I got recommended Lily's nails after Finally ditching my last nail place who makes you wait forever, doesn't engage in conversation and constantly changes there pricing. I called very last minute and lily told me to come in! When I got there I was in the chair right away she was so nice and friendly, she instantly showed me how poor my old set was and how water could get under the nail. She removed my old set and replaced all my nails , her technique was different then any other salon it seems she actually builds a full nail before the acrylic which is perfect for a mom of four who needs strong nails! She shaped and painted them the brown gel color I picked for thanksgiving and they are more then perfect! Clean , sweet and amazing at nails! I won't be going else where as I truly love the job she did and so did everyone else who seen them

I followed my girl Trinh to this spot after being a regular in her Weymouth location for 7+ years. Her and Sandy did a really nice job redecorating the place so the vibe in there is chill and relaxing. I can't even attach all of the photos of my nails on here because of the 20 image limit that's how good Trinh is, but don't steal my spot on her calendar or we'll be in a fight read more

I never write reviews about places but I had to come on here let people know how my experience actually went. Few days ago, I went there for a pedicure and normally I did not go there specifically for that but that day I did. The next day, my toe was affected and I followed up at the urgent care due the infection getting worse. As a result, I am on antibiotics. This is my go to place Nail salon. I tried going elsewhere to do my nails and nothing compares to the girls at Lily nails spa. They are my go to place for eyebrows waxing and always have me looking my best. The workers there are amazing, and the prices are a fair and accurate. read more

Walked in on Thursday evening and greeted promptly by the staffs. The place is new and clean. Service was excellent and pricing is reasonable. I'm impressed with the final product and happy to recommend the place. If you are around the area, give this place a try and you won't be disappointed. It's in a quiet place and lots of selection. The experience is poor, the nail techs will ignore you. I asked for a full set and within 3 days the nails started falling off. I went back got another full set, this time gel, same person and wuthin 2 days nails and color peeled off. I notice nail techs are rude but as soon as you're paying they are nice. This place has the same story. read more

Beware of possible scamming charges! Made an appointment but bumped into traffic when I called to…read morecancel my appointment they told me they will be charging me for 50% of the wax. When I told the manager I've never been charged a cancellation fee before she said that the policy had changed. I then told her that was off because I didn't receive any information about a new cancellation policy via email or text when I confirmed my appointment. She then stated they have been telling people as they come in for service. When I told her I thought that was unfair considering they messaged me 4 times to confirm my appointment but neglected to post the cancellation policy any where in our texts, emails and not even the last time I came in for a wax at this location. She then changed her story and stated oh we usually send out the cancellation policy when you confirm your appointment. Which I then told her I have not received. I appreciate that they were able to waive my cancellation fee but I find it very predatory as business to instate new fees and not inform regular and/or new clients. And makes me suspicious if this was just a scam since no updates on the website about cancellations. Great waxxers at this location but whatever manager was working 09/12/24 terrible customer service. Definitely will be visiting a new location.

I made an appointment for 4PM and did not have to wait at all, but also the salon was not busy. Id say the gel manicure was about the same as any you can get in the local area, but the best, not the worst. I am new to Easton and miss the thorough job my gal Kim used to for me at Elegant Nails in Carver. She puts on 3 coats of the color (not including clear coat) and adds an extra 2 coats to the edge/tips of my short nails so they don't chip, or snag too early. None of the salons I have been to around here do this, you are lucky to get two full coats of color The regular pedicute was a little nicer than the ones i have experienced say at Lavender nails or Star Nails. She took her time, I felt like I was getting the spa experiecne and was very thorough. I did not have time to soak off my old color, so a major negative was she left the acetone on my nails to soak off the color almost the entire time I was int he pedi chair. I thought my nails were going to disintegrate, they are already pretty week. I will be removing if I try this salon again. Overall I'd go back for a pedicure, but would have to think about going back for a manicure.

I had to return to Lovely Nails in Brockton to have my nails done over. Since they were so poorly…read moredone in the beginning, they got worse during the one week since they were done. I was told by Sam that they could only do another coat since it was an entire week that they were done, and he was very rude, not helpful at all. I insisted on getting my nails done over, or my money back. Jennifer seemed to have forgotten the entire episode the last week, when she was the one who looked at my nails and verified that they were not done correctly, but she did my nails over, and they were done right. She did let me know that I have the option of choosing the nail tech that I want to do my nails in the future. Jennifer solved the problem, and had great customer service, and because of this I will go back to Lovely Nails in Brockton.
