Recently had gel nail polish and paid $35 I can't understand why the polish started chipping after two days. This is the only place this has happened to me. I wonder if it's because the polish is cheap or the fact I was only given two coats of the gel nail polish. Extremely disappointed and will never return. Two coats of gel for that price is definitely not feasible. Other nail salons give at least 3 coats. You just lose a customer read more

don't even bother giving them your business. I decided to treat myself to a full set and pedi after a workout at the gym next door. Pedi was basic and nails came out good but my full set was so disappointing. She didn't clean up my nails, Cuticles and hang nails so she puts on the full set and my fingers just look all crusty. It just is lazily done, acrylic peices on the side.. if you're not going to do it right then why do it at all?! ALSO my mom got a gel mani a few hours before me and one of her fingers chipped off so she had to go back and have them fix it.. isn't gel supposed to last a few weeks rather then two hours? read more

Went to the salon today to get a fill and pedicure. My pedicure came out good. For my manicure I just wanted French and the women was not capable of doing it. I asked a girl who has done my nails before if she would be able to do it and she said no and then proceeded to eat right next to me while I got my nails done. I then had her do a solid color because she was unable to do the French tip. My nails are thick and lumpy and I asked nicely many times for her to fix them and she said it was my nail and the way I "turned" my hand in the UV dryer. Less than 1 day after having them done and the top coat is pealing. I've been getting dip nails done for 2 years and this has never happened at any salon I've been to. They did not put enough layers on the nail and the top coat has never pealed. When dip nails are done correctly, every layer on the nail fuses together and the whole nail finishing would chip or crack, not an individual layer. I like the dip nails because it lasts a long time, but this was very disappointing. They did a nice job on my eyebrows though. read more

I am not one to write reviews but thought I would share my most recent experience at this nail salon. I was a dedicated customer because of the convenience of the hours of operation but the nail technicians are always on the phone while providing services and quite often are facetiming with an air bud or blue tooth device while speaking their native language. The final straw for me was when the nail tech who I assume is also the owner brought her phone into the room while waxing my eye brows and she was on a facetime call with a male gentlemen. Just poor customer service and lack of consideration is enough for me never to return. Let's get real here, you can't expect ritzy spa-like services if you come in here. I've had my brows waxed there before by one of their estheticians. She was great. Probably one if the best pedicures I have had. I had a regular, no frills pedicure which includes paraffin and a hot stones during the massage. I really liked my technician. He did not rush and was extremely thorough. I will definitely go back. read more

Went in on my lunch break to have gel polish removed that I got done at another salon that started to chip off after a week. Didn't need the full manicure since my length was still fine. Picked out a pink color. Gel removal and a new paint color was only $12. The woman who did my nails was quick and attentive. Great, fast experience. read more

They have a good selection of OPI polish. I've only ever gone there for nails, not pedi. The employees are huge bitches and talk about their paying customers. I've been there three times, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, thinking it may just be one employee that's bitchy. But no, it's all of them - the owner in particular. Oh, and the younger girl who sits at the front table glued herself to me. Glued. Herself. To. Me. Will not be back, nail salons in this area are a time a dozen. read more

I had made an appointment for my sister and myself for pedicures and gel manicures. We had never been here but it was one of the only places open on a Sunday. When we walked in I told them we had appointments and they just looked at us like they didn't know what I was talking about. Meanwhile they took another woman and her daughter in who just walked in while my sister and I sat and waited. When they did take us in to the pedicure station someone started my sister right away while I sat in the pedicure station with my feet soaking for half an hour!!!!! I made an appointment for a reason so that we would be done at the same time. Why would they take the walk in and leave me waiting when I had an appointment? On another note the cleanliness and sanitation in this place is horrifying! None of the pedicure basins are cleaned between clients. None of the tools are sterilized between clients. It's really disgusting. The most disgusting part of this whole experience is that my technician scraped the bottom of my feet with that metal grater thing and then cleaned it off in the basin while my feet were in there!! Then she tried to clean my legs off with that dirty water full of dead skin!! Yuck!!! The entire appointment for both the pedicure and a gel manicure took only 45 minutes. I had the absolute worst experience in this nail salon. The staff is extremely rude, as someone else already stated, and they are completely unprofessional! They were unpleasant in their demeanor toward my friend, daughter, and I as soon as we walked through the door. We called and made an appointment informing them of what services we would be having. The employees are so rude. As soon as you walk in, you get unpleasant stares and everything is just so awkward. They don't want to do your nails. Lee is the most serious and rudest. She did my sisters nails and it only took her 30 min for a full set...As a result everything was uneven and rushed. She also did my nails. I asked for a design, she gave me attitude and didn't even fully complete the design. She didn't do the hand massage. Again, her name is Lee. Once, We also made an appointment at 3 for one full set and one fill (my sis and i) and when we walked in, Lee says "Who has the full set, come sit" and my sister does and i'm waiting for 30 minutes when we made BOTH appointments at 3. She should have said "I dont have two appts. available at 3, what about ..." But no, they're desperate for money but they dont want to work. Today, a lady walked in for a gel mani and they said pick a color and she was already sitting w her color picked out and the two girls, Lee and the young girl with bangs were just facing her and eating obnoxiously some salsa with chips. She was just watching them for 2 minutes while they stuff their faces. Where is the professionalism? They have a cooler at the back labeled "Beverages". It's for them. They don't offer anyone beverages, I mean maybe if you ask but who knows. I've been here 5 times consistently. The only good worker is the woman at station 4, but Le has attitude problems and is plain condescending. The woman at station 5 w glasses always looks at me and makes me uncomfortable. T'hey don't deserve any stars. I just moved to canton and was looking for a new nail salon home. Saw this location and figured I would give it a try and I regret this decision. Although the staff was nice and friendly the owner Kim doesn't do nails that great. I have nail polish all over my cuticles and the layer of polish was super thick that it looks like my 3 yr old nephew did them. My nails are also not the same size, my pinky nail on the left hand is longer and thinner than my right hand. I will not be going back ever again. read more

okay first of all they are lazy. if you come a half hour before closing they won't take you. we had an appointment at 6 o'clock and they rushed through us, also were mad our nail polish wasn't washed off from before. they cut my friend and put her dead skin on the cut like it would magically heal. one of the lady's did a really nice job on my nails. on top of it they only did two coats on gel when you are supposed to do 3 or 4 and you can see through my nails. read more

Actually, the lady doing my gel manicure said her name is Chantal, she did an ok job, but she hurt me while doing it. She forgot to turn the manicure light on, so I told her about it. She was annoyed by that and said to me on a rude way, "It is not the light it's your hands". Obviously, I couldn't relax my hands because she was not gentle. They don't clean their place very well. I lost something there and called and called to see if it had shown up and they said no. A little over a week later I came to get a nail fixed and found what I lost in clear view. Also I got my nails done when they had an hour left before closing and they rushed their work and my gel manicure didn't even last 2 days and it probably was a good thing because it was sloppy.
