet and nice cuticles haha . Did not happen but maybe come in for nail dip or tips! I will not come back. read more

Probably worst nail spa I've ever been to. Never have I ever left a nail salon bleeding with cut cuticles and raw skin. Went in for nail tips and dip powder. Paid $50. Not worth a single penny. Nail tech never pushed back my cuticles, did a horrible job shaping and filing. She cut my skin so bad I was bleeding all over. Every nail was uneven and shaped like a blob. You can see from the photos that each nail does not match. The dip powder started lifting the very next day. They did a wax treatment after and got wax all over my sweater. They offered other guests tea and iced coffee but never offered me anything. Lady was annoyed that I told her the nails were not even and to shape them. She also had little hairs and spots all over the dip and she sealed it in with a top gel coat. Absolutely horrible job. It was a whole 3 days before one nail chipped. They destroyed my natural nail underneath by using a drill. Would never come here again. read more

Terrible salon. They're very rude and nasty in here. And my nails never look great. At first glance, it seems like a nice place because they offer free beverages & parrafin wax with the service. But the nail tech I got was rude and huffy when I asked questions and they nickle and dime you with crazy fees (I've never before been charged extra for an accent nail but they do!). He yelled at me when I asked if they had straight (vs curved) tips. My nail tech coughed on my hands multiple times (no mask or attempt to cover his mouth). All of my nails are different shapes and when I asked him to fix it he got upset. read more

When I first visited the nail salon, I fell in love. That quickly dissipated. What started out as an inviting, friendly environment, became quite cold, and rude. Brian did my nails for almost 6 months, three months in, he stopped speaking to me, making eye contact, or having conversation while doing my nails. I was ALWAYS on time. In Nov, the owner Nick told me Brian took a leave of absence for mental health reasons. When I asked if someone else could do a DIP manicure, I was told no, and hung up on. I called back a few weeks later to see if Brian returned. Nick answered, rude as ever, and told me Brian will only service his long time clients. Again I asked if anyone else did DIP manicures, I was told no, and hung up on again. The quality, and customer service at Nail salons in Quincy has fell off post-covid. Rude owners. Mean nail techs. I originally didn't like my color after only 2 nails were dipped and changed the color, the man who was doing them got visibly angry, even though there are multiple signs over the salon saying please tell your nail tech if you are unhappy with your color, shape etc. He was rushing and didn't do a good job at all. My nails were messy and not filed/ buffed down. Considering they are a new salon and there are MANY other nail salons in the area, you'd think they would take their time and try and do a great job. I asked for a dip manicure, I left at 11:00!!!! 1st Bryan who did my nails was more interested in his phone and making phone calls through his earpiece. He used the electric file WAY too much, burned the hell out of me. Then did the entire process assbackwards! Proceed to use the electric file too long and too much causing him to have to redo 4 of my nails He then had me put my dip manicured nails under the uv light for gel??? Causing my top coat to bubble and streak. I asked him to redo the top coat because of this and he said that it would be an additional charge!!?? Are you kidding me??? SAVE YOUR MONEY!! Anyone can do your pedicure but go to the owner for your nails only, I feel like he is the only one who does a decent job. They do have a lot of colors and offer you drinks which is super nice also are super flexible at squeezing you in, I have been back many times. read more

Staff are super friendly and attentive. Place is clean, attractive, and very spacious! The manicure chairs are a little uncomfortable for a plus-size person, but other than that, I felt completely at ease here. Once you get past the behemoth menu (think Cheesecake Factory, but for nails), services offered are straightforward and priced at industry standard. We got gel manis and regular pedis, and it was about $120 for two (not including tip). The iced coffee was a nice touch, but I wish it had been offered instead of given as I did not drink it. I was also not aware of having paraffin treatments included in my manicure, which I'm not a huge fan of. They also did not let us know how or when to choose our colors, which was a little awkward. TL;DR the staff are excellent! Wish I'd been asked beforehand what I did/did not want included in my treatments. It's also cheaper if you pay cash, so maybe hit the ATM before you stop by. read more

I have been following my nail tech Bryan for 15 years. After going in to fix a broken nail the manager followed me to my car and told me to find a new place to go because I was not welcomed anymore. I was very confused and went back in to ask Bryan if he had a problem with me and he said no. But the manager said he can refuse service to whomever he wanted and he did not have to give me a reason. I asked him if it was because I was black and he said I'm the one saying that not him but I should leave before he called the police. Recently moved to the Quincy area and spent a few weeks trying different salons. After many mediocre experiences I finally found Neon Nails! They have never let me down for gel manicures and spa pedicures. They can usually take you for day of call in appointments, which is ideal for me since my schedule is always changing. It is always immaculate and service is top notch. My nails have never chipped or flaked. As an added bonus they make delicious coffee drinks, my favorite being the iced coffee! I walked in for a fill because I was out of town from the Cape and it was the best manicure I've ever had. I was expecting the price to be at least $100 it was only $45 for a fill. I pay upwards of 65$ on Cape Cod and they don't even take their time with it so my experience here was amazing. They also give you cappuccinos when you arrive!! read more
