The pedicure was good, but my dip manicure chipped and peeled after 3 days. It's frustrating to pay a decent amount of money on a service only to have it be ruined a few days later. I wanted a new set which I was told would take a long time. Okay? Weird but I still want a new set. After that was finished he worked very hard on my nails and they came out wonderful. Truly the shape was done perfectly. Once we started the polish he went off to the side and added something to the nail polish and then continued to paint my nails. Once I ran an errand, came home to shower the hot water rubbed my gel polish off... So, I called and went back and another lady was going to do my nails. I picked a other color because they said it was the polish but when I looked over the guy was testing it out on a fake nail. It must have worked because he banged down the box of polish and said she will paint your nails. Honestly, I'm pretty sensitive and I got choked up because how was this my fault and why were you so nasty doing that? The lady painted my nails and I came home and had dinner. I'm sitting on my couch and I noticed that they're starting to rub off again. I started to rub on them because I didn't want it to rub off on my bed when I was sleeping. You know how they have to drill your nails to get the gel off well all I had to do was rub my nail and just take nail polish remover to it. Last time I try somewhere new because it's closer. I'm never going back. They looked so good at first too.

The salon is clean and bright, and they have a great selection of colors to choose from (including OPI and Cre8tion, which I have found to be the best for my nails, in regular, gel, and dip). I had Jessi as my technician, and she did a really wonderful job with the mess to which I presented to her. 1) My toenails were overdue for a pedicure by 2.5 months. It's not that I hadn't cut them in several months, but they were still way too long, the cuticles were a disaster, and the polish was growing out in a very unattractive fashion. Bless her for making my toenails presentable again. 2) Mid-November all my fingernails decided to break way down on the nail bed. I've been (sort of) patiently waiting for all the breaks to grow out to the surface, which is to say I arrived with all my nails in different versions of too-short, different shapes, a couple barely there at all. When Jessi was done with my fingernails, it looked like I had intentionally chosen to have them exactly that length. I was so impressed. I plan to go to this salon for the foreseeable future.

Tech was friendly, responsive, but not meticulous. Please see pictures. This is approx 31 hours after OPI gel manicure. Shop did not use authentic OPI light. Notice several cuticles are rough. One whole nail started to peel tonight and several others are already chipping. For work I use a computer and drive. I haven't done anything that would cause this to happen.

FYI: they take debit and credit cards but tips are cash only! they have an affordable atm ( $2.50 fee ) located right inside though :)
