I felt this nail salon deserves more attention. They are never crowded like other nail salons i have been to in the area. Shop is run by 3 older ladies and very well kept. New to the area I was looking for a salon near me. I took a stroll and decided to stop on in to get a pedicure and full set. Since I was the only one in the building the two employees were vary attentive to me, while one was working on my pedicure the other employee was doing my nails. This place is great for a simple mani/ pedi. I don't do glitter nail effects, ombre, acrylic full sets, etc. after college as I have a corporate job now so can't speak to any of that but for a basic mani/ pedi, it's as good as you'll get in the Boston area under $40. Also, I like to unwind at the nail salon and take a power nap and giving this place a full 5 stars just because they don't force a conversation on you like asking a bunch of personal questions yet still they are so genuinely sweet and polite. They get you had a long day and need to chill. I hope this review brings out introverts or people who have major anxiety to get some self care at this wonderful place. Treat yourself! They took their time to match exactly mixing different tones the color that I picked for my mani, that not a lot of places are willing to do. Its super clean. I had been looking for a new nail spot to try and so glad I stopped in here for a gel manicure and regular pedicure! Tina and her staff were great. I was looking for a particular color, which I showed Tina. She helped look and tried each color on my nails to help find the closest match. I have no idea where all the 5 star reviews are coming from. If i wanted someone to paint my toenails outside of my nails, I would've done it myself at home! My nail technician gave zero effs about painting my toes. The nail polish were everywhere on my toes! I went with my friend and it happened to her too. Hers was even worse because it wasn't smooth and it looked like they used too thick of a layer so it came out looking thick and streaky. Also, it's true what the others say about the paper towels.I didn't think it would bother me but once I was there I felt like it was so wasteful. Every time she ripped a sheet I can just see their money going out the door. I gave 2 stars because I admit I am being dramatic. I know our nail technicians meant well, I think they're just inexperienced. They did clean up our nails with acetone and a nail brush. But dang, don't work in a nail salon if you can't paint! read more

I love this place for a mani/pedi. The two ladies who work there are awesome. I get a pedicure there for 20 dollars that trumps any expensive spa pedicure I've gotten in the past. They take such care to file, buff and polish my tootsies and I leave happy every time. The last time I went was right before a trip to Lake Ossipee where I spent the day at the beach with family. My pedicure is still flawless. When I look for a good pedicure spot I look for a few things: convenience, quality, pricepoint and staying power. Nail Attractions has all of these things. I get my nails done there probably once and month. It's conveniently located not to far from the train station. Right near a lot of really nice shops and restaurants too (getting a bite to eat is a must!). I even once said while getting a pedi, "Man, I'm hungry" and later on, one of their daughters was getting pizza so I gave her cash and she got me something too! I usually go there for my french manicure and pedicure. They have the massage chairs and a wide array of nail colors and brands. There are 3 middle aged Vietnamese women working there: Tina, Jennifer and Mary. They're all sisters and super nice! Some speak English better than the other but luckily I speak Vietnamese. (I never hear them talking about non-Vietnamese costumers behind their backs, thank goodness LOL). The place is clean and they always have clean equipment. TV is always on too and tons of magazines! My experience was bad the only thing that was good was the lady who did my feet was nice but she didnt do a proper job cleaning my feet throughly or cleaning the cuticle. It felt the same way when I came in. My nails barely lasted a week uneven coating and it started to peel and while washing my hair it got caught on the nail polish due to how poorly the owner did on them. Stay away save your money I rather pay more somewhere else they get bad service on my nails $50 with tip down the drain womp! read more

NEVER write reviews but sadly I feel obligated to tell anyone thinking about getting your nails done at this establishment to go ANYWHERE else! I got a pedicure here yesterday that was an hour and a half nightmare! I don't think the older woman had ever done a pedicure before and she kept agreeing with me when I would ask her something then continue to do what she wanted. She broke my toenail? And didnt even fix it! When I got home I took the nail polish off because she put about 4 layers on and it didnt dry after 20 minutes and noticed that my nail was broken. I should of known better I was the ONLY person in there for the whole hour and a half. I work as a waitress I'm the last person to be a pain in the ass for no good reason this place was just awful. I saw the other two reviews and figured I would give this place a shot. NO! Do not go here. Everything here is covered in dust (magazines included) and smells a bit funky. I should have walked right out after my first impression but the fact that I had hauled myself all the way there and the low cost kept me there. Went there to try something new and best for what I wanted. I SHOWED HER A PICTURE of the ombré french manicure I wanted because I had no idea that it was called ombré. I was so angry to leave with a regular french. I thought she was going to fade it by the end of it but she didn't. I felt embarrassed to tell the manager that this is not what I asked for and showed her as well the pictures. They couldn't understand what I was saying.... and still had to pay full price. Mary provided pedicure service for me today ; she is the most thoughtful , professional , and attentive pedicure provider I ever had . Gently cared for me during the whole process , even asked to clean my finger nails while I only needed pedicure . I wish I could give this place a good review since it's so close to my house but it was a huge waste of time and money for me. My gel manicure only lasted about 5 days when normally I get at least two weeks out of it. It clearly wasn't applied right since the polish was lifting up from the edges. My pedicure was a mess, she got the polish all over my toes and didn't trim my cuticles. It didn't seem like either woman was interested in doing the procedures right. There was no one else but me in the salon so the ladies had their friends in and were chatting the entire time, which wouldn't matter to me except that my manicure and pedicure were terrible probably because they weren't paying attention.
