The Reach Pedicure is great - they were available last minute and I only had to wait 5 mins. They gave me a great pedicure, and leg massage and then when I was sitting to dry my toes, they gave me a neck massage. Very enjoyable! read more

From start to finish this was not good. Very rushed pedicure. The man filed and cut my toe nails without soaking which is new. He reached for a dirty nail drill and used it on my toe nails which is also new there. He talked to the girl next to him the entire time. Which is not relaxing at all. His polish job was super fast & he put barely any top coat on. Again rushed. After 3 minutes in the nail dryer he walks up and says 39. Barely dry nails I get up to pay and of course he waits for his tip. I tip him and he took it. Did not say thank you or anything. Just walks away. Never again. I used to enjoy going there when they first opened but I definitely don't feel the same way anymore. For instance today I went to get a manicure and gel pedicure before I head back to college and it was just an overall waste of money. When I was getting my pedicure the girl who was doing mine (don't even know her name) seemed very impatient and was rushing her work. When it comes to the manicure just as bad. She was rushing me out the chair where I was sitting drying my nails. I left with smudged nails and the polish on my toes ending up falling off as well a few hours later. Definitely a waste of $72 dollars, this experience definitely reminded me of why I stopped going to these nail shops in the first place, over priced and can't do simple tasks. If you go to this place hopefully your experience is better. Me personally I wouldn't recommend anyone to this business. I got my nails done and I always leave a great tip. Everytime I go, something is messy but my last experience took the cake. I had one of the young gentlemen *who shall go nameless, and when I left the spa, my nails just came popping off one at a time!! It was like cheap Lee Press-on nails. So, I went back to get them fixed and the girl was very rude to me, shushed me and told me to sit down. I got a couple fixed and left. 2 days later I went back again with 3 nails that popped off. When I asked, don't you think it's going to just happen to all of them? I was told that no, they were good now. 4 days later, another popped off. I don't have time for this and the fact that "E" was too lazy to redo the whole set was just a major turn off. Rude and lazy. i won't be going back. read more

I was happy with my nails but the price was more than I was expecting. I booked my appointment online where it said it would be $41 for a french gel manicure + gel removal. Came out to be $57. Not sure if tip was included, the receipt didn't have the items so I'm not sure how much each service was. Still not a terrible price compared to other nail salons in the area. read more

It was my first time here, I came because it was highly recommended and they use Dazzle Dry. I wasn't crazy about the pedicure I received. The gentleman who performed the service was VERY rough. He kept piercing my toes with his fingernails and now I have a blister where he worked on my cuticles. Also, I didnt find the staff very friendly. The woman who took my credit card to run, took a VERY long time which made me very nervous. Im sure everything is fine, but the service wasnt as good as other places I have been to in the area. I wont go back to the same gentleman due to his aggressiveness, I wanted to relax, not have my feet stabbed. read more

Went here for a basic pedicure - was very happy with the experience. The salon was clean and staff were friendly and professional. The hot stone foot massage was lovely - they also gave a short shoulder massage when my nails were drying which was a nice surprise. I would definitely return! read more

They're very clean and put a lot of care into their work. I always leave feeling so much better! I appreciated one of the employees taking the time to figure out why my dip manicures never lasted long and suggested acrylic for my skin type. Now I'm able to get more time in between visits and get to enjoy my nails longer! The staff are friendly and put the extra effort into making sure you're happy with their services. Solid place for a gel polish manicure. There's matching normal and gel polish if you're like me and you only like normal polish on your feet. I didn't catch the name of the guy who did my nails but he was SUPER METICULOUS. I expect my nail polish to last a good while. read more

I recently got my nails done at this location on Wednesday, by Saturday one of my nails had completely fallen off, then another one came off like it was peeling off my nail. When I originally went I was surprised when I asked for a full gel set that way they prepped the nails was completely different from other places I have been too. There was no dehydrator or prep really done to the bedding of my nail. The whole process was very different but being it my first time I trusted the process but I'm soo disappointed the whole experience and service I received. I paid $67 for this full set with tip a total of $77 for them to only last me 3 days and for the nails to just completely fall off. I will never be returning to this place ever again, very disappointed. If I wanted press on nails that would only last me 3 days I would have gone to cvs and done them myself. read more

