Quality went down after being open for a while they actually used to be good for I would say the first year of being open. I don't know what happened but they are awful now This was supposed to be a starfish. They advertise all these great artistic designs and when you ask them to do one they confidently say yes while you leave with a spotted kindergarten star instead of a star fish. On top of that they rush you out the door, they are sooo rude, they cut up a girl in our parties cuticles. Just no. Go somewhere else. read more

I got there expecting a nice pedicure with my friend and a simple fill for my uv gel nails. I booked both pedicures together then the nail fill for myself. I got asked if they could do my nails first and I politely declined as my friend and I planned on sitting together and she wasn't getting her nails done. pedicure was fine, nothing special. the nail technician roughly removed my extensions and said they were falling apart then cut my already short nails to ask if the length was good. I didn't feel listened to, she put her headphones in and grilled me on "who did my nails before this". I said spider king but didn't remember who exactly did them even though she asked me Multiple times. I didn't want them this short and asked for a little trim. They aren't the same length and are so short. awful experience. read more

Great pedicure. I felt well taken care of and my toes look great. Very pleasant workers.

Terrible service! Not transparent about pricing. Will give you things that you do not want. My kids went in and they took advantage of them! $185 for two sets of nails and the asked for a tip. Stay away rude mean to kids so many other great options in the area. & it is not kept up it is filthy! Go elsewhere! read more

I've been coming here for approximately one and a half years. At first I was very impressed by how clean and large of a space that they have; the staff were all very friendly and personable. However the last two times that I have been were completely different experiences, between getting someone who was brand new to the job, what should be a 40-45 minute appointment took almost an hour and 10 minutes. Today's appointment was very rushed and when I asked him a question about what he was doing, I was completely ignored. seems like once they got some good reviews and repeat customers service and attitude went downhill and unfortunately I won't be returning. read more

I have been coming here for a few years now. In the beginning it was excellent. They are definitely the cleanest I've ever been to. They have gone downhill, the staff has decreased in good customer service. No eye contact whatsoever and I've heard they chase people out the door for tips. Eva is very good, but snooty. I have no problem giving a good tip, but when you have no customer service, you get $5. When you check out and want change they give it back in large bills... I've learned to speak up for myself and get my money's worth. These people work hard and I definitely would not want their job, but I work hard for my money to and I am very well aware of working with people. They get 4 stars. read more

The woman who did my toes quoted me an extra $5 for french tips. the man who did my mani charged me an extra $15 for french. when i left without tipping after being blatantly uncharged, front desk associate stopped me from leaving and told me that tipping was mandatory. I was scared to go here at first due to the previous reviews but my experience was great. I had Jay as a technician. He was awesome. I got a gel manicure on my nails. He assured the length and shape of each nail with me as he went. The massage at the end was amazing as well. I like a lot of pressure and he did great. I will definitely be back. read more

It depends who you get, some of the techs are really good and others not. Do not waste your money on paying extra though for a pedicure I've done it a few times and even paid $100 as a gift for a friend for the gold pedicure I believe it was called something of that sort and they are all pretty basic and not worth the money, just stick to the cheapest one, cause anything extra isn't nothing great. read more

I went in for a gel manicure and pedicure. Sat down in the chair as the technician began my pedicure and another began to file and wrap my nails to remove the polish. The nail tech began cutting my toe nails and on the 2nd toe in she cut the skin of my 3rd toe. I immediately saw blood and pain in my toe. Another technician came over and applied glue to my open wound that may need a stitch. Now I have 1/2 sanded polish on my hands and unable to get a pedicure before my vacation Thursday. Very Very unsatisfied with this place!!! read more

Most amazing experience got a full set & a pedicure! Nails & toes came out so cute! After my nails were done she gave me a quick shoulder rub which was amazing & the pedicure I got was the basic "deluxe" & there was nothing basic about it hot steam & a hot stone message I am 36 weeks pregnant & it was heavenly!! The shop itself is so gorgeous & clean everything I high tech & brand new I will definitely be coming back here from now on! read more

I loved this place but last time I was there one of the employees thought it would be okay to photograph my child without my permission I was completely disgusted and appalled and on top of it all she lied and said I didn't take a picture of your child when I clearly saw it on her phone! I made her delete it immediately and tried to remain calm and not involve the police some may think this is absurd but I take photographing my child seriously and don't allow it! Especially when you send it over text to people I don't know! She is lucky I didn't smash her phone! Have respect for people! So happy to have a better nail salon choice. Hands down, incredible service, great atmosphere and a quality gel manicure. The salon is spacious and clean, and relaxing. The team is so appreciative and welcoming. Love Eva and Tania. My only suggestion is to make the complementary shoulder neck massage a bit deeper and offer chair massage while nails dry. I came here a couple days ago for a pedicure and dip manicure for my birthday and left in tears. The pedicure wasn't that great, but when it came to my manicure the person I had refused to look at the picture I had of what I wanted (it wasn't even a design). She shoved the box of colors to me and just said to pick a color so I tried picking something similar. I told her multiple times I wanted short almond nails and I ended up with longer oval nails. My skin was burned around my nails multiple times and a couple of my fingers were bleeding. The dip powder was lumpy and completely uneven. One hand of nails were longer than the other. I ended up going somewhere else that day to get them fixed because I was so upset. Spider King is about 5 minutes down the road from me and I saw so many good reviews so I wanted to try them, but it was the worst experience. read more

I have previously had great experiences here. Very disappointed in my service today. I got a gel manicure with chrome, I was told up front the chrome is $10 extra. I am happy to pay the extra money. A couple of my nails had spots where my natural nail was showing through - so I asked for more chrome to be added. The gentlemen doing my nails seemed very annoyed at this request. I even said out loud, "normally I wouldn't necessarily say something but because I am paying extra can you please add more?". He then had a female coworker do it instead of him, visibly annoyed. Then they both told me I was all set and it's time to pay. They completely skipped over the complimentary hand and shoulder massage lol. Meanwhile everyone around me is getting one so it's not like they stopped doing it. Needless to say I am super disappointed in how this manicure went. I had a baby 2 weeks ago and this was my first time out of the house for some me time. BUMMER! I'll probably still go back and request Charles who had always been super kind and professional.
