This place was HORRIBLE! I made an appointment for me and my sister to get 2 gel manicures. We arrived 10 minutes early used the time to pick out colors and when told to the nail ladies they had horrible attitudes. No one else was in the salon yet we were seated at opposite ends after asking to be seated together. This was 5 days ago and both of our nails are already chipped and or already off. I come here ALL THE TIME. Pedis, gel mani's, waxing...everything is very reasonably priced and most of the girls do a fantastic job. I love my girl Lisa, she is the eyebrow goddess. I had the most jacked up brows for a while because someone at a different salon messed them up, and Lisa gradually restored my great natural shape and made them look perfectly groomed and styled. The place is pretty big and there are always at least 4 girls working, so you never really have to wait too long. The things that suck...the parking lot is a pain in the ass to get in and get out of. I had tried out this place after looking at all the good reviews for it. People really seemed to enjoy their experience. I unfortunately thought my experience was okay; nothing special, and honestly I've had better work done before from other places. The ladies are nice. I got a pedicure and acrylics. My acrylics were done good, but my pedicure was alright. I don't like to be a nit-picker but my french pedicure was basic; by basic I mean I don't know what brand she used as the top coat, but there was no shine at all even after putting my feet under the light and fan to dry. The color also started chipping a little bit over the next couple of days. Maybe I was just expecting too much after reading the reviews. Also, this is just a side note, but they didn't really have a wide selection of nail color options which is something I really look for in salons besides service. Worst customer service experience!!! not once but two separate occasions !!! The employees are rude, do not care about their customers . This lady got up in the middle of soaking my nails , because i told her she was shaping my nails the wrong way. She just stopped . Got an attitude and packed up all her stuff . I regularly go here for pedicures. They are not the fanciest place in the word but they do a great job and it seems to last weeks for me. My polish grows out before it chips off. The place is clean and the massage chairs are recently new. If you are looking for a good pedicure for your money this is a good place to go. read more

BEWARE! I had been going to first impression for 2 months and working with Stephanie who is a delight. Upon arriving next today I sat in a chair and waited for 13 minutes for the other nail stylist to arrive because she was late. Upon arrival she did not greet me or give me her name, so to this time, I still do not know her name. I told her I wanted almond nails done and she told me "no, not enough time, do gel, it's faster and nicer". After spending 5 minutes debating with her about the nails I agreed to just do the gel manicure. She grabbed utensils from a drawer (not even sure if they were sterilized) & She began applying an acrylic nail after we agreed to do a gel manicure, I asked her why she was doing this and she said one of my nails was too short. I told her I didn't not want a random acrylic unless all my nails would be acrylic. She stated she would make it look natural. After she painted the nail, I advised her I did not like it and that I wanted it removed. She said I needed to wait two weeks to have it removed. After a 15 minute debate she finally agreed to schedule a next day appointment to remove it. At the register, not only did she try to charge me extra for the acrylic nail (that I did not ask for) but also for the removal of it! I was livid and after she rolled her eyes at me and told me to stop wasting my her time, I walked out. I called immediately back and the manager answered. I asked for the owner and she said she didn't know when he was coming and hung up on me. She ignored my next call so I called from a different number. I advised her I was unhappy and simply wanted to remove the acrylic nail. She told me she did not care and to get over it. I was appalled so I asked her to please refund me my money or I'd report her to the better business bureau and city hall. Her exact words to me were "I don't care, do what you want, your wasting my time, it's just a nail". The service from this establishment was atrocious and uncalled for. I asked for a simple thing and she did as she pleased. I have heard many complaints from this place before but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I will never visit this place again nor refer them a single client again. I don't know how they are still in business with the way they do business. read more

I got my nails done here for a special occasion. I always get nervous about trying new nail salons because they're either fantabulous or absolutely wretched. After coming in with an appointment, I had to wait a few minutes, which didn't really bother me. I wanted a new set of acrylics and the nail tech was very gentle (those nail tech's can be sadists!!) and helpful in suggesting a color and design. Sometimes when you want a special design, the nail tech just keeps saying "o.k." or worse, suggests it without telling you that it will cost extra. But this woman DID tell me that what I wanted cost more; when I expressed an interest in the gel polish she also told me that it would cost extra. I really liked that she didn't try to steer me toward more expensive options, and it just so happens that that's what I wanted anyway. When my nails were drying and she took another client she was still very attentive; when I'm in the area again I'll definitely be back. SIDE NOTE: It's a mildly interesting cultural experience because the nail tech's are all Asian, there were a few Polish women in there (because Stoughton has a huge Polish community), and Brockton is close by, so there were also a couple Haitian women that came in. read more

I think this is the best place in Stoughton to get your eyebrows waxed. They have the best price and do a wonderful job. I suggest everyone visit. I haven't tried any of their other spa services but the eyebrow wax is the best value for your money. read more

Great place! They do a great job on nails, waxing and acrylics. Prices are very reasonable, the cheapest I have found in the area. The staff is very friendly. However, the only reason I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that the people who work there often try to pressure you to get something more (ie, if you're getting a regular manicure they'll try to convince you to get gel, if you're getting your eyebrows waxed they'll ask if you want your lip waxed.) This can be a bit annoying, but overall a great place. read more