Don't even try walk-in you will 100% be turned away. I asked when does a walk-in appt ever get accepted and they said *maybe* very early Mon - Wed Morning but they can't guarantee it. My toes were in rough shape. It was 2 months since my last pedicure and my nails grow fast. I have been to this salon four times. The first three times, I was very pleased. For $25, I received a gel manicure, which includes a 3 minute shoulder massage and paraffin hand treatment. The gel manicure was well done, Gina & Leah were excellent. They took their time and I did not feel rushed. The place is new so you can walk in and usually get right in. I liked that a lot. Unfortunately, I went in recently to get another manicure and I had a man (wearing no name tag) do my nails. Right from the start, I knew it was not going to be good. He filed off most of the gel (which thins the nails) instead of soaking them and then filing/scraping off the old gel. He left my hands to soak while he went out for a cigarette and came back reeking of cigarette smoke. He would pull my hands towards him and twist my finger to file/paint it, which did not feel great & then he filed/buffed my nails so quickly/haphazardly that he was not even watching what he was doing. He irritated my ring finger and middle fingers so much they started bleeding. (See picture) I went in there wanting to make an appointment for my nails to be done before my wedding and left there without leaving a tip. I made an appointment elsewhere. I think maybe he could have not spoken much English. That's ok, I didn't need to make small talk. But positive/friendly body language does a long way. I am not a set of nails, I am a person. Went for a pedicure...never asked what kind I wanted..I would have gotten a Spa upgrade...she cut my nails without soaking my feet...was very rushed and was given all of 15 mins for my pedicure. Very disappointed!!! What a horrible job she did! She rushed through my mani and pedi ... left wax all over my feet didn't even cut my cuticles on my nails had to go home and touch up myself! And a pedicure is listed at $30 and a mani at $15 and she charged me $46! Not very happy not one to complain but damn I didn't even get a massage due to medical reasons so you think she would take a little more care of getting my cuticles and stuff but no! After trying a couple different nails spots in New Bedford & Darmouth, this one is my fav go-to! Not sure of their policy before COVID but they take appointments, which I honestly prefer rather than waiting forever. Staff is always nice and do an excellent job with dip manicures- pedicures are great too. Added bonus is the mini shoulder massage with a warm towel (covered in a plastic bag because COVID) but its a nice touch! Pretty clean space- they have plastic dividers between employee and client and ask that you use hand sanitizer before picking your color. Good price as well. Recommended! read more

I came here for the first time as a last resort for a mani pedi after I tried 5 salons and they were all busy. First impression was that the nail techs weren't super friendly, but the place was cute and clean. They took me right away to the pedicure chair and I was a little skeptical because they don't use any soak in the water or cuticle softener, and use paper towels instead of separators. However, the instruments were clean and they have one-use sand pads. The manicure included parafin wax and a 3 minute massage which was awesome. Even though I really like my nails the service work was painful! The man hurt my nails using the electric file, pressed down too hard near my cuticles. I had a healing cut near my cuticle and he made it bleed; however he apologized. The neck message was not pleasant either, it hurt. I've been here a couples times before and Kay does a great job. There were perks and downfalls to my experience here. The staff were not very welcoming and the actual pedicure felt rushed. He spent the majority of my time more interested in the soccer game on the tv than in my feet. My nail technician also only did one coat of the actual polish, so I am interested to see how long this will last. I was pleasantly surprised by the length of the foot massage and it was very in depth which was great especially if that's something you look for in a pedicure. While my feet were under the fan, I was also surprised by a shoulder massage. The shoulder massage was VERY aggressive, and I would advise that if you bruise easily to forgo this part of the experience. The establishment is very tidy and clean however, which is a big perk for me. This is still a new establishment, so I feel as though they'll work the kinks out in due time. read more

I give this place 5 stars. It was my first time visiting and I had a great experience. Had a pedicure and gel manicure by the shorter of the two men. He did an excellent job and was very attentive. The place was also very clean which I appreciate. They dont reuse tools on other people. I received a shoulder massage which was amazing while my nails were drying in the chair and a paraffin wax to make my hands and heels feel soft. This was all included in the $30 pedi and $30 mani. The pedicure does not include callous removal unless you upgrade to a more expensive option, which I think is bs... so they scrub your feet but that's it. The mani is great tho.
