I feel like this place is incredibly underrated and not known enough... I came in for a fill. I have acrylics with gel polish. $32 for it (including repairing two broken nails, without that it's $27) which is much cheaper than the $45 I was paying at another salon in Holbrook. This was my first time going there, and I had Andy as a nail tech. He was pretty quick and did them just how I like them- though he didn't put a matte coat on, which is somewhat my fault because I asked if they had it and didn't say I wanted it. Aside from price, they were fairly quick. Took a bit under 1.5 hours. The place was clean and tidy as well. They also have a large variety of colors to choose from. read more

This place was so friendly and great. Cindy ( Thanh) did my nails and she definitely gave them some TLC and took her time. I got a regular mani pedi and my heels are always cracked and she made them smooth again. Even though I did black polish on my toes, she didn't complain and took her time to make it even because we all know black isn't the easiest. My nails are gray with an accent finger. Got a fill with gel and a creative pedicure. I normally go to royal in Raynham it's a bit more pricey but it WORTH it. I came here just because I didn't want to go all the way to Raynham. It already looks like I need a fill the gel polish isn't even near my skin! It's also all under my nails this is the sloppiest gel manicure I have ever had. It's not like the guy should have been rushing either because I was the only customer they are also super thick it's already annoying. The pedicure was pathetic compared to royals my aunt started hers before mine and yet I was done before her. For $35 I'd like a little bit more effort put into it. Was not impressed with the paint job I received; messy and not even across all nails, didn't cover my entire nail on some hands and the second coat wasn't done well. Started chipping hours later. Nail techs weren't overly friendly and the salon itself was clean but certainly not spotless. Won't be back. read more

got a pedicure at this salon and felt very uncomfortable with their sanitation procedures. I'm a hairstylist and know exactly what needs to happen for proper sanitation. pedicure bowl wasn't sanitized prior to me sitting down. I also saw multiple people come in and out during my 2 hour pedicure where they didn't sanitize in between clients. the towel under my feet was dirty and the way she removed my gel polish off of my toes was very aggressive and painful. read more

She has continued to give me the best pedicures I've ever had. Other people at different salons are rough and have pinch, cut, scalded or hurt me. Not here. Do yourself a favor and request her. I went because i was desperate going to a wedding same afternoon. and they had opening . Gel nails pedi..my nails look like complete crap! Did them while i sat in pedi chair uncomfortable this place is like a factory girl did good job on toe polish paid extra for pedi heels still yucky..i said to the young man doing nails they looked yucky. Oo nooo. Spoke with a girl just got hers done she said they cut my nails to short thats y they look like $hit!! I went to this salon after reading the reviews thinking it would be a nice experience and also convenient. When coming in the door, I noticed it was under staffed. I understand it is a new business. However, on a Saturday, it is a no-brainer that there would be an influx of customers. This didn't bother me, though. What rubbed me the wrong way was that I was excessively rushed. My gel manicure was completed and I was paying in less than 20 minutes. If it was done well, I wouldn't be nearly as disenchanted. However, the color I picked seemed to be running low. Rather than getting another bottle, the polish was applied as a thin coat. I can still see the color of my nails! And then the woman seemed to get frustrated with me for asking for another coat. This was because she was doing my nails and someone else's at the same time, focusing on quantity rather than quality. Evidently I did not get the same experience as former reviewers. I strongly hope that this type of service is not the beginning of a trend. But, unfortunately, I will have to take my business elsewhere. read more

I got a full set, coffin shaped and medium-long size.... or so I thought. I showed the woman a picture of what I wanted & ended up with all uneven nails, WAY shorter than I wanted & all my cuticles bleeding. When she cut the first nail I told her it was too short and she just kept going, ignoring me. My friend goes here all the time but she gets the owner so hers come out good. Horrible experience with a pedicure today. I had to tell the technician twice to stop because he was hurting me when he was scrubbing my feet. I didn't yell the first time, I asked him to go easy, but I swear after the first time he got rougher. and then I had to yell at him. I was also horrified when I saw another technician go from giving one pedicure to the sink, only to rinse off the tools and use them on another person...and I mean rinse off. There was no time spent at the sink actually cleaning the instruments. Not sure if actually soap was used in the "cleaning." I am used to places that have autoclaved tools for EACH client. Not sure what the other reviewers definition of clean is. I was with a friend, and she was less than thrilled with her pedicure as well. First and last time.... read more

Have been to this salon 5+ times, always thought the pedicure experience was awesome, but the polish chipped within the first week so that's a huge negative. Gel manicure was rushed and chipped within the (two week guarantee to not chip time frame). Customer service was great until it was time to pay and I was charged $8 to replace a nail polish that was almost empty that was dropped and broke during my visit. Though it was my fault the nail polish broke I doubt that it cost the salon $8 (when I could purchase it for that not at wholesale) it was almost empty. It just left a bad customer service taste in my mouth, and when I go to a salon to get my nails done I don't except them to chip within two weeks. read more

I went here for the past year and at first, they were very welcoming. Over the past few months, this salon has lost it's upbeat atmosphere and has become very sloppy in their work. Owner Annie is particularly rude. They do not want to fix your nails if they smudge while you are still there and definitely don't want to fix a mistake if you come back. My French manicure peeled the next day and when I went back, Annie wanted to fix only one nail even though 3 had chipped and 2 had split. What used to be great customer service and great work now is completely the opposite. Disappointed. Hoped by be a regular there. read more
