Update: all nails have chipped, with 6 completely peeling within a week. This is so frustrating and what a waste of money it was coming here. The pedicure was good, but my dip manicure chipped and peeled after 3 days. It's frustrating to pay a decent amount of money on a service only to have it be ruined a few days later. On top of that, I did black dip, and she used the brush to sand them down, and I had white specks all along the top and sides of the nail. Super frustrating. read more

I have been going to a different nail salon in Fall River just because it was closer to my apartment. Their work was becoming inconsistent so I decided to try Lilly's... Thankfully, that was such a great decision! The staff are friendly, kind, and extremely accommodating. The salon is large and spacious. The decor is beautiful and the environment is very clean. I told my nail technician the issues I had with the other salon, which made it hard to afford for the quality, and she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my nails. My fist time at Lilly's . I made an appt, at the exact day and time I wanted. I walked right in and into the chair. Had the spa pedicure which was great. Staff where polite and kind. I was so happy with the results... shiny, bright and no chips so far. The spa pedi was 50 which seems high, but I know prices have gone up everywhere these days. I would probably just do a regular pedi at a reduced price next time as they did such a good clean up and paint job. read more

I stumbled across Lilly's recently and am very glad I did! First, this place is HUGE! I don't think I've ever been in a nail salon this big lol! In addition, their staff is very friendly and they have MILLION color options. I've also noticed that my gel polish tends to last a lot longer when I get my mani's here vs at other places... not sure why that is.. but I'll take it! Will definitely be back read more

Loved my experience here. I brought in a reference photo and Ray was able to give me exactly what I wanted and it looks beautiful. She was very thorough and gentle. I know we've all had a nail tech tear up our cuticles at one point or another and I'm glad I didn't have to go through that. Will definitely be coming back to see her! read more

Not sure why this hasn't been reviewed yet! Came here because I was in the area and I saw it driving by. Ample parking and very easy to find. Really nice looking inside. Clean and spa like. The tools didn't look so clean but I think they were just stained from paint. My nails look great. I'm really impressed by the young lady with the world tattooed on her wrist. She took time to inspect each nail. I'm very particular about bubbles and what not and she did a great job. Really inexpensive also, I'll def come back if I'm in the area! read more

I asked for something very simple showed a picture on my nails done the way I wanted them ( I got them done the way I wanted at this same salon ) looks nothing what I asked for my nails are baby pink instead of an ombré French . my thumb nail was so crooked I asked her to fix it twice she made the nail so narrow and skinny and then left it !!! she said oh it's gunna be skinny then proceed to put the acrylic on ??? why wouldnt you take the whole nail off before doing everything else ? so dissatisfied with this place read more

Rude employees. The girl who regularly did my nails blew off my appointment and then acted like she didn't know me after that. I tipped well and was polite so I'm not sure what I did to offend her but after that it was uncomfortable. This was my first time ever getting acrylics and I looked at a dozen or more nail salons in the area to find the best place. My nails came out nice, but wasn't at all the shape or length I wanted. She even complained when I asked for a certain color. The technician I had wasn't friendly and kept having conversations with all the employees around her. At first I thought she was talking to me and I answered her question to which she rudely replied, "I wasn't talking to you!" I felt very embarrassed and made to feel like I was getting in the way of her day. She attempted a conversation towards the end but as I again went to respond she interrupted me and began talking to another woman. For these reasons I will never return. read more

Love this salon. My go to place!!! The owners are a super sweet couple and the take pride on the cleanliness of the entire place. They staff are super professional and passionate technicians. Phano is my main squeeze and I highly recommend if your looking for committed nail girl. She literally has multiple colors lined up on her station that she knows I would like. First, this nail salon is very clean and affordable. On Friday, I went there for a pedicure. I had made an appointment so I wouldn't have to wait. However, I ended up waiting for almost 30 minutes for my pedicure. I finally said something because they called two people for their services who came in after me. When I said something, they said it would be a few minutes. They rushed to sit me. I've been here once before and the polish lasts, but the nail technician didn't really scrub my callouses. The next day they felt the same as they did prior to the pedicure. It seems that people who get gel manicures and people they know are a priority there. No one seemed to care that I waited so long, and I didn't even get an apology. I love how clean the place is, but I will probably try another nail salon in the area next time. read more

I am very loyal to the nail salon I've been going to for over a year now, but, I work down the street and my salon didn't have any appointments available on a Friday so I figured I'd give this place a try. Staff was friendly and place looked nice and pretty clean. I got a shellac manicure which is $30 compared to $25 at most salons, no big deal, but it was more expensive than most places... 7 days later and the shellac is peeling. I have been doing shellac manicures for years now and they always last 2 weeks, so I'm a bit disappointed that 7 days later and I already need another manicure.. read more

If it were possible to give 0 stars I would. This lady refused to finish my girlfriends nails and said they were done and all of her nails are different lengths. She kept eating popcorn and giving her glares as if she was inconveniencing her. The butter from her popcorn got all over my girlfriends hands and was the rudest person ever. Lilly's Nails and Spa AGAIN. This time I got Phano...... holy crap! This beautiful girl is TALENTED! Let me start by saying I always walk in to any nail salon armed with pictures and I go and chose a gazillion colors. Basically I'm an indecisive pain in the ass. Talking to her she made a suggestion. I went with it. You should know I get my nails done for ME but I've never had so many compliments on my nails, (Frankly it's kinda creepy knowing people are looking at every detail, even nails). Phano is AMAZING! I plan on visiting real soon so she can give me another manicure to brag to my manicurist in Las Vegas. Phano! Phano! Phano!
