i didn't make an appointment but was greeted with all smiles and put into a chair as soon as i walked in! they have a ton of pedicure options all at different price points which makes this place very affordable. the woman who did my pedicure was so so kind and gentle and i had a wonderful experience. their equipment all looks so new and the whole salon is very clean! my feet feel and look GREAT it was my first time today but will definitely be returning from now on! This is my second time going to Eden nails. The first time I thought maybe it was just a fluke because I went in just to get my toenails painted with regular polish and I felt like they didn't put much effort into it because I wasn't getting a full-blown pedicure and I wasn't getting gel nail polish. I wasn't overly happy with them that day. But I figured I would give them a second chance. I took my seven-year-old granddaughter to get her nails done for school. They sat us next to each other, which was great. Then halfway through the manicure, they told her she needed to switch seats and put her on the other side of the salon with a different girl so we could no longer talk, and she kept looking at me like she was scared. Again, I asked for a basic manicure with normal polish because I don't want to deal with gel nail polish. That's going to destroy my nails. I've been there done that and don't do it anymore. Well, it was a lackluster manicure. She barely took any cuticles off. She barely massaged my hands, I was in and out of that chair within 12 to 15 minutes. My nails were long enough that they needed to be cut down. She cut them all different lengths. Some of my nails are square some of them are half square half rounded. She put the basecoat on my nails, and I asked her if I could get up for a second so I could check on my granddaughter who was looking at me scared again. And she continued to paint my nails and not let me get up. I'm all set. There's better places to get my nails done if I want to. read more

I went for a set of gel nails on a Tuesday on a Wex essay one nail chipped. on a Thursday another nail broken. I went back on a Thursday I spoke to the manager . I said I need a whole new mani all my nails are soft and ready to break. she said it was because the gel was on my real nails and they are thin.( the reason I get gel nails) she said I need the dip you want it now I said ok. she did they changed me the full price to do them over. that was ok.But I asked her are you going to take money some money off of the mani I just had Tuesday. She said no. I said No Ok I come her and my daughter comes here this will be our last time. There are plenty on nail salons to go to Thank You! She could care less. I came home and read up on it and it said it said they could have been because the product is watered down, they are not put the right stuff on then they skipped a top base coat. i went for about 2 months with no proble. but the last three times nails never last two weeks this time two days. read more

The pedicure water was cold for me and I was getting a stare down while picking the color. The three stars is cause the hot towel was hot at least but that was only true cause it had to be. If half stars where available I would give 2.5 but I can't. I'm doing this during the pedicure so I'll idk if it's gonna be better or worse but Eden, consider this my way of saying "Lisa" made the water cold. We made an appointment for 3 people to get a pedicure at 3 pm. We were greeted at the door, and told where to sit. The two girls were taken care of right away. I waited, and waited and waited. No one even came over to say it will be a few minutes. After 25 minutes, I went to the front desk and she said, oh, we can get you right now. I said too late, and left. read more

PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE!! They Have a nail technician named Stacy that treats the customers as well as employees there very bad and because her sister Tina is the owner she allows it. I feel so bad for those employees they do not deserve the treatment they get from her. i've already witnessed her on a few occasions, degrading, and talking behind other employees backs. A few days ago, I witnessed Stacy humiliate and embarrass a customer because she was five minutes late proceeded to yell at her and then told her she did not want to do her nails to go someplace else. I felt so bad for that customer she left in tears if I was her, I would get legal action against the Salon. Shame on Tina for sitting there and allowing this. Tina is more concerned about losing Stacie's clients rather than firing her. This is called greed Tina. This is not the way to run a business. read more

I left the nail salon on august 8 and by august 11th i felt under my nail was throbbing in pain. i took off my gel polish (no tips on my nails) and realized i had a FUNGUS growing under my pinky nail that i had never seen until i got my nails done! i called to complain, and they told me that it wasn't their fault. I payed for the most expensive pedicure and added the gel nail polish. The most expensive pedicure is supposed to take 60 minutes or longer... and I was done in 30 minutes. I timed them because I was spending over 100$ on a pedicure. They did not care at all and when I brought it up they acted super lost. I suggest everyone to time their service or they will definitely be rip you off. read more

I used to go here all the time. The past two times I have come and made an appointment each time. Both times I could tell the technician was rushing and my nails came out terrible. I hate complaining so I didn't say anything. The second time I came back asked to have them taken off. I explain to the technician what happened and she apologized and even agreed they looked bad! I've been going to eden nails now for about a year and when it first opened they were very professional when it came to make an appointments and keeping them. However as the business has become for established the the owner has become negligent in honoring appointments. I've gone on three separate occasions and had to either wait more than 15 minutes to get my nails done. The whole point of making appointments is that I shouldn't have to wait unfortunately I don't think I'll be going back here. read more

Friendly- clean- relaxing! They do a great job on pedicures and manicures. My daughter has gotten tips and they always come out nice too.

I've been a few times. The check that has done my nails does really good work. Unfortunately, she has no respect for your time only hers. She makes appointments and doesn't keep them. Or makes them to suit her. She'll make an appointment for you, but then tell you you have to wait half an hour 45 minutes till she's done with the person that snuck in before you. Unfortunately, no matter how good her work is It's not worth having my time wasted. read more

Otherwise you might see that you agreed to nail services because you thought it was a good deal only to find that the nail tech has charged you something you didn't agree to.