The boy who did my nails rushed me when i was choosing my color and rushed in doing my acrylics! The gluing and polish was sloppy and one broke the same day; they had all chipped off within a week. I walked in no one greeted me, I mentioned that I wanted a pedicure which they started, but an appointment came in and they just left me hanging. other than tell me there was an appointment they left me for 15 minutes. I went here last night for a pedicure and gel manicure for my vacation and I absolutely love my nails! I highly recommend Gabby who was the nail technician that did my nails. I used to be in the nail industry, therefore, I'm super picky about how my nails are done and Gabby sure delivered to my wants/needs. She was very attentive and detail oriented. FYI - I drove all the way down from Boston which says a lot! I have yet to find a good place in Boston with reasonable prices so this place will my new go-to place! There was no real hand massage, which is the best part of the whole experience. I saw others get a great massage so it was just the girl that I had. Never introduced herself. If I could give less than one star, then I would! I went in for a gel manicure and I had the absolute worst experience here yesterday, that I've ever had at a nail salon. First off, the woman who did my nails (never introduced herself, so I don't know her name but she was at station #5) was barefoot during the manicure! This is not only unhygienic, but unprofessional, as well. I explained to her that I wanted to keep my oval shape, but just to make them shorter. She made them square and when I explained to her the shape that I wanted, she said that the square was an oval. I again explained what shape I wanted, and she proceeded to make them into sharp uneven points, not an oval at all. She ended up filing my nails so roughly and also used the nail drill so much on my nails that they are now paper thin! I had gone in there with nice strong nails, and now they're definitely all going to break because of this. I had also had a couple of tiny splits on the side of 2 nails, and asked for them to be repaired. In the past at other nail salons they have put just the tiniest bit of acrylic just on the split and buffed it down to make everything even. I explained that this is what I wanted, however, this woman proceeded to put a thick layer of acrylic on my entire nail! It looks absolutely awful. To make matters even worse, during the manicure she began using the same manicure tools to work on her own manicure!!!! Then, to top it all off, she ended up putting on the wrong nail polish color, not the one that I picked out. I felt like every time I corrected her it fell on deaf ears. She was totally unprofessional and unsanitary. I will definitely never return and would recommend that no one go here. It's very disappointing, because getting a manicure is a treat to myself, something that not only costs extra money but also time. I don't have the luxury to go somewhere else and get it fixed just yet, so I'm most likely going to have to be staring at my ugly nails for the next couple of weeks :( read more

I'm very particular with my nails. And having been around nail techs for many years, I've learned to recognize the little details when I get a mani/pedi. I usually drive 30-40 mins out to get my nails done at one of my favorite places in Dorchester. But I really wanted to find somewhere closer to my apartment. I had tried a few other nail salons in Canton/Stoughton/Randolph and the quality of work was super sub-par. I took a chance to come here and am so glad I did! This will be my "go-to" spot in Canton. Tina was extremely nice. Great attention to detail with the nail color. She made sure my entire nail was painted (as I've seen unpainted edges in the past) and cleaned up excess nail color around the edges. I was the last customer of the night and she was patient to let me dry completely before I left. I will continue to request her for my future appointments. I will have to try their gel manicure next time! read more

I would never go anywhere else, the manicure/pedicure sessions are extremely relaxing and I always walk out feeling great. And I would agree with Nichola, this is definitely the best place in Stoughton to get waxing done. I usually get a full facial wax for $25. The prices are very reasonable and the staff is friendly and welcoming, my favorite is Linda but that is based on personality, they are all very skilled. read more

I have been here several times and I am overall pleased. I would tell you to NEVER have Kathy do your nails. I have gotten a manicure from her twice. The first time she cut me and made me bleed on THREE different fingers. And she seemed to not care at all. The second time she didn't cut me but she did cut my friend! Overall she is pretty rough. I love this place. Nancy gives great manicures. I kid you not, the first French manicure I had done there, regular not gel, lasted me 1 day shy of 2 weeks! They do great jobs, my manicures always last at least a week, most times 2. That's pretty good for not getting gel done. One time I called up to see if they could fit me in before they closed at 7, I came in at 6:30 and it was pretty busy. They still took me even though I was the last one and it meant staying open till 7:30. My friend recommended the place to me for pedicures but I haven't gotten one yet. I visited this nail salon and was helped by one of the ladies that had a HORRIBLE attitude. I made an appointment in advance because I know how busy they can get in the early afternoon and yet I still got attitude. She asked me to pick a color but I asked about a particular nail design that I consider basic but she made it seem like I was asking her to rearrange my toes. What I was wanted was a two tone French pedicure , nothing crazy and nothing like the nail art designs they have on display. When she didn't understand I showed her and two other co-workers an image of what I wanted and And they told me they couldn't do it. At this point she started talking to her co-workers in her native language ( which I consider to be unprofessional, esp when I know they were talking about me) . She then questioned cost but I explained that cost didn't matter, I just wanted that design. I have visited this salon before and the owner Tina And other ladies have been very nice.
